The staff is unique, and that makes everything more interesting. One of the very few places in Asti that knows how to make a piping hot cappuccino. The only reason I only gave it two stars is the lack of music inside... which makes me leave without stopping for another croissant or another drink... as if that place was missing a piece of its soul... and it makes it simply a bar, with helpful people, but... music inside would have given it that something extra, making you stay a little longer.

The coffee is very good, but the place is very small compared to the large crowds, so on weekends the counter is not very tidy and the service is slow... As I mentioned, the fault lies with the excessive crowds and the small gazebo-like space... That's why I only stop by this café during the week, when the service is truly good and the coffee is excellent. Also worth trying are the specialty coffees with cream, hazelnut spread, and other delicious ingredients...

Posto comodo e piacevole per una breve sosta durante gli acquisti al centro commerciale,parcheggio,visibilità, accesso per tutti,più attrattivo nei mesi non freddi per i tavolini all'aperto e coperti nella galleria,in inverno problemi di spazio nel piccolo locale chiuso,servizio e consumazione al banco o a tavolino con self/service,qualità e prezzi buoni.

What can I say? The brand is impeccable (I drink it exclusively at home, too). The kiosk is very convenient, and I've always found the drinks excellent, except... I give it three stars for the "except." Except that from a few meters away, you could smell "burnt coffee." I politely pointed out to the guy that, given the high attendance, the machine probably needed cleaning. I received an annoyed response. Just in case, I drank a small cup of ginseng, and... worse still. Little more than watered-down drink. I draw a veil over it and hope for the next time... if there is a next time. Best regards,

Amid the perennial difficulty of finding good coffee in the Asti area, the Vergano brand offers a reasonable guarantee of flavor. This store, located in the Borgo shopping center, is characterized by a narrow space, requiring customers to wait for the other customers to exit. As a sign of maximum "trust," customers are asked to line up in single file to pay their debt, then move to the other side of the counter. The initiative to rinse and heat the glass for coffee is commendable, but it should be done with steam to avoid leaving residual water, which then alters the flavor of the product.

This coffee shop is located inside the Borgo shopping center. The coffee and cappuccinos are decent, but I personally think they could be improved, especially when it's crowded, as they're prepared quite quickly. The service, run by very kind and helpful young people, is quite efficient. Standing space is a bit tight.

14.25 di giovedi vado a prendere un caffe non c'era nessuno quindi involontariamente entro dall uscita, arrivo al bancone e il ragazzo mi fa: quella veramente è l uscita non fate finta di non leggere.... La mia risposta è stata se vuoi esco e rifaccio il giro ma non c'era nessuno (per chi conosce il posro capirà che poco cambiava) Comunque resta che mi ha risposto da maleducato e non mi ha nenache fatto lo scontrino Ottimo caffè ci vado sempre solo per quelllo

Terrible coffee (overroasted), rude staff (when I got the receipt, the guy at the cash register mumbled something that I later realized meant to move to the other side of the counter), I asked for a glass of water three times and was told to move to the other side of the counter, towards the window... what can I say? I understand the high traffic, but the courtesy...

Bar gestito da una famiglia di truffatori .Cinzia frongia e Marco frongia.quasi sempre non battono gli scontrini.aasumono e sfruttano ragazzi giovani facendogli dei contratti a chiamata.assumono falsamente la gente che gli manca qualche anno di contributi a pagamento come hanno fatto con la loro stessa madre.tengono ammassati in uno stato degradante in piena sporcizia cibo destinato alla vendita in un magazzino al piano inferiore dove c'è le uscite dai bagni.senza trappole per roditori ne volatili .brioches buttate per terra senza il rispetto di un minimo di normativa igienico sanitaria.cinzia frongia che è un alcolizzata insieme al fratello danno origine a molte truffe lavorative.sto solo aspettando che riapra per denunciare alla finanza ed all ispettorato del lavoro quest ed altre cose ben più gravi che sono venuto a sapere .questo bar deve chiudere per sempre.gia due testimonianze di ragazzi che hanno lavorato li è sono stati sfruttati usati e mandati via.e anche loro mi confermano di questi loschi giri e sono pronto a testimoniare .grazie Tommaso grazie Francesco grazie fabio.a presto.non andate in questo bar .se solo vedete come tengono i generi alimentari primari voi non andrete piu

After several minutes of standing in the heat, I manage to order a coffee and a bottle of soda to go. Barbapapa asks the kneeling girl who was arranging the bottles in the fridge to pass him one. He holds out a natural one. I tell him it was soda. He makes me change it and then immediately asks the same girl, "Do you have a lighter too?" I've been burning up all afternoon for not having responded to him straight away... If any of you stop by for a coffee these days and see him clean-shaven... It's because I came back with a lighter...

Unfriendly and rude. He makes me wear the mask at the door to take it off after 1 step (40 cm) because it is not mandatory to wear it at the standing counter. Meh P.s. I renew my review. I was at the counter 20 cm from the cash register and the very kind employee tells me that to pay I have to move to the cash register. They are too funny.
