It has a great location, but lacks well-trained staff and very uncreative cooks.

This place has a limited menu, and even then, they don't have many items available to sell or prepare. I even asked for a can of cola (a popular brand), and they didn't have any 😒. They told me that if I wanted it, they would go get it. The food was just okay, nothing special. The staff lacked empathy and customer service skills. If they improved in those areas, it would be a different story.
