I honestly forgot to write a review the first time, but after coming back for another delivery, I had to say something—because Tasharia was just as solid the second time around. She brings that genuine, old-school kind of service that’s hard to find now. Helpful, professional, and always with a real smile, not the forced kind. She was juggling multiple things at once and still made sure everything was handled right, without missing a beat. What stood out most is her leadership. Even when she’s busy, she carries herself like a team leader—organized, calm, and clearly setting the tone for everyone around her. If I owned a restaurant, she’s exactly the type of person I’d want leading my team. Salute to Pizza Hut and the ownership for making a good choice. Employees like Shae are the reason customers come back.

Placed a pizza order 2 weeks ago and it was the worse I’ve ever had. Very little to no sauce and the cook gave me the wrong crust from what I ordered. The manager was very apologetic and gave me a credit for next time I placed an order. I came In person today and placed a new order with the same manager. She placed my order and the cook, Cleveland who always get my order right was available today to make my order. I checked my order before leaving the store and it was beyond my expectations and was very delicious. Will order again in the future when Cleveland is available

I give the atmosphere three stars because they always got somebody standing at the door selling something or blocking the door. It’s very uninviting. I don’t think it’s something that Pizza Hut could control, but it could be alarming at times. Everything else five stars.

Not sure what everyone’s problem was with them. It must’ve been bad days but my pizza was dead ass the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever seen & had, so was the melt & boneless wings. The ladies at the front were chill as hell & the dim lights helped keep my vibe cool. 5/5 for me 🤷🏾‍♂️ & they gave me a garlic sauce for da skee (free) lol

I ordered delivery from this location at lunchtime on a Monday. It arrived on time via Doordash. It was overall tasty. They forgot one of the toppings that we paid extra for. The buffalo chicken melt was not edible, cheese not melted at all and flavor was not good. The pizzas we ordered, despite the missing topping, were hot and yummy. The cheesesticks were in a pizza box with the chocolate chip cookie, which must have slid around, so the cheesesticks got a little squished, maybe should rethink that packaging.

The worst pizzas I’ve ever received. First I ordered a big dinner box and got two regular medium pizzas. Not the actual square cut big dinner box. -___- . Worst of all the pizzas were doughy and undercooked. The pan wasn’t fluffy and cheesy. Which is the man reason to ever even go to PH.

I placed an order via Uber eats at 6:30pm. I got my first driver, who was on a bike, well I had a large order. So when the driver canceled after arriving (waited 10 mins before canceling) we figured it was because he couldnt fit everything. We got a second driver, this driver also canceled after 10 minutes of being there. Original delivery time was 7:30pm. We then got another driver and uber added a statement saying there was delays but our third driver was willing to wait, after 30 minutes they canceled the delivery... then we got a forth one, so on and so forth. By this time it was 9pm... I tried calling but got put to customer service multiple times as they refused to answer the phone. I ended up finally canceling the $76 order... thankfully uber was quick to give us a refund. Over all we waiting 2 1/2 hours for our pizza, trying to give the benefit of the doubt... we have never experienced such bad service with pizza hut... go to Stoners Pizza, they were responsive, quick, and delicious.

This place is always out of food and staff has attitude. Placed an order and it said 15 minutes. Waited for the count down, tracker said order is ready. Walked in the store and the person said whole order was canceled because they are out of almost everything.

Ordered ahead of time for the pizza to get at 12:15pm . It took them almost 1 hr and 30 min to get my pizza. So unprofessional. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes Edit: the pizza never came they refunded me without telling me at all .

I placed a $103 order from this Pizza Hut at 12:12 PM for my work department. The order was supposed to arrive around 12:45 PM, but at that time, the store manager called to say there was a problem and the order hadn’t even been started. I agreed to wait, but things only got worse from there. By 1:45 PM, the app still wasn’t updating, and I tried calling the store several times — no one answered. I was transferred to customer service three different times, but no one could help. The food finally arrived three hours later, and even after delivery, I couldn’t get anyone at the store to answer the phone. For spending over $100, I expected much better communication and service. This was a really frustrating experience and a huge inconvenience for my team. I hope management sees this and improves their order handling and customer support.

I ordered through Ubereats and the food had a long wait time which would’ve been fine if they gave me the full melt I paid extra for and not a half melt. It was also not fully cooked as some parts of it were still frozen and the boneless wings were disgusting and cold sitting in sauce. Just spend your money somewhere else

Didn't visit the actual store, but did order delivery. My delivery was supposed to be at 1020 but didn't receive it until 1115pm. Can't contact the store and they don't communicate anything at all. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any delivery. It had been years before ordering this pizza from the Hut and it will diffently be years again before ordering again especially from this Piwdmont location. The absolute worst.

Forgot my additional breadsticks and Dr. Pepper asked for a refund only to be transferred and never pick up. Seems like a common issue with this store. Food wasn’t hot at all and breadsticks was soggy. Other pizza stores would just ask for order# and give you a refund for the missing items don’t understand what’s difficult about that.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever, I placed my order over the phone and they did not make my order until I came to the store in person even though I had already paid online so I had to wait additional 30 minutes for my pizza. When I tried calling to place my order, nobody at the store answered. I waited 15 minutes on the phone before someone from the call center picked up. When I finally got my pizza, it had a hole In the middle of it The people that work there honestly just don't really care about you. Customer service is terrible and they don't communicate well at all. I love Pizza Hut's pizza, but this is not a location that I would recommend everything about this experience was terrible.
