Taco Bell Atlanta Reviews
They stay busy but they work very hard there's a particular lady that wears glasses she is always working so hard I think she is brown light complexion middle age woman heavy build she has to be the manager she is amazing and sweet but stern 😊
I love this taco bell specifically. All other locations are pretty lame compared to this one. Everyone is always nice and helpful and lord, they made my Doritos locos tacos soooo good last time I was here. Thank you ponce taco bell team.
I am speechless after that Doritos locos tacos. It was so good. The Gatorade doesn't taste normal, it tastes BETTER. Especially the red one. Recommend 100%. Just amazing.

Decent food. It can cause stomach problems at times. The service was ok. I think the price is decent.

If you’re only accepting cash, place a sign on the door or outside! I felt sorry for those who waited in line behind me for 30-40 minutes to only be told “they’re only accepting cash”. I had cash but what if I didn’t? Is my time not worth anything? Do better. The food was decent. The young black guy in the window had great spirit though! I couldn’t see myself being rude to him!
I found a hair in my nachos and my food was cold. The phone is disconnected so you can't even call to get the food remade. Absolutely terrible and my friend got FOOD POISONING. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

The food was terrible. The taco shells were soggy and the lettuce was soggy as well. The food I ordered had a strong odor of preservatives.
Rude staff, long wait times, and I came home with the wrong order. I could not believe the behavior of the staff.
Now they have gone all electric ordering you cant get a receipt to turn in for business expense on a meal. I lost money because they will not print a receipt out when you purchase. They either emai…

It seems this location forgot it's a "fast" food restaurant. Put my order for only 2 tacos and still waiting 20 minutes later.
What is the the point of ordering online if they don't know what the hell your talking about when you get there. I arrived and told them OnLine order for (name here). They said "thank you!" I drove…

Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. There's absolutely no reason why a fast food place in such a lucrative area should ever be as understaffed and undersupplied as this Taco Bell is 24/7. I've…
Taco Bell should try to put it shelf in 2026 make 2 lanes at the drive through for pick up and order placing. You don’t need to pass a degree to understand that
Went last night around 10:30pm, and they made it drive thru only although it wasn't even close to their closing time of 2am. Was not able to place a mobile order so that I can quickly get the food and then drive back to my friends. Waited in line for 50 minutes until I got my food. Of those 50 minutes, 10-15 minutes was me at the window waiting for them to finish and hand over the order. It was not that busy compared to the times I went to the GA Tech Taco Bell that always gets packed, but I only have to wait at most 20-25 minutes there. Why do I have to ask for a drink tray when you're handing me three drinks, and you can literally see I'm the only one in the car? Also, I understand not enjoying your job, but stop audibly groaning. Get better management and staff.
Honestly, what I saw yesterday was just not right. Customer service is just not there at this location. I watched one employee go from checking her phone several times to making the food all with gloves on. She had the same gloves on and touched the wall back to handling food 🤮 this shouldn't be allowed at all. Sometimes we just gotta stop turning blind eye to things✌🏾
Wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get your order cold and wrong. Pay more than you were told. Everybody inside seems utterly uninterested in doing their jobs. No napkins, no sauce, no apology, no effort.
do you want your order quickly? do you want your order to be correct? do you want your order to be warm? go somewhere else.
Ordered on mobile app. Spent an hour trying to pick up my order. Had to leave the inside to pick up at the drive thru because "the inside was closed"
Slow. I came to pick up my order and waited without being acknowledged while they looked at me several times and said nothing. Finally this manger came up to the concert offering the customer that came in after me assistance before me. When I time her my name, she looked in one spot and over my order sitting on top of the kitchen counter instead of in the pick up area. As more time went by an employee I saw standing outside comes back in and assist me, she turns around and pick up my order right from where the older lady looked and skipped over. Taco Bell don’t respect their customers time, this is not fast food, they’re slow, sloppy and out of order. I will not be back.
Store is slow to an unreasonable degree. You can expect a wait upwards of an hour if you get food here. A complete joke of a store and an embarrassment to Taco Bell, but clearly they didn’t care and neither should you. Avoid at all costs.
Overall a good location but one interaction really pissed me off. I placed/paid for an online order that didn’t go through on their end. Only had 30 min for lunch and the guy manager said my app proof and bank charge “meant nothing to him.” I was fully refunded by corporate eventually but I didn’t get to eat lunch that day because of one man.
After a busy evening, me and my daughter picked up our meal we ordered the food I paid $20. I was tired so unfortunately I did not check my order until I got home. Once I got home, I realized I had received the wrong order. I received a DoorDash order instead of my order. The DoorDash order Was not even similar to my order. I tried to call the restaurant to make them aware of the issue but the line was busy. I want a refund and I don’t know how to go about getting it.
This is the slowest fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Go to any other Taco Bell but this one if you want your food in less than 45 minutes
This is a great fast food place if you want to wait an extra hour + for your door dash delivery. This store habitually gets overwhelmed and struggles to get orders out on time. Better luck next time
Terrible experience. Took forever for food to come out and when it did it was wrong! When I brought it up they had an attitude and didn’t want to correct their mistake until the others got involved. Friend waited over 20 minutes for just a crunch wrap. DONT go here.
Absolutely disgusting on the inside. Completely lost in the sauce with door dashers. I was the only inside customer when I placed a 53 dollar for my family. They were completely non observant to my order only struggling to make Togo orders and dasher orders. I waited patiently for almost 30 min till my wife and two children went outside to the car then I proceeded to get a refund. Very rude.
This is in a pretty prime location and the food is fine… if you’re okay with waiting an hour or more. One time I had to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes. The next time I went, there was a line to the road that did not move at all for 20 minutes, so I left. Both times I’ve noticed very little activity inside. I’m not sure what is going on here.
Taco Bell has been serving these cinnamon twists for over 25 years. How do you screw something so simple as fried pasta up?! They literally tasted like licking the inside of an abandoned houses pantry. Do better or clean house. That was just foul.
Do not buy from this Taco Bell. Waited in line for 45 minutes…there were 5 vehicles in front of me. That’s almost 10 minutes per customer - nothing fast about this “fast food.” Clearly who ever owns this franchise doesn’t care about their customers. Current theme for reviews…service is slow. The span of time with reviews saying the same thing is too long to ignore management and owner’s responsibility. Likely owned by JAI Restaurant Group or Southpaw.
Wasted an entire hour of my day for a mobile order (was told it would be ready before I could even reach there) in which I went inside to pick up. Waited inside for 50 minutes on my order, and the last 10 minutes of that they focused on delivery and pick up orders. The other 40 they only did drive thru. By the end, when I finally snapped at the workers as I was patient for 45 minutes, they then proceeded to tell me they are out of the stuff I ordered. I left there without saying another word nor my food. As I am walking out the door, I get a notification on my app saying my order is ready for pickup
This Taco Bell needs to be closed down. I ordered a Discovery Box, and I received a chicken wrap that had chicken inside that was so hard I could've broken my teeth. The tacos had a smell to it that had me too scared to eat it. The cashier called out the wrong order several times, and when I corrected her, she still continued to give me other customers' orders. My time and money wasted!!😤😡
10/4/2024. I'll start by saying, "I love Taco Bell.. I really do. But after today, I think this experience sealed the deal for me. I went over to try the new Omar apollo box. (It was around 9:45-10 ). When i went in, I saw 2 men standing in line, a bunch of workers standing around, and no one at the register to take orders. I announced myself after standing at the register for about 2 minutes, and the lady looked at me like I was crazy and pointed at the kiost behind me. Mind you, there were about 6 employees, with 3 people in the drive thru and 2 in line. I ended up taking the kiosk because I didn't feel like arguing for a basic necessity. I ordered the box and requested NO LETTUCE add potatoes. After paying 16.32, I waited 10 minutes on my order. The workers were moving very slowly, and there wasn't much of a team effort.. just 1 person on each side while everyone else stood around. Whike I was waiting, customers were walking into the restaurant and the lady who pointed to the kiosk would say in an ignorant voice, "The inside is closed!" Instead of just walking over and locking the door from the inside like any other restaurant. There was also a guy going in and out of the building from the kitchen.. He came back looking faded asf, so with how easily he was able to just walk out without asking and smoke a blunt on company time, I knew what this was instantly.. Once I receive my order.. I checked the bag, and of course- there was lettuce on every taco, but they did get the potatoes correct. I called over the lady who pointed at the kiosk and informed her of the issue. She gave me a long stare of "Are you kidding me?" Like I was in the wrong. She takes the order back, and after another 5 minutes of waiting, I get the box again. This time, I check the tacos, and there's just potato and cheese. In this box, you get 2 hard tacos and 1 hard with a soft shell tortilla around it. All of them INCLUDE MEAT. Never did I say to them "Take off the protein" in words or on my receipt. After I gave the box back for a second time. They checked the box more thoroughly and found 1!- taco with meat. After that, they called me over and were taunting about it. Saying "ahh haa, we did get it right" following up with "But we messed up the other 2 though." At that point, I lost all hope in the meal i paid for. I knew it was going to be "eh" and cold and made with pure hate. So I will not be returning to this tacobell or any tacobell. Oh, and the lobby was filthy!! All the workers standing around and no one evening touching the lobby? While saying the lobby is closed. You could at least start cleaning and putting chairs up to give that impression. Sorry taco bell but you need to improve.
