I loved this Wendy’s I’ve never had a a bad experience until today I usually go around 12 AM but today I went at 10 the staff tonight were very rude. They threw sauce at us. Didn’t give us what we paid for and kept getting attitudes when we would ask for the things we paid for. I was very dissatisfied tonight.

All I ordered was a salad and nuggets and they gave me the wrong dressing. Come on Wendy's it doesn't take a rocket scientists to grab the right baggie with the right dressing. You don't even have to think that hard. When someone just doesn't care they will never care about anything. Mistakes are something that people learn from not if they keep doing the same mistake. Every time I go here it's a waist of any of my money witch is rare for this reason! I called the manager and he said he was going to work on it. I said I don't need anything in return but stop waisting peoples hard earned money! It's not hard to make someone care! Just hire someone who does care. Losing customers for Wendy's is not cool. It's a good company to work for I worked there when I was 17 and it's not a hard job. Just follow directions or give a single ounce of care and you'll be fine. Ugh. .. ☹️

This has got to be the absolute worst Wendy’s on the face of the planet!!! Y’all can’t even get a simple order right!!! If I wanted a lettuce burger with bacon, that’s what I should get!!! My double cheese beacon burger had no beacon and bland to the taste!!! All I can say is NEVER, EVER again will I buy from this location!!!

This has to be the worst wendys ever... ive picked up many delivery orders here and they are always wrong/missing something. They dont even bother trying to seal the customers bags or cover the lids. The staff is lazy and the drive thru takes hours. I really wish they would shut the place down or take it off uber eats / doordash cuz the staff here obviously cant be bothered to try an do thier job.

Everytime I order the food ain’t right , taste is TERRIBLE and it all just looks so thrown together. You can obviously tell they don’t care about their jobs ! Ordered a Cobb salad tonight and got some bs in a tray that isn’t anywhere close to the description. My 7 year old loves Wendy’s but everytime we order here is sucks and it’s right by our home . Shame , we won’t shop here again , and the looks of the reviews neither will ALOT of folks.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because zero isn’t an option. We waited over 30 minutes for our food while employees stood around on their phones, joking and talking to each other. Meanwhile, the drive-through line was backed up and more than four customers were waiting for their food as well. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

It's unfortunate this is the ONLY Wendy's on 380. Because this location SUCKS. The people that work here can't take an order correctly, their scanners don't work and they cant be bothered to at least pretend they care about doing a good job. Look, I get it. I worked at taco bell when I was 19. It sucked but I never clocked in and did a bad job or was rude. If you don't like your job then quit instead of making it everyone else's problem that you're miserable. Won't be returning to this garbage location.

Sent my daughter to get food for my wife and I and she ordered 2 burgers, 10 nuggets, a small frosty and a large chili which comes out to around 19$ with tax... when my daughter came home she had 3 times the amount of food... we thought we got someone elses order and when we saw the receipt... we got over charged by Danya and they don't even have a working phone to get resolved. This is theft from the customer and from the business overall... inexcusable. We will be contacting corporate about this matter.

visited this Wendy’s location today with my children and had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. When I arrived, the manager, Azelea, stated the credit card machine was not working and they were only accepting cash. I calmly agreed and proceeded with my order. I then attempted to use a valid Wendy’s app coupon, and was told the scanner “wasn’t working.” I politely asked if the $2 discount could be applied manually, which is a common solution at most restaurants. Instead of offering help or basic customer service, the manager refused and then told me she was denying me service entirely. I was shocked — especially in front of my kids. I was not rude, loud, or argumentative. I simply asked a reasonable question and was met with hostility and refusal. This felt discriminatory, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, especially by management. I am requesting that corporate review this situation, retrain the staff on professionalism and customer service, and address why a paying customer was denied service without cause. This experience has genuinely made me reconsider ever returning to this location.

The most disrespectful, unorganized, unprofessional and lack of communication in this particular location is beyond me. When asked and acknowledged about an up cost to original opposed to grilled And acknowledged and you still give me grilled and it’s dry is mind boggling. I paid for the up cost and you still gave me horrible service is crazy. Fast food is going to trash on top of your supposed management being rude and inconsiderate is crazy. You had to call a GM to give me a refund on yall downfall is crazy. I was patient but the lack of empathy in the downfall of there mistake made me upset. Do better!!! This is why fast food is losing money and will lose mine as well!! 😡😡 The picture is of the not so smart manager that was not trained properly. Do better !!

This location is so frustrating to visit, as well as to place online and Uber Eats orders from. The service is horrible IN PERSON let alone when you dare to order online or through Uber. 99% something will be missing or wrong. Ordered through Uber and was missing all my sauces, INCLUDING those I paid extra for. My straw wasn’t in the bag…it’s always something at this location.

I had and online order and whe I picked it up it was not hot and the workers had an attitude an my fries was not even filled like it was supposed to be I orders a large fry and pku my chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way ….disgusting!!

Ordered an online mobile order and apparently they didn’t have the order but we were charged and it was the correct location. We waited about 10 minutes for them to tell us this. We asked for the manager Ana who said we can’t do anything about it. No care in the world, no apology and said they could not refund and we would have to call the corporate for this. It’s 8 pm so office is closed so no I did not get a refund (yet). Mind you there were three men inside waiting and looked pissed off as well! Service is horrible!!! If I could give this place no stars, I would because that’s what it deserves. Management sucks!!!! Please avoid going here! No wonder they have all these negative reviews.

I felt very rushed when placing order. There was no one in the drive thru, so I’m not sure why. Then more than half my order was incorrect. Had to turn around and go inside. Very frustrating.

Impossible to get an accurate order here. Was missing a whole 6 pc nugget and a cookie. Not the first time they've messed up an order, but the firsf time i was missing entire items. Dont bother going here, and if you must, check your food thoroughly

They cannot take more than one order at a time!! Slowest Wendy’s ever. They have served old food on occasion. Literally will make you stop liking the entire chain because they have such poor service and quality of food.

Ordered 2 lrg fries and a baconator. Wife and I ate the fries in the car on the way home and the fries were a little stale. By the time I got home and opened my burger. It was just a single patty and a slice of cheese. No bacon and definitely not a baconator. Literally got scammed 16$. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

We ordered a “loaded baked potato 11-02-24 around 1:20pm and asked for all the other topping but no bacon, everything else fine on it just no bacon” and we got a plain potato with a packet of sour cream. We confirmed cheese, butter, onions were okay. Recieved a potato with NO toppings the loaded potato comes with such as cheese, chives, etc. No salt, no pepper, no butter, was given a knife to eat it with. -__- They threw on some shredded onions? NOT WHAT I ORDERED. What is super disappointing is that the backside of the potato was GREEN as in… the potato went rancid/bad/had some eyes sprouting. This wendys is not quality, avoid! Absolutely devastated my lunch period ruined now, and have to wait hours before another meal. BEWARE THIS LOCATION.

My daughter went to pick up our mobile order and they asked her to pull ahead while they finished preparing it, which was fine. She waited 30 minutes, during which time an employee went outside for a smoke break, looked at her, finished his smoke break and went back in. Finally she went inside to check on the order to be told they’d already marked it as delivered. They then proceeded to attempt to give her an incomplete order multiple times. She had to remind them about the chili AND the fries AND the drinks. When she made it home with our order (a 5 minute drive) all the burgers were cold (not even lukewarm). I’m contacting corporate for a refund. This is unacceptable.

Supposed to be the advertised pretzel bun original baconator no Mayo. Instead it’s a normal stale bun with mayo (already scraped off before picture) and if you put together the bacon it would add up to maybe a slice and a half. Which this is pretty on par for this location when it comes to baconators amount of bacon here. It usually takes a few times of this before I post something but this is the 3rd time in a row my order is no where near what it should be. I wish it came with a receipt so I could double check to see if it was even entered correctly, but there wasn’t one on the inside or outside of to-go bag.The young man at the window was very nice and polite though.

Just bought a spicy chicken sandwich from the Wendy’s by Braswell high school. It was very raw in the middle. When I called the location, one of the managers seemed nonchalant about what occurred. Not sure if I will go back here. I definitely will not order chicken again. They don’t know how to cook it, obviously.

Why do we keep going here? After this post it will be our last. We like Wendy's but the location in Aubrey off hwy380 is the worst. Order is never right or is missing items if you order for 3 or more people. Hamburgers are made sloppy and this time they didn't even out a slice of bacon...it was a bit of a strip and no lettuce....I couldn't believe my eyes. This is no joke. If you like Wendy's, then just drive a little further to the next location. This location has dissapointed our family too many times, which is such a shame.
