Service was pretty good, very clean and tidy. I come here pretty often id say my go to chipotle for sure! Food is always great especially when that boy with the earrings is cooking. As for portions I can say they are always spot on aswell 😎
Update: Recent visits have been nothing short of disappointing. Many missing toppings. They close in-store orders by 8PM and make it online only. Drive through orders are backed up most of the time and asked to circle back around the line. And in-store rewards scanner doesn’t work. Need to fix a lot of things. Good service. Friendly staff and nice portion size. Limited seating inside. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible ramp to the door and designated take out parking spots. Only location around that has drive through pick up Chipotlane feature.
My food was super fresh and tasted good. My portions were actually a decent size and I was a little bit shocked. The inside of the restaurant was clean and organized, the only downside was the soda machine was out of ice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they seemed brand new to the job but that’s okay because the store just opened.

Went in for my first time not sure what to expect. I can say I had nothing but an excellent experience. Everything down to the service was amazing. A young gentleman named fransisco assisted me and I was amazed by the service, he even threw in a free chips and guacamole. I was nothing but amazed. A true five star experience
Came in right before closing and isacc was about to get our order to us still. Appreciate the service he gave and would say this is my prefer chipotle to go to in the area.

The chimichurri was so good. I'm not sure if it will be permanent on the menu but I hope it is. It was a great addition to my steak.

Typical location, staff is nice. It’s never too busy, even during mealtime. Still, I recommend ordering on the app if you don’t want to wait. Also, if you order pick-up, ask the cashier (usually it’s ready, but kept in the back).

For one, I was pissed because the guy in front of me at chipoltlane ordered a large order and I waited 20 minutes behind him while my app told my food was ready for pickup. The app said my food has been existing for pickup but meanwhile I’m still waiting my turn to get to the window. I called and the guy on the phone was polite but I guess he said the guy waiting at the window had a large order. I’m thinking, why wouldn’t you guys redirect him to pick up inside so others in the lane can grab n go. I was late to work from my lunch break because of this miscommunication. When I got to the window, the staff apologized and they said they didn’t even start my order yet. So, of course I tell them I understand but deep inside I’m agitated because my app said the food was ready and I knew I was going to return to work late from lunch I didn’t even get to eat yet. I finally get my food after 35 minutes of waiting. I ordered fajita veggies in my quesadilla just to find out there were none. So I think the staff were friendly, but lack of staffing shows and lack of communication shows.

Horrible experience. Staff is always so rude. I got overcharged for 1 taco paid $15 because they put it in the bowl and charged me for a bo. Had a bug in my lettuce. Do not recommend!!!!
I love chipotle but have had several bad experiences at this one. At first, I thought it was because they were new, but the order is always wrong with low quality food compared to others. From now on, I’ll go to a different chipotle.
Price and portion is absolutely ridiculous I paid 11$ for a bowl with one scoop and like nothing in it. The TikTok’s about portions are true. Step your game up bro cause cmon it’s not outta your checks
The young man with dreads did not know how to treat customers. He was told by a co worker that there would be 2 vegan bowls, and he kept trying to pit all the meat on them, only kept saying, "What else". I asked if there were fountain drink options, because the drink dispenser was around the corner out of view, he just grabbed 2 cups and threw them in a bag. Didn't even ask if I wanted a certain size. He only gave me 1 option. Very rude, direct and anti customer oriented.
I have never experienced such poor quality before. The bowl I received had an unpleasant appearance and tasted as though it had been prepared a long time ago. The food was completely tasteless, and within minutes of eating it I began experiencing stomach pain. This is unacceptable, and a proper food inspection should be conducted immediately.
Probably most disappointed I've been at a chipotle before. Rude customer service, wrapped my burrito and gave it to me even though they saw it split right down the middle. Tasteless rice and chicken just terrible. The guy that rewrapped my burrito was nice though.
Gift card swapped for a $0 balance card. Receipt didn’t match. Cashier Joseph blamed a mix-up. When I called to document it, manager Nathan was dismissive and hung up.
The servers and service was great! Once we got to out destination, we never got our 2 x-large bags of chips. That usually the best part of our meal. When I called the restaurant. The worker only said "you can come back and will give you the chips"unfortunetly i was to far away to come back.work replied with "you can come back tomorrow". There were about 7–8 employees—everyone from the cook, to the drive-through worker, to someone heading to lunch, and even a few people just wandering around. Not a single person greeted me. I stood there for about a minute and a half, literally twiddling my thumbs, while multiple employees looked at me like I wasn’t even supposed to be there. I actually started to feel uncomfortable and was debating whether I should just leave. Right when I was about to walk out, two other customers came in. Suddenly, I got immediate attention and someone finally took my order. I’m not sure if the shift happened because more people walked in or what, but it definitely didn’t feel good. This was honestly horrible customer service. All customers should be treated equally—whether there’s a crowd behind them or not. You never know who someone could be: a secret shopper, a food reviewer, or even a CEO. Either way, every customer deserves acknowledgment and respect the moment they walk in.

Nearly every time I’ve ordered from this Chipotle—at least 9 out of 10 times—there’s been an issue with my order. Most often, the guacamole is missing, and they frequently add ingredients I didn’t ask for, like lettuce. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given how consistently these mistakes happen. This location needs to improve its order accuracy.
