To travel to another state and have a superb experience is awesome. I was traveling with my son and the band and we had lunch here. The restaurant had all ordered prepared and ready for us when we arrived. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was fresh. It was commendable knowing they could accommodate such a large order. We were extremely grateful!
I love subway and I’m gonna eat subway everyday for the rest of my life because of this store. The employees were super genuine and nice, the food was prepared with love and precision. The store lighting and atmosphere give me a feeling of bliss and comfort. I think I might cry
About as good as subway can get for me, not great but not bad. I get what I expect most of the time, although a couple of times the worker there was REALLY slow (lone trainee) or just didn't seem like they cared about you at all. But food is always on par, so there's that.

The only reason I'm not giving less stars is because my food is typically right and good. However, I ordered a curbside order to save some time, and realized I should have gone inside because the dude came out with have my food missing and told me to go inside and make my drink myself. Then when I asked about my chips the dude behind the counter raised his voice at me and told me I could grab the chips, and stopped making the sandwich he was making just to stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable
If you're going to have only one employee working at late hours (which is completely fine) please make sure itsi someone efficient enough to handle it. The employee working took around (not exaggerating) 3 minutes just to lay the meat one by one on my sub. My order took around 20 minutes to make with only 1 person ahead of me in line.

I went to the west magnolia subway in Auburn, AL. There was no issue with the food, but with the service. I’ve worked in the food service industry before and can understand the issue of boredom or not getting to an issue quickly but this was ridiculous. The man that was there was on his phone sitting in the lobby seating area when I arrived and he walked over to the counter to wash his hands and help me. At this point there was no issue. He made the food and charged me. I walked towards the seating area and saw something written in some type of red sauce on the window. I read it and it said two things. “GOOD FOOD-GARR” and “P*ssy Fart”. I know how unruly customers can be and can sympathize with these issues but the issue was that nothing was being done about it. I watched as I ate and the guy did nothing he just sat there on his phone not doing anything. If he was on his break, I guess I can understand but it looked like the window art had been there for a while. It really disgusts me to see that they will not clean the window that everyone can see with a vulgar phrase on it and makes me wonder what isn’t being cleaned that I can’t see.
When I went to oder: I told the young guy behind the counter exactly what and how I wanted my sandwich, all the way up to the veggie selection. He proceeded to repeatedly ask me questions I'd already answered (and I was the only one in line). He made my sandwich correctly (or this would be a less than 1star review). The "cashier" asked me what size drink I wanted, I said medium, he gave me a small. He almost grabbedmy cookies bare-handed!. Then proceeded to fiddle with the tip cup repeatedly (done to non-verbally ask for a tip), even took all but a $1-2 out (done to indicate there is a tip jar and to give the illusion that other HAVE tipped), UNTIL the other guy finished my sandwich. NOT an experience I want to repeat...
ordered a sandwich with just baja chipotle sauce on it and bite into a lot of baja sauce with mustard underneath it. almost like they messed up and instead of wiping it off they just covered it with baja sauce. good thing im not allergic bc id be in the hospital right now. it doesn’t take that much to wipe it off 🙄 the other subway locations are always good in my opinion but this one is not it

She toasted it for only 20 seconds instead of the full minute or so. I had a drink with my order and when I tried filling it up, all the ones I tried were flat. When I told her she went back to check the carbo bags and said they were all fine, but they clearly weren't because I could taste it also there weren't any bubbles. I asked for a bottled drink since I already paid for a combo and she argued with me multiple times about the fountain being fine. I walked out without a drink that I paid for because her energy was so awful and I wish I could take back my tip.

Staff is lazy, management is rude, and they tow their own customers. Go to the better sandwich shop on college street closer to the parking deck.
I was a little confused because when my mom was getting the food some people approached the car in the parking lot? Lol is towing a regular thing here ? Food was subway quality
I was served a sandwich by a random bum who did not work there. It was literally a 13 year old kid who just walked behind the counter and served me food. He was the only one in there too! How can management be so bad that the only employees they have are not employees at all. He gave me my sandwich for free (which I’m not mad about I guess).
I was asked upon entrance to the restaurant if I wanted to order a sandwich. Really? I don't believe I have ever had that happen in a SANDWICH RESTAURANT. The young lady was extremely rude to us. Luckily, we don't live in this area. They won't have to look for us to return.
I was turned away at 6:29 on January 30th 2022, and told that they were closed, when in reality and also online they close at 7. It was a lady that turned me away and wasn’t even nice about it. She was extremely rude. And I saw her shooing another customer out of the door as well. The customer service was very poor.

For the first time, as I was in a hurry, I placed a curbside order to pick up. 2 of our 5 sandwiches were wrong (which can be a problem due to dairy allergies). We tried one of the new pretzels, I might have had better luck chewing a rubber tire. The only positive was that the food was ready when they said it would be. I used to love Subway, but my last 3-4 orders have been terrible.
Older white lady with short hair is very rude. Gave me a dirty look and didn’t say a word to me just ignored me.
I wish I could give negative stars! Male working, threw the sandwich around he was making and rolled his eyes that we order a sandwich off the menu. He kept acting like he couldn’t understand my husband. Very disrespectful. The whole time both workers kept saying how they wanted to go home. It was 45 minutes before closing. I work very hard for my money and I wish I hadn’t spent it here. Their mentality is very off. Lot of people need jobs, they don’t have to work if they don’t want to! Some people use their last $7 at subway and I hope they don’t go to this one. Very disappointed
They do not accept physical gift cards but only through the app. I paid for a footlong dipper and was not informed they were out of the flatbread used to make it. I asked for compensation or something in exchange and all I got was a measly piece of bread and cheese. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at subway😅 from the moment I walked in the guy making the sandwiches had a major attitude and was being so rude to all of the guests, rolling his eyes and making comments…definitely made everyone standing in that line feel like a burden for even being in the restaurant. And then the lady that was working with him wasn’t even listening, kept putting the wrong stuff on everyone’s sandwiches. I always try to give others the benefit of the doubt, but geez😅
Okay staff at best. Terrible owners. Got my vehicle towed within 5 min of parking even if you are a costumer. Makes me think the owner hates college students. Why have a business here in Auburn if you dislike college students?. I would never order food and or go to the subway again. unprofessional staff and owner. Recommend change of management and staff.
This is possible the worst service from any subway in AL. Which I never thought would be possible when compared to some of the Montgomery stores. But this one is by far the poorest of them all. It's in a prime location but the building is filthy. The workers don't care about the customers. I went the week after graduation on a Saturday just before noon. The town is literally empty of students and traffic. They were out of meatballs! What the heck. I asked if there was a lunch rush and they said not really. These guys hadn't even prepared meatballs for the day. And then when I looked at was available I immediately left. I will never be back to this spot. Would much rather go to the one is the gas station off wire road.
This is a tow company branch, not a food company. I saw the staff talked with the tow car driver a lot for a timely tow.
Upon walking into this location, I saw they have a nice patio area with tables, but quickly realized that they were all dirty and gross. Once inside i found that the place was completely empty of customers as well employees. We waited for about five minutes, checking out the meat and veggies which looked pretty good and clean. Finally I pulled out my phone and googled the phone number and proceeded to call in hopes of someone answering so that we could inform them that customers were waiting up front. I could hear the phone ringing but no one answered. We took it as a sign from God that we didnt need to be eating there so we left and went next door to chick-fil-a. A Chick-fil-A employee informed us that the subway location has an issue with employees walking out on their shifts.
Breads too hard to chew. I was feeling discomfort for the next hours. I have been regular at the store for last 5 years. i am not coming back. Please improve the quality of food and service.
Guy behind the register started lecturing me for using my phone while I was waiting. Not while I was talking with him or any other employees, just waiting to check out. Told him I was sending a time sensitive work email, which was true, and on the way out I hear him talking to the people behind me about how he doesn't believe me. Frankly it doesn't matter, I could be playing checkers against myself and its still none of his business. Mind numbingly rude.
Management bold faced lies to you if you ask about towing, I parked to go on campus for 20-30 minutes max and when I got back and realized I was towed I went inside and asked if they'd called on me, which I’d be fine with aside for how short I was parked there, and they denied even calling. The thing is, the towing agency that is over that lot HAS to be called for them to come out (I confirmed this with auburn express as I was picking up my car). Sandwich’s have always been lousy there anyway. 0/100

Mary is awesome. The only reason I eat there. Then they went and fired her, because the manager made a pass at her. Shamefull! Update: 12/06/19 - I haven't stopped here since. Sometimes you just have to show stores that how they treat their customers is essential. When a customer reaches out to a company with an issue and the company doesn't reply, it's equivalent to not caring. Mary’s my wife and she’s now managing an apartment complex in Colorado. manager is lowkey rude. placed an online order. it was burnt and they cooked the mayo!! you’re supposed to put mayo on AFTER it’s been heated! you’d think all subway workers would know that. isn’t the first issue i’ve had with them.
I walked in and was excited to get food from subway. This blonde girl walks out from the back of the room and rudely asks me what I want in a mean tone and has a bad attitude the entire time I was there. She had a pissed off look on her face. There was only one staff and he was very rude. He treated us like inconveniences and when we requested to cancel the extra veggie patty that we asked the earlier moment, he said, "Are you kidding me? WARNING: Subway is very stingy with their parking lot. They sit and watch the cameras religiously just so they can tow/boot vehicles. (The guy who booted my Jeep told me this, and seemed just as annoyed as I was about it. I am not hating on the towing company though, the guy was very nice.) I am a door dasher, so I normally park in the closest possible parking spot to the restaurant. I spend maybe 2 minutes picking up food and walking back to my vehicle. I parked at Subway thinking it would be okay to grab my order from Chick-fil-a. Boy was I wrong. I was gone for 2 minutes and walked back to the towing company putting a boot on my vehicle. There were 2 other cars in the parking lot, other than that it was empty. To me it seems like they are doing this to purposely ruin people's days. Avoid this Subway at all costs!

This is not the service you want, especially with the start of the semester and the opportunity for more business. I ordered lunch today via the app. The Magnolia store did not receive my order, and the two staff members there did nothing. They did not offer me a way to contact support or offer me the food I had already paid for. "That money doesn't come here." Really? This order won't appear on your P&L? I find that very hard to believe. Since I was in a rush, I ordered another sandwich and paid for it again. They were both rude, not only to me but to another gentleman as well. I am looking for some way to contact the owner or Subway corporate. The reviews for this store are terrible, and there are other reviews (July 28) that reference the same two workers. I have tried to call, but shockingly, the number won't ring and the voicemail box is full. I wonder what types of messages are in the box? I will be disputing the charge on my card and am trying to find the owner. I am done with Subway.

The manager has Auburn Express Towing on speed dial—my car (with my toddler’s car seat) was gone in less 45 minutes. I’m from out of town and couldn’t find parking nearby. Monday July 28 around 3pm I came in and there was a short black girl and an older white lady. They were both absolutely rude and had disgusting character and customer service. Rolling eyes at me saying they were just about to get off work, and that I need to go somewhere else. I ignored what they said and with a smile on my face and continued to say what I wanted to order. I Had gotten 3 sandwiches and the short black girl proceeded to throw the food on my sandwich not handling with any care! Luckily the older white lady told her to do it right so they can go home. Continuing to fix my sandwich. They both made rude comments and faces at what I wanted on the sandwiches. Literally had a comment from the meat to the lettuce and sauces. Laughing at me as a joke or something and saying I was making stupid recommendations. I felt insulted, uncomfortable and disrespected. I didn’t even argue back with them or say anything to cause any issues. I simply walked in and kindly ordered my food. They obviously don’t respect or care to work for you guys at subway and from seeing other customers reviews about the same people they honestly deserve to be fired!

These old ladies are freaking vultures and will sit there behind the dumpsters, smoke their cigarettes, and laugh at you while you sit there and pay the tow truck so he will remove the boot off your car. I was gone for 4 minutes. I was planning on going back there for lunch with my girlfriend when she went on her lunch break. I really wish the worst for this establishment.
Arrived at this store and got dinner for my family. Bad customer service, requested new produce because the produce on the line were rotten, and some were frostbite. Employee became irate and argued back with me and my fiancé about getting new produce for my sandwiches. Another employee intervened while with another customer. The first employee continued to argue back and forth with us. A third employee also intervened and attempting to refuse service for us. Out of all the visits, this was my worst customer experience thus far.
