Breakfast tacos & coffee were very good. Couple that with the friendly staff and that means a 5 star review.
Great service, amazing flavor, and the cleanest bathroom you will ever visit. 10/10
Our favorite cafe in Austin. My wife and I work from there a lot. Their coffee is excellent with a variety of items. The whole place is elegant & classy. The staff are professional & very helpful. Highly recommend.
This is one of those neighborhood coffee shops that just plain feels good. You can tell that many of the customers are regulars. People chat. The servers remember your "usual". The coffee is delicious and made with love. The pastries are sourced locally. Austin Grind is simply charming.
Coffee is good, atmosphere is nice, but I specifically want to commend the kindness and customer service of the staff! Management has clearly invested time and energy into training their staff to have strong customer service skills. The staff always makes you feel welcomed when you enter the space, and it's clear they have a healthy, positive working environment. It truly stands out as exceptional!
This is my favorite coffee shop in all of Austin! I know, a bold statement, but I stand by it. I love how quaint and cozy it is inside. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Whenever family and friends come into town I always bring them here! Also, one day I wanted to try something new so I looked around and I saw on their shelves they had a banana syrup, so I decided to try a white chocolate mocha with banana syrup added to it and it became my favorite drink! It tastes like banana nut bread in a cup and oh so cozy! I definitely recommend trying that combo!
Quaint coffee shop with lots of good drinks. I loved their pistachio latte - it smelled and tasted like real pistachios and not the fake pistachio flavor. They have lots of interesting pastries and $2 oatmeals if you're looking for a quick breakfast. Cosy coffee shop with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. There's all gender restrooms available on the inside.
Soon as I walked in the barista at the register rizzed me up! I Decided to try to a new a coffee shop today and it was a hit!! My bestie and I got a hot hazelnut oatmilk latte and it was the bombski as well as a white chocolate mocha with lavender and oat milk !!!! The muffin is also super cute
We came here for a change. The Breakfast sandwiches were simple but good. Dining area was small but luckily we found a place to sit. Servers were nice.
Not a bad stop, I come here often and most of the time it’s good but I haven’t been impressed by the cooked food, have not tried the pastries. However I get the same blended drink always and most of the time it’s great and other times it’s so full of ice chucks I can’t even drink it through a larger straw. It’s disappointing to get a blended drink and not have it be blended up.
TLDR: solid coffee and pastry I ordered a large iced latte and a banana chocolate muffin the iced latte was *massive*, and relatively tasty. It could have been a bit better, but the value was fantastic, so I can’t blame them much. The muffin was pretty darn good as well. Service was fast, so no real complaints there. Overall, pretty good place for a stop on the way to work.
I like this place but it’s galling to be charged for an alternative milk that I use only because I’m lactose intolerant. It’s no more expensive than regular milk, which is free. I encourage you guys to make all of your milks the same price either free or otherwise. Otherwise nice little café.
It depends who makes the coffee. Someone made the best one, but the next day someone else didn’t do a good job at all. So, when I go, I check if the right person is available.
Worst latte I’ve ever had in my life. Tastes like dirty water, not espresso at all. And it cost over $7 for a small! I won’t be coming back here again.
I just spent $6.33 on a 16oz chai tea latte that tastes like drinking a big cup of milk with the 'chai' nowhere to be found. I parted with my hard earned money for this abomination. Only thing I am glad about is I didn't tip them. This one's ticked off my list. Word of warning: be prepared to get served milk when you order a chai latte.
Place now has new manager who is not familiar with a modicum of service. The manager has not indicated a basic understanding of proper communication or decorum. I will not give them my business in the future. Customers deserve much, much better. I recommend you go elsewhere
