Such a beautiful playground, very well made, SOLID. The installers & delivery was easy, fast and well put together. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Neighbors use our playground so I also bought some signs from Amazon to say not responsible for any injuries. Accidents can happen, but hopefully never. 💙

We recently bought a Play Set for our grandson's 4th birthday. From our initial visit to the Austin location, to delivery and set-up, our experience could not have been better. During our visit, Joel patiently explained the differences between models and accessories and answered all our questions. A couple days later, we decided on the Orangutan Fort and were able to handle the paperwork (including interest-free financing) via phone and email. The entire process was so easy. The 2 guys who handled delivery and set-up worked tirelessly in Texas heat to expertly put the set together. Our grandson loves the play set and has become the most popular kid in the neighborhood! We are extremely happy with the set and, after researching other play set companies online, know that we made the right decision in choosing Tree Frogs of Austin for our grandson's very favorite birthday present.

We could not be happier with our new swing set!!! From sale to installation, our Tree Frogs experience was superb! We had gotten a quote from another swing set retailer in Austin, and while friendly, that salesperson could not guarantee a level installation due to our sloping yard. In addition, the delivery time would have been 6-8 weeks (!). I decided to check out Tree Frogs, and I'm so glad I did. Brian Reilly was super friendly and came to our house to look at our yard, measure, and give us a quote, which was very comparable and, in my opinion, very reasonable given the size and quality of the structure. Brian assured us that their installers could do the job and recommended two different swing set options, but he wasn't pushy at all, which I appreciated. The best part: The swing set was delivered just over a week after we ordered, meaning my six-year-old will be able to use it during the prime spring months! As for the installation, Alec was excellent--punctual, professional, friendly, and efficient. He and his co-worker, Alexis, set up the swing set within a few hours and checked with us during the process to make sure we were happy with the placement. Gabriel, the scheduler, was also awesome--super friendly and responsive. My son is SO happy with his new swing set, and we're so pleased with our experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tree Frogs!

No pressure and very friendly and accommodating. we went and looked at the play structure twice ! joel explained everything patiently ! we ended up buying one of their larger play structures that just got installed ! excellent quality and installation as well ! While this place is reasonably priced, the quality and service is outstanding! Highly recommend!!!

Kiddos love their new swing set! Thank you Tree Frogs! Quality is top-notch. SO glad we didn't go with the cheaper stuff. This set doesn't even budge when I play on it with the kids, and I can tell this is going to last a LONG time. We opted to self-install, mostly just so the kids could see more of the process and see daddy putting together this thing just for them, and you'll definitely want another capable adult to help at a few steps. I'd say 80% I was able to do myself, and the rest I had a buddy help me with. The swing beam part was a bit tricky, but only because our yard had a bit of an incline, so getting it lined up was a task with so much weight from the beams. All in, super happy with the set, and Tree Frogs was awesome. Even when I had questions during installation, they were super helpful every time I called. Thanks again for an awesome product and fantastic service!
