Dorothy is kind and communicative, offering me multiple options for the base of my smoothie and the entire service with a smile :) Linda was working with her and she was equally as friendly and helpful! My smoothie tasted great and all took less than a few minutes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something refreshing!
Really delicious carrot, ginger juice that was packed full of ingredients. I watched the worker make it and was in awe of how much was added to the juicer. It was a great way to start a long day of traveling.

We were waiting for our flight and decided to grab a smoothie. Jordyn was the young lady that helped me & she had recommended the mango pineapple smoothie. Great recommendation! It was really good & very happy with the service. Jordyn was very polite & represented the company well.
Stopped to get a cold brew before my flight. Jordyn and Dorothy were quick, great and super helpful!

Smoothie was average, nothing to fancy or special. The vibe didnt give a clean vibe. with syrup on the counter, food out. Plus my receipt definitely didnt match my order. or what the menu stated 🤔

$10 for 20oz ice + splash of juice. The juice itself is fine, but the cup was filled to the brim with ice. More than half of the juice was still in the blender and dumped. I wish I could’ve asked for the rest of the juice in a cup with no ice, but I guess they’re fine with wasting product 🤷🏻♀️

Full price for a smaller smoothie compared to other airport smoothie bars. The straws are normal soda straws and are not good for chunky smoothies
The carrot ginger juice was good, but the cup was only filled 3/4 way full. Pretty cheap for a juice that costs over $8. I'm thinking the juice places on the other side of the terminal are a better deal.
Very slow, make sure you have a lot of time!!
I had a bowl, it was a lot more smoothie than bowl and I didn’t feel comfortable opening it on a flight in the case of turbulence. Many of the supplies were out by 1pm, which is pretty early to run out of things, so it didn’t feel like the place was well prepared to receive customers. The staff were great, service was fast. The biggest issue was the product. With the bow costing $15, thats a bit expensive for what I got since it wasn’t up to par.

I watched an employee make multiple smoothies while using her phone at the same time. She was holding her phone and scrolling with the same gloves she was using to prepare food. This is not following basic food safety rules and felt unsanitary. On top of that, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, which came across as poor customer service. Overall, not a good experience.
I regularly buy smoothies from here and face issue with small straws, when I gave feedback to store staff and ask to also arrange large straws they told me that this feedback customers often gives and we ask d Manager multiple times to help arrange larger straws but no progress. I am wondering why such small requests from customers can’t be arranged by store manager. This is very frustrating experience.
Y'all, don't give them your time OR money! I was the only order -- a simple drink, which took over 20 minutes to prepare! My 14 year old dog moves faster than the employee! ( She used old frozen bananas) If I owned that business she would y FIRED! Time is money for every business -- HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! FYI: There is a wonderful smoothie place near gate 20!
Today I ordered a simple orange juice. It took me 20 minutes to receive it and when I picked it up it had ginger and other tastes which I specifically I asked not to have them in it. However the lady there didn’t bother herself to make the bucket empty from the previous order so orange juice got mixed with the leftover of other juices after.
I travel for work really often and they never have at least half the menu
They just put frozen ingredients and then at the end see how much milk they need to add to fill the cup.
