Let’s start with: this place makes foods for Vietnamese people. That is to say the dishes are authentically delicious!! They welcome any one, of course. The price is fair with the quality and the order comes with a bottle of water too. I haven’t found a broken rice dish around Austin that is as delicious as this one. And it’s REAL BROKEN RICE!! I was so excited. Bun Bo Hue, specialty beef soup, is rich in flavor and the noodles cooked just right. The atmosphere…just like in Vietnam with the telltale dancing music. It does make me miss home a bit more than usual, haha. I will definitely come back again.

This place deserves to be so much busier. Spacious covered seating area and friendly people. I tried their bun bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup) and com ga Phu Yen (Free range chicken rice). Both are phenomenal! The dipping sauce and broth for the chicken rice were very authentic. Their free range chicken had great texture and flavor. If you can eat chicken gizzards and hearts, ask them to add those to your rice as well (this is a secret menu item).

Food was excellent, definitely authentic and delicious! Generous proportions, friendly service. Ordered Free Range Chicken Noodle Pho and Spicy Beef Noodle Pho, Fried Egg Rolls and Vietnamese Pancake with Shrimp dish and of coarse a delicious Vietnamese Coffee. Everything was great! With lots of fresh basil, lime and bean sprouts! Highly recommend this place, for your Vietnamese food experience!

The food was spectacular!! So good that I had to come back the following day to reorder the same dishes. The bún bò Huế was authentic, rich, savory, perfect to taste (no additional condiments needed) and the portion was huge. The cơm gà Phú yên was chefs kiss. First bite of the rice and I was in awe, so much flavor and chicken umami. Chicken was tender and seasoned well. Sauce was garlicky and ginger goodness. Soup broth rich and complimented the rice dish so well. The restaurant is gives mom and pop shop, they were very sweet and genuine. Spacious, clean, cute atmosphere. I would dress for comfort with the weather if you want to dine in since it’s a food truck w an enclosed patio (big big space tho). Or to-go, I saw so many to go orders sitting there. Plenty of parking in the back. The menu is huge so I will be exploring more dishes! Overall, 9.5/10 experience. This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. I loved the com ga and bun bo hue. The food was authentic and flavorful. The owner, Co Bao, was super nice and friendly. I can’t wait to visit this place again to try more of their fantastic dishes.

I found out about this place after my go-to spot had a car crash into it. I'm thrilled that I decided to check out Pho 63 because it has quickly become a new favorite. The vermicelli bowl with grilled pork that I ordered was delicious. The veggies were fresh, and the pork was incredibly tender and tasty. The portions are generous, and the service is superb. The size of the crab rangoons was surprising. However, the bite size rangoons were addicting and I will definitely order them again. The ample parking makes visiting this establishment easy. Whether it's for a quick bite or a delicious drink, I highly recommend Pho 63.

SO GOOD. During the hot summer months, I don't just want salads. I crave a good vermicelli bowl and finally found a place to satisfy that craving. Comes perfectly seared, with a delicious Vietnamese style egg roll. The "outside" seating is perfect. Covered patio with lots of seats and fans to keep you cool. Hurry and get yours!

Ngon quá!! (So delicious) I'm happy to see the Việt food community growing here in Austin. Phở 63 is one of the best authentic việt food I've had here in Austin! This place would stack up well against some of the best places Houston. I stopped by after work on a Wednesday around 5pm. Plenty of parking around the back, behind the fenced area, and I was probably their first customer for their dinner service. I loved that I could hear vietnamese music playing as I was walking in from the parking, had Paris by Night vibes. Even though this is a food truck, I was surprised by how much covered seating and space this had! Bún bò huế was my favorite growing up and I've been homesick recently, so I had order it. It didn't take too long for my order to come out. It was served with fresh, traditional mint leaves, bean sprouts, other viet herbs, a slice of lime, and a small thing of chili oil and shrimp paste. The soup itself was a fairly large portion. Before I added anything to the soup, I had to first taste the broth. I'm telling yall, I had a Ratatouille moment where I had memories of eating Mom's bún bò huế. Full of flavor and balanced with the perfect amount of spice! Generous portions of meats and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I wasn't that hungry when I ordered, but I inhaled this bowl. 10/10 maybe the best bbh you will find in Austin for only $14. I will return to try some of the other menu options, but bbh is a must have here at Phở 63.

This place makes me miss Vietnam. Environment is casual, the food great. Really enjoyed their Bun Bo Hue, meatball Pho, and Che Mu Trom. Their Crispy Chicken Wings with Garlic Fish Sauce flavors are well balanced and very crispy; one of the best I’ve tried so far. Will definitely be back!

A+, really good Pho and obviously flying under the radar at the moment for either being so new or due to the food truck/patio setup. Broth was flavorful, good portion of meat/noodles, all in all great place. I’ll be back to try the other dishes as this one was impressive.

What a great place. It is a food truck with a giant parking lot and it's with a large indoor table and chairs dining area. The food was wonderful! I'll go back soon! Super yummy!

I absolutely loved the main dish I ordered (Com Ga Phu Yen). Their peach tea and oolong tea were also fire! Extremely hospitable owners and staff. This felt like a college cafeteria, but with high-quality authentic Vietnamese food.

I loooove this place my new go to casual viet/pho spot. The chef here is name Bao same as mine! She is very knowledgeable and so very nice. But the best part is the food. This is my first time and for a pho spot I always try the pho first and the broth is killer! So clear and flavorful. Noodles were cooked perfectly I like that she uses the wider pho noodles as well very reminiscent of the pho I had back in Nam. Next time I will get the broken rice pork chop plate. Also I asked her about the banh mi and she makes her own pate and aioli as well the pork belly roll. Omg can’t wait to go back! Note this is a very casual setting don’t expect table side service or anything like that. It’s just super flavorful food serve hot and fresh. As a Vietnamese I’m telling you the food slaps. PS: that chicken wing with fish sauce glaze was awesome as well. crispy and full of sweet and umami flavor. I’m drooling thinking about it.

This place is going to be one of my new favorite spots! The food and the drinks are amazing, and the portions are so generous. This is some of the best pho I’ve had in Austin. The pho broth and the grilled meat in the vermicelli bowl were both so flavorful. This is definitely a must visit for foodies!

Saw this place on my way to work this morning and decided to stop in for lunch since it's been a while since I saw an occupant there. I think the dining patio was getting cleaned/painted so they had some tables set out in the parking lot area. Just take a seat and someone will be with you to take your order. **Atmosphere**: pulling in, I could already hear the Vietnamese instrumental music playing on the speakers. That's a green flag for me. The weather was good for dining outside too, and there's to-go options if the weather is chillier or if you want to enjoy your food at home. The outdoor tables were spotless, and had umbrellas for some shade. It's a humble spot. **Food**: I ordered pho dac biet, and it came with the typical side of veggies you can add to your pho if you so choose. If you want condiments, you'll have to ask as they aren't kept on the tables (the outdoor ones anyway). I personally didn't need them because the broth was yummy. The meat was tender and the cuts I got weren't super fatty. Near the bottom of the bowl however, the broth got a bit salty/briney. Overall, I enjoyed the pho, and walked away with a happy and full stomach. **Drink**: I had a cafe sua da. I think the coffee taste could have been stronger but that's more personal preference than anything. It hit the spot on a sunny and breezy day. **Service**: they operate out of a food truck currently, and there's only a couple of people working at a time (at least at lunch time) so please be patient with them. The man who I assume was the owner took my order was kind and professional. **Parking**: plenty of free parking, they have a small lot. There's no spot markers at the moment, so just be mindful of how you park so no other patrons get blocked in. The gate to the lot and entry from the street can only fit one car at a time too. Pictured: pho dac biet (combination), veggies for pho, café sua da (iced Vietnamese coffee)

Legit in every way! Best of both worlds with a classic Austin food truck and all the comforts of a restaurant. We appreciated the covered seating and heaters on cold/rainy day. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. My mom had been craving banh xeo and it hit spot for her! Huge and crispy. Maybe a bit more pork, but there was plenty of shrimp and veggie fillings. I was there for the bun bo hue and it was divine. Perfect ratio of noodles, meat, beef blood cube, and a good size pigs feet - the real deal right there y'all. The broth was fragrant and aromatic, loved the lemongrass and even the temperature was on point. Definitely want to try many items from the menu, too bad I live 2,000 miles away!

The food is good, quite similar to most places. However, the portion is smaller, this does not matter to me as I don’t eat a lot but just highlight for others. I’m not sure if they position themselves as a food truck (as they cook and serve from a truck) or as a normal restaurant. There’s plenty of seating with plants, music… but the door is open so it felt like outside. It’s quite miserable eating a hot bowl of noodles in this condition. What I don’t like is the utensils and how they serve the food. Probably they want diners to clean up and throw everything afterwards so they serve everything like togo orders. It’s just not convenient to eat with these tiny plastic spoons and knife. I would vote 5 if they serve the food in normal bowl, plates… and using normal utensils.

Typical fast food truck place with decent Pho on the salty side. The food was decent with in house made fresh noodles. A little cut back on the meat portions but pricing is okay. Overall typical fast pho place if you don’t expect anything more than that.

The food was all right, but I would not recommend visiting especially when the weather is hot and humid. It is basically a covered outdoor area with the food truck. They don’t close the door so bugs come in all the time. I heard the “popping noises” that come from fly traps every minute, so it was a bit distracting. They don’t have any air conditioner, so beware if you’re sensitive to heat or humidity. The quality of service I got was quite disappointing. Their eggroll was served cold, so I had to ask them to bring the hot ones. They were also missing fish sauce for eggroll. I’m leaving one extra star because of this lady, who was attentive to my needs. She brought me a bottle of water, fresh fried egg rolls per request, fish sauce, and turned on the fan for me. However, I believe that these are the services I should’ve gotten before I start eating. There were barely any people at the time of my visit, so there are quite significant areas of improvement for this place.
