Its my first time visiting and it was such a cute quaint authentically fusion restaurant. Clean menus. Great friendly service. Clean tables. There are plenty of options on the menu from bahm mi, vermicelli, rice, pho, Chinese food, and more! I ordered bahm mi! The servings is great. And the price is reasonable. Ordered yummy Arnold Palmer.

I called ahead to ask if they have a vegetarian bánh mi option, and they said they did. It wasn't my personal favorite, but my husband loved it, so I feel compelled to give them 5 stars. haha! We'd like to try some of their other food options as well next time.

If I could give 10 stars for service I would. Great and attentive staff, they were very accommodating for my little guy and made sure my Viet iced coffee was exactly how I like it. I got the salted Viet iced coffee and it’s so good. I would order this everyday if it could. Smooth. Strong. Not too sweet. Great coffee flavor. Bonus for parents with small/young kids there are claw machines, a small fish tank and two big televisions to keep them occupied. Very authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The pho is really clean and the spices really come through. If you like anise and cinnamon and a bit of licorice you can really taste it. The egg rolls were great too. A few Asian families which is always a good sign. Highly recommend!

Everything about here has been excellent! The Pho was amazing and properly done. My mom loves the flat noodles and the spring rolls were so fresh. I highly recommend eating here. I'm now committed to their pho.

We have been going here weekly since they opened. The food and the service are top notch and amazing. The Pho is delicious and the Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups are great too. The Bahn Mi sammy a nice sammy. The apps are great too. We also love the other entree dishes. Please give them a try and support them. The construction is making it hard on small businesses so go there. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped by here for the first time & I must say my experience was amazing. I had the combo fried rice (chicken , beef , shrimp ) it was very flavorful and a nice large portion. My girlfriend had the Pho she enjoyed it a lot said it was light & very good. We also tried the egg rolls (beef & veggie ) great as well very fresh. If you’re in the area or are craving some great food you gotta stop by. The servers were so nice made me feel right at home. Defiantly will be back I really Pho with them

Our new fav Pho spot! We were shopping around for a good one since moving back to Austin. The broth for the soup was flavorful. The Banh Mih was fresh. Just beware of the chili oil. Use it sparingly as it is SPICY! lol

This family owned restaurant by far has the BEST pho here in Austin. The broth is packed with so much flavor. They’ve got boba (milk tea) so yummy btw! Singapore noodles were amazing & Vietnamese eggrolls were SO good.You can really tell they brought a little bit of home with them with every dish they serve. Definitely give this place a go. You won’t regret it!!

The food was phenomenal!!! There was so much flavor and the food tasted amazing. My friend and I were the first customers to try their boba and I can proudly say that it was the best boba I’ve had. The boba tasted really good and the texture was better than most boba I have had. The customer service was my favorite because they were so kind and friendly!!! Will definitely be coming back with more people.

We came here for dinner and got chicken bahn mi, dumplings and pan fried flat noodles. The food and service were both great The food came out quickly. The dumplings were juicy and tasted nice with the sauce. The chicken in bahni mi was packed with flavor and bread was soft and crispy. It was our favorite. But the star was the pan fried flat noodles. It came with crispy flat noodles with lightly flavored chicken and veggies on top. We really enjoyed it We came in 45 mins before closing time and all the fryers were off, so we couldn't order few of the items we wanted to try. But definitely look forward to trying them next time

PhoWok is the best place for authentic Vietnamese cuisine! This family owned and operated restaurant is cozy, welcoming, and has soul warming food. The Stir-Fried Beef Pho is my favorite and the Chicken Banh Mi is an absolute must! The pho broth is clean, fragrant, and savory. It’s not overly salty nor muddled with unnecessary sauces. It’s a high quality broth, deep with flavor, that speaks volumes about how much time and effort goes into making it. Their Chicken Banh Mi is simply amazing. It’s the perfect blend of fresh ingredients, a savory juicy chicken, and creamy sauce, all encompassed in a soft bread that has a nice crunch. It’s a 12 inch long sub, cut into thirds, so it’s perfect for sharing! Their Vietnamese Coffee is insanely good. I’ve wanted to find out what their recipe is, but it’s a closely guarded secret, even more so than the Krabby Patty recipe. One day, I’ll find out… till then, I’ll keep ordering it every time I visit PhoWok. Huge shout out to Dat and his brother for always treating everyone like family! This place has my highest recommendation as the quality of the food and exceptional service has always been consistent. If you want a real taste of Vietnam, don’t walk, RUN to PhoWok! 5/5!

Great experience at Pho Wok! Food was delicious—we are vegetarian, and there were many, many options for us. Service was fast and attentive. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant and returning soon!

I have been a frequent customer at Pho Wok for a long time, visiting almost every week for fried rice and appetizers. While the food is usually great, my experience today was disappointing. The fried rice received was burnt. It had a strong burnt smell as soon as opened it, and there were several charred black pieces throughout that made it inedible or at the very least subpar (see photo). When I called, they mentioned having a new chef, which understand can happen. However, I was disappointed by the solution offered. Despite being a regular customer, only way to resolve the issue was to drive back to the restaurant to physically exchange the burnt rice for a new one. Asking a loyal customer to make an extra trip to prove a kitchen error felt like a lack of trust and poor customer service. I hope management reconsiders this policy so the service can match the high standards I've come to expect here.
