Salata Austin Reviews
My wife is a freak for salads and I love seeing my wife happy, so we dine here often. Great options that even I, as a Ron Swanson-esque person, enjoys greatly.
I LOVE coming to this location! Food quality is always wonderful, staff are always very friendly (shout out to shift lead Martin for being so kind) and the restaurant is always clean and well kept! Keep up the great work team!
I love this place! I’m fascinated by the fact that there’s no limit to the toppings you can add to your salad. All the vegetables feel incredibly fresh, and the attention and service are excellent. I’ve never ordered for delivery, so I’m not sure how it would arrive if you order it that way — I’ve only visited the location in person.
Really a nice place to chill and get a salad. I like the staff, super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the ability to add so many topics on my salad and even choose the salad base; something I wasn’t prepared for. My wife got like four different salad base options; I just got spinach. Haha! They had multiple dressings, proteins, and even little bread topics and soups if you are interested. Okay, so it’s not a cheap salad by any means. Truth told, you could order a steak for the same price; but you came for salad! All and all, a solid experience!
It was our first time visiting and it was very good! The regular salad is enough for 2 people or make 2 meals out of it. Pro tip: Have then portion out your salad for to go with the dressing on the side and bam, 2 meals! I tried the salata mix with almost all the veggies, avocado jalapeño dressing and chipotle chicken! Great salad!
next level salad company. first timer at Salata and to Austin Texas. went with the Jalapeno Avacado Salad with Chicken and the Chipotle White Bean Soup with a Prickly Pear Limeade. everything was extremely exceptional and I was skeptical ordering online for pickup right before closing. staff was extremely professional, courteous and consiferate. recommend the late shift and salads here anytime.
My go-to spot for a salad or wrap. The taste is miles better than Mad Greens and the service is always amazing. Frankie is one of the employees that always gives great customer service and is pleasant to interact with while going through the options. I never feel rushed and she gives great recommendations on what would work best with the ingredients I’ve chosen.
Omg I just love this place so much. I wish we have it in NY. I used to live in Austin and moved away 4 years ago. This week we are back to visit. First stop! Salata, but this time with my toddler. I was so happy to see a kids meal. My meal was like always, like I never left. Fresh ingredients, tasty dressing, large servings, and fast service. My kid got this giant box with fruits, veggies, and a protein (strawberries were gone before I took the pic 😂). PLEASE! open in NY!!!
LOOOVE this place. Have ordered online and eaten in person and enjoyed both experiences. The online platform is easy to order from and if you go in person, think Subway-style restaurant. If you pair their fresh herb vinaigrette and their lemon vinaigrette (as suggested by the employee making our salads) it is to die for! They serve delicious teas and juices, including the prickly pear limeade which is my favorite. They have sooo many fresh ingredients to choose from and the salad bar is very clean and tidy. They charge by size ($7 sm, $8 lg), not by weight, and meat is $3 more. My favorite meat so far is the spicy chipotle chicken. Only downfall is it is kinda pricey for a salad (mid $30 range for two large salads with meat, drinks and tip) but then again, it usually is more expensive to eat healthy. It’s just so yummy! Give it a try!
First time here, reminded me of a Mad-greens, quick counter service, pricey almost $50 for two regular salads! Pesto chicken, avocados artichoke hearts were all extra, tip and two fountain drinks. Had the iced green tea, with a splash of the prickly pear lime made. Basic booths, and hard booths to dine in. Filling, & tasty, did the trick but just too pricey!
The food was great and there were so many choices. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions I asked. I was kind disappointed and shocked however to see that every booth seat in the entire restaurant was ripped and the vinyl torn off. It makes me wonder how the kitchen might look and how clean it may not be. I hesitate to come back to a place that will not spend the money to maintain the restaurant. Have some pride in your establishment
If you want a salad avoid this place. Unless you would like to be yelled at by the staff for asking a question. I think some people should look for other work if they do not know how to address the guest in a friendly manner. I've never been treated this bad , not even at McDonald's . This girl is rude and management needs to know. That is why I am posting here. I believe her name is Brie, she is Hispanic with two tone hair. Half blonde and dark brown. Maybe that's why she's mad... anyway this is the rudest person , take your meds girl !!!!
