Sharetea is a great place for bubble tea! Great atmosphere and customer service. Kids loved their Ice-Blended and we had boba teas.

Tasty tea! One of the best I’ve found in the area and the staff is really kind and knowledgeable about their menu. The milk tea was SO good!

Great menu. Yummy drinks according to us and according to our Taiwanese friends. Service is always 5/5. A much better experience than the Alley or Gong Cha and Milk + Tea.

We love going here, and their teas are very delishious! The staff for the most part is super nice, last couple times we were in we got helped by a young lady name Maddy, I believe that's what she said her name was when we asked, she was super sweet and made some great suggestions. My kids look so forward to going here! Keep up the great work!!

Delicious and efficient - I really love the option to choose the level of sweetness and ice in your tea! Never had that anywhere else.

I've tried several bubble tea places, and this is by far my favorite! I love that you can choose the amount of ice and sweetness level. I did zero sugar, and my fruit tea was still perfectly sweetened without the added sugar! The tapioca pearls were delish as well! The staff was great, and was really helpful in suggesting something for my hubby since he isn't as big of a fan to bubble tea as I am. Definitely recommend coming here! This will be my new go to place for bubble tea!

We love the drinks and staff at Sharetea. We come every week to buy about 8+ drinks to stock up since we live in Georgetown . The staff has always been sweet and kind. BUT today there was a worker we didn’t recognize that was visibly annoyed that we ordered a bunch of drinks and was also rude to the other staff . He had an attitude that was obvious to everyone in the store. That just ruined our mood and ruined our experience . We are still giving y’all a 5* rating bc the rest of the staff are amazing . And we will still be coming back for more drinks :).

Brought my friends here and it was their first time trying it and they absolutely loved it! They really like how you can customize the tea to whatever you like. The service was EXTREMELY good, they were very nice and really quick and helped my friends pick out what they wanted. We're all definitely coming back again next time. What we ordered: Classic Black Milk Tea with boba, less ice, and a sweetness of 80%. (The tapioca pearls were really good too, I've been to other boba places and they were too hard.)

I love that I got to choose my sweetness and other additions/ toppings. This is a nice clean little shop with some inside seating. Relaxed atmosphere. If I lived close by I would definitely come here often.

I recently visited Sharetea in Austin and had an amazing experience! I ordered the Thai Pearl Milk Tea and customized it by replacing the boba with lychee jelly and pudding, opting for 25% sweetness level and no ice. The drink was perfectly balanced - the reduced sweetness allowed the rich, authentic Thai tea flavor to shine through. The lychee jelly added a refreshing fruitiness, and the pudding gave a delightful creamy texture. This combination made for a delicious and satisfying treat. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was exactly as I requested. The ambiance of the store was welcoming and clean, a perfect spot to relax with friends or grab a quick drink on the go. Highly recommend trying this customized Thai Pearl Milk Tea or experimenting with your own unique combinations. Sharetea Austin did not disappoint!

So my favorite bubble tea place is finally in Austin. If y'all don't know this about me, I'm from Seattle and UW so Sharetea is a big deal there and deservingly so. When I finally heard about their grandparents opening in Austin on July 21 2018, I couldn't wait to try them out. Amazing as usual - same tea selection but they have newer iced drinks for the Austin heat. Great opening day, amazing and clean place. There was a bit of a line but the owner made it worth with samples and buy 1 get a free classic milk tea for free. The interior look upscale with great gadgets - the Dysons, Nest, iPads and all. Give them a try, it's located in the same complex as Main Events and the Golds Gym. Oh and at share tea, Hokkaido milk tea is my favorite and so is the classic. I usually go for 80% sweetness. 100% won't hurt either. Quick and courteous service.

I ordered Mango and Passion Fruit tea with mini pearls and lychee jelly and mango and green milk tea with mini pearls. I liked the former better. Lychee jelly is super sweet so make sure u get 30% sugar or less else it would be too sweet to drink. This place has that delicious aroma and the staff is sweet and patient.

It has different types of jelly and toppings in it. Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly - if you don't like super sweet drinks, do not get this at 80% sweetness. It's refreshing on a hot day. Mango Green Tea - yummy with herb jelly Strawberry Ice Blended with lychee/ice cream - great for IG photos and delicious overall. A bit too sweet for me. Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea - slightly nutty with the roasted brown sugar. Definitely replaces my Jasmine milk tea that I usually get at other stores. Now let's get down to business on what you should really get here. The creamas are so so good. Like I'll live an hour away from this place soon and I'm making the drive to get these creamas! I love the white, frothy cream and it tastes like cream cheese and sweet, buttery cheese. 🧀🧀🧀🧀 Creama Tea - if you haven't had one before, start with this one. The filling is slightly sweet and mixed in with the tea 😍😍😍😍. Wintermelon Tea Creama - I've had wintermelon soup as a kid and it was weird. Delicious but weird since this drink is sweet. 30%, regular ice level does the trick. So yum. Coffee Creama - if you need a wake me up, this is your drink. Soft milk and coffee taste swirled in with the crema! 👍 I suppose it'll be safe to say that I'm going to try the rest of their creamas. Though I love my coffee, wintermelon is going pretty strong on my go to drink! 😏 They do put two scoops of tapioca in your drink so if you don't want that many, you can customize it to your liking!

Has a bright, industrial vibe. We took ours to go, it doesn't feel like a spot worth hanging in after receiving your order.

I grew up in the town, even worked at the tea shop that invented boba tea while I was in college, I learned how to cook boba and brew tea with strict rules to make them right. Boba tea is my comfort food, and boba jasmine green milk tea is always my go to item if the tea shops offer. I was very happy when the staff told me the green tea is jasmine green, so I ordered a classic pearl green milk tea, and my husband ordered his go to item honey green lemon tea, while they don't have the honey green with lemon juice on their menu (they should because it's so refreshing and easy to make), the very friendly staff made an exception making what my husband wanted. Here comes the reality, boba was a few minutes under cooked, and jasmine green lacked of jasmine fragrance, green tea was weak and got overpowered by milk. However, I liked how they offer the choices of sweetness and ice level for each customer's liking, my husband was happy with his tea, I was also pleased with a newly opened tea shop in the neighborhood, seeing friendly young people working hard, those made it to four stars. I definitely will go back and I'm sure they will have improvement on my boba green milk tea, when the business has opened a little longer.

It was decent. They put too much toppings in one drink so I could barely enjoy the drink because every sip was just a mouth full of toppings.

Regular boba place that's clean. Employees were all nice and they have cards and board games you can play if you'd like to hang out for a little while.

The strawberry section was pretty tart, but if you mix in the lychee it balances out the tartness. To be fair, as a standard it comes with ice cream. I decided to exclude it because I had just eaten lunch,but that may have helped the tartness. My companion went with the standard milk tea. She really liked the tea and gave it enthusiastic approval. This is pretty much a hole in the wall no frills type of place in a generic strip mall, par for the course not a place to hang out. They have a nice variety of teas so it's worth a look if you're in the area.

While I've heard great things about this shop, I was disappointed. You can't customize drinks by changing or adding a topping or jelly. The staff were understandably firm when they said no, but were not very interested in talking about the menu. I did enjoy the lemon jelly in my tea. It was a large portion of soft jelly rather than the small dense rectangles.

Ordered "classic coffee" with ice-cream scoop on top and "normal" sweetness-level. The taste was non-existent, with not even a table spoon of ice cream inside. Worst boba place I've ever been to hands down, never getting my business again. edit: I got contacted by the owner of Sharetea and refunded the entirety of my purchase. They may have messed up my order but the customer service was great and the owner was very polite so I'll fix my rating to 3 stars.

Under new ownership. Sad to see and taste the quality has gone down (no more fresh taro!) Previous owner allowed us to use our own cups (less plastic waste and save you a cup, cheaper for you!) but this owner doesn’t allow employees to use our cups. There’s lots of other boba places in town that have better quality, more eco friendly allowing us to use our own cups.

She was wearing the shortest mini-skirt ever and a really skimpy tank top—definitely NOT workplace attire in any way. People will wear whatever they choose to, but in this type of environment as a representation of the company (regardless that it's 'just' a tea shop), you shouldn't be looking like you don't WORK at your job when you are in fact currently working there on a shift. Not a good look for ShareTea or any company that wants to have a professional approach to customer service. The employees were nice though.

Service was not good. Workers were in a rude and pissy mood right when I went up to the counter and throughout my time there. There’s also this ridiculous reward system where the points you receive are location based only. Your points don’t accumulate across all shareteas…. Sharetea used to be my favorite boba chain, but ever since they have changed the menu it’s been going downhill… makes me sad.

The service here is chaotic and unorganized. After waiting nearly an hour for my drink, I watched others who ordered long after me get served first. To add insult to injury, they couldn’t even provide the correct straw for my order. The lack of attention to detail and poor management of orders make this place a huge disappointment.

I have been going to Sharetea for over five years now and thought I would like to enjoy a $6 drink that was really worth its money in flavor and taste. To my surprise the person taking my order took me that they do NO modification to their drinks and if someone else did it for me, then they were wrong. I was really hoping to get this great familiar I have had for so many years. I will be writing to headquarters as well. This was not an enjoyable experience at all, then I stood there to watch the make the drink so nothing shady would happen to it. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! ***I have gone to multiple location all over the state and the do modify their drink but they charge more for different things. So you did train your employee right but that is not what I am use to and nor am I will to pay for something made not the way I want it. Like I said, we are just not meant for each other.

I am a easy customer. But when I got treated with rude attention, I won't forget. I was there for the first time, after my nephew graduation. Decided to stop by and grab a quick drink , was about 12 o'clock on Friday May 12th. The lady who taking my order, she hesitate to give a smile, with straight face not even ask how are you? What can I help you? She had 2 hairs bunch, she pointed at the menu and said what you want? Me and sister decide what to order, she asked about the level of sweet, but she seem so serious and very unfriendly and not helpful. I got my drink, I like it. But from my point of view, it's should be more important to delivery a good customer service in order for them to comeback. Good luck
