We chose Yard House at The Domain to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, which also happened to fall on Thanksgiving Day, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we’ve had! The experience started on a great note with a super smooth check-in process since I had done it online about 20 minutes before arriving. We were seated promptly without any hassle, which set the mood perfectly for a relaxed and special evening. Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely phenomenal! The Pineapple Chicken was hands down a bomb dish—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and balanced with a beautiful hint of sweetness. We also ordered the Truffle Mushroom Pizza, which was rich, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying. The Parmesan French Fries were addictive—crispy, cheesy, and just absolutely delicious. Adding to the feast, the Chicken Nachos were loaded generously and tasted fantastic. For drinks, I tried one of their house-made beers, which was refreshing and smooth, while my wife opted for a non-alcoholic mocktail that was both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The drink menu truly complements the food. What made the evening extra special was when the Executive Chef personally came to our table to check on how our food and service were. We happily told him everything was awesome, and when he found out it was our anniversary, he graciously offered us two glasses of champagne on the house. That gesture truly touched us and made our celebration even more memorable. The service throughout the evening was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Every detail, from the food to the hospitality, was spot on. Overall, Yard House didn’t just serve us dinner—they gave us a beautiful anniversary memory we’ll always cherish. If you’re looking for amazing food, great drinks, excellent service, and a perfect place for celebrations, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back again! Highly recommended! 🍾🥂

I stopped by Yard House last night and had such a great experience! Our waitress, Ashley, was amazing — super cool, joyful, and made the whole evening even better. She recommended the Paulaner Oktoberfest Stein promo, and it was perfect. The wings were delicious, and I especially loved the sweet potato fries. Great food, fun vibe, and outstanding service from Ashley. Definitely coming back again!

If happiness came in a glass with frothy foam on top, this was it. 🚬 Husband’s Smoked Old Fashioned came out like a classy campfire in a glass—smooth, bold, and worth every sip. 🥩 His Filet Mignon? Melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Whoever cooked it deserves a standing ovation (and maybe my number in case they want to cook for me at home). 🐟 My Mediterranean Salmon was seasoned so perfectly it made me want to break out a passport and a yacht. 💡 Bottom line: This place didn’t just serve dinner—it served an experience. 100% Ask Amy approved.

Atmosphere was great! Service was on point. Waitress was very informative and had a great attitude. I had the lemon pepper chicken wings and also Korean chili Garlic wings. I usually love the Korean style wings, although these were tasty I’d have to say these lemon pepper wings were a 10/10 from the crispness to the flavor! Ugh my mouth is watering just thinking about them!! I did try their Mac and cheese plate and I’d give that a 5/10. Cheese was not cheesin!

First time at this location, we were there for lunch and there was literally no wait. We were sat immediately and our server Alli greeted us promptly, took our order and food didn't take that long to be at our table. My husband ordered Fontina vodka penne pasta with chicken, I ordered a two taco combo which included a carne asada and a birria taco along with rice and beans. Our food was delicious and portions were generous. The beer in the picture it's called a Yard which is 32 ounces of your favorite beer in a long, skinny, tall glass. I definitely recommend this place.

Nice atmosphere restaurant with seating both inside and outside. They have to type of beers. The food has a variety of menus, appetizers, burgers, pizza, Korean, Thai and Chinese style food. If you read the menu, the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Thank you for all service today I will be back.

Yard House at the Domain is a reliable spot if you’re looking for a casual place with a lively atmosphere. The space is big and modern. The menu has a lot of variety, so there’s usually something for everyone. The food is solid and consistent, and the portions are generous. Their beer selection is the real standout. Service can be a bit hit or miss when it’s busy, but the staff is generally friendly and keeps things moving as best they can.

Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings? Visiting my Austin based son for the holidays, we decided to land here before heading back home the following day. I didn’t pick Yard House, but out of convenience, I decided to go along. While I was looking toward a “traditional” turkey dinner prepared by a restaurant chain, the others in our small group had the regular menu items of sandwiches, wraps and wings. Problem was they all assisted me in eating all of my outstanding fixin’s. I had the very good Fried Nashville Hot Turkey. All of it, very good and very satisfying of this CritDicks experience. Came here for the Happy Hour since it was such a great deal. Hard to beat half price apps and cheap beers! They had tons of options and was very inexpensive, especially for the area. The food was a tad lackluster and left some to be desired, but for the size and price I cannot complain. Come for HH! I am leaving a three star review because I’m a little disappointed with my experience. The food wasn’t necessarily the issue and the server wasn’t necessarily rude, but it seemed as though he was very uptight and very preoccupied with following “policies” and rules. To the point where I feel like it took away from the happy hour experience. Happy hour should be a place where you’re able to go. Have drinks and food while enjoy enjoying yourself on a discounted price. Not feeling like you’re being overly regulated and can’t drink too many drinks if that’s the case then I won’t be coming back. I was stuck in the afternoon/evening traffic and I was not able to make it to Yard House until about 5:45 PM and I knew that happy hour ended at 6:00 PM so the moment that I arrived, my friend was already there a few minutes prior and tried to get our order started and I understand not being able to place my drink order because he needs my ID that is understandable. But where I got frustrated was since I got there a little late and I wanted to get at least two drinks. I asked him if I could order the first one now and then maybe order another one a little bit before 6:00 PM and he told me no we can’t have two orders at the same time until you finished the first drink which I have never heard of. I usually go to happy hour. It’s several different places and it’s never been an issue because of course I’m here for happy hour. Who cares if I have three sips of my drink left at 5:59 PM. Just ring up the extra drink and maybe ask the bar to hold it if you’re that concerned. So I guess since we weren’t technically done With our drinks by 6:00 PM, he rung up the drinks, but did not give us the happy hour price for the second drink. Which is frustrating because if that was the case, I would’ve just stayed with my one drink.

We came in during the night, it was pretty moderate busy. It’s pretty dark inside the restaurant. our server greeted us and we got our food and i got a mocktail. The mocktail was just soda with a splash of some fruit syrup and taijin. very overpriced in my opinion. it was around $8? i think. Anyways, moving on to food wise i got the Pepper tuna steak that was very tasteless and it came with a ponzu sauce that killed the flavor of the tuna that there was. and i ended up basically eating something with texture of meat that’s overpowered by the sour sauce. The rice was the best part about the $32? dish. that was around the size of a cherry tomato right next to it. My boyfriend got some noodles with meat that was very interestingly? seasoned. but he ended up enjoying them in the end. Overall i think if you want to enjoy some beers, this is a good place. but food wise i would stay away.

* Pictures added * I always go to yard house and I recently moved to a different city but came back to Austin to visit . Me and my boyfriend decided to come to yard house and sit at the bar . Normally we get a table and next time I will definitely be getting a table . I don’t know what was in the air Saturday night when we went but that was the worst service ever. Also it wasn’t busy . We got there around 9:40ish . Now I asked for the new yardicle drink and I had this in Washington a week before on vacation and it was so good and I decided to order it again . I don’t know who made the drink but the drink came and looked nothing like the drink I had a week ago . It’s suppose to have a foam at the top and be topped with an orange . In the photos before you can see they didn’t give me any foam at all , which that’s a very important part of the drink because it’s suppose to taste like the dreamsicle popsicle. I called over one of the bartenders and asked what happened. He was so sweet and told me “ some of the bartenders don’t know how to make it right “ . And offered to remake it for me . And I said that would be amazing . Now I don’t understand how a bartender doesn’t know how to make the drink correct but whatever . The guy who helped us said he would be right back and he would do it . I said that’s fine . Then 3 mins later , a different bartender offered to fix it and asked what was wrong . I stated that it didn’t have the foam that’s suppose to be on the top. He said “ do you want me to add whip cream or the cream it comes with “ . I said I want it to just be made right with the foam . So he took it and said he would add the cream . He brought it back with some cream and as you can see in the photo …. That looked horrible . That was giving “ here damn” . Now I’m also a sever as well , been one for 5 years and that was unacceptable he gave it to me like that . I tired drinking it but I was so pissed off , I asked another bartender to make me a different drink . She was sweet as well and made me a strawberry mojito instead . As we order the drinks , we also order truffle fries and they barley gave us any . Then when the fries came out , we asked a bar back for some ketchup and garlic aioli . But before my boyfriend could say “ and garlic aioli” , he already turned around and went down the bar and grab ketchup and dropped it in front of us and left . Which pissed us again , so we had to ask another person to grab the aioli for me . Now after all that mess the thing was pissed me off more was after she made me the strawberry mojito , they just dropped our check right in front of us . I was actually so upset we were in there maybe 30/40 mins . We just got one appetizer and two drinks . Mind you everytime we had to ask for something , no one came up asking if we were ready to order or if we need anything . We had so many people helping us each time because we couldn’t find the same person before . We came in there hungry and ready to spend some money on some good food and drinks . But instead spend $40 on two drink and a appetizer with the tip. Thats the first time I never tipped good .
