The Vatican is a long-established restaurant in Chetumal. They have excellent seasoning. The food is delicious; they mainly sell fish and seafood. The prices are fair, the service is good, and don't forget to order a cold beer, a shrimp cocktail, or fish tacos. It's not a place for children. It's perfect for curing a hangover.
A centrally located, affordable place with varied and delicious dishes. An excellent choice in Chetumal. Shrimp tacos in many styles, as well as broths, steaks, fish, and appetizers. The place is simple, but has all the basics for a good meal. I recommend it 😋.

I really like it! The seafood is incredibly fresh and the menu offers a good variety, with full or half-course options that are always welcome for a light meal or for children. They also offer beer, fruit juice, natural water, and soda. Very nice!

Absolutely delicious! I applaud the cook or kitchen manager for cleaning the shrimp 🦐. He removes the dark vein, which is excellent, and the shrimp cocktail 🍹 tastes so much better that way. I highly recommend this place 😁

This place is good. But it could be a lot better. The food is good and the price is a bit too high for the service and the food. The employees are really slow with serving the food. One they don't give the food on time for example if you order a chicken or cocktail they serve the other people who came after you order. Or if you ask for water and a flavor water they only serve one not both or they skip you and attend some else. It's a okay place but don't expect the best accommodation and service.
