We loved the place; the mountain views are spectacular, and there was a lovely breeze the afternoon we went. The service was excellent, and the food was the quality we've come to expect from Chiflas—DELICIOUS. We ordered the goat with pepitoria sauce, which was fantastic and a generous portion, and also a corn on the cob with bacon, which was very tasty. We loved everything, especially since the surrounding area is so pleasant.

Excellent service, and the flavor is exquisite. I love this place, with an excellent view from the top of the La Florida shopping center. The service is super fast, and the flavor is the same as all of this brand's locations. Highly recommended.

Food: La Picada, chiflas, and fritanga 🙁 The chorizos, the rellenos, and the chunchulla should have been fresh; they were like reheated. The chicken, fresh beef, and the air-dried meat were good. The pepitoria lacked moisture. The panela lemonade was just right. Service was prompt and friendly. Pleasant atmosphere.

During my dinner visit (8 pm), the service was poor. The appetizers were neglected. The main dish tasted good. There were no sauces (chili, onions, tartar sauce...nothing).

It used to be a good place for a typical Santander lunch, but the last two times they've let me down. Today the meat was raw—I don't think a restaurant of this caliber can afford to serve a dish like that—and the pork ribs were in a burnt sauce. They brought the silverware after the main courses were served, and the appetizer after the silverware. Terrible table service, worse than ever before.

I've known this restaurant for over 12 years, but the service has deteriorated significantly. There's no professionalism when it comes to taking orders or attending to our tables (they didn't even provide the silverware, which was a courtesy). Furthermore, the beef cuts were completely raw, and the BBQ rib sauce was burnt. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

El domingo no atienden domicilios. Empecé a marcar en el 6058811 desde las 11:20 a.m. y son las 12 p.m. y no contestan.

Pésimo los baños y el sitio feo y desordenado, no dan ganas de parar allí, tenía otra imagen

Muy mala experiencia. Ayer visité el restaurante Chiflas alrededor de las 2:30 p. m. El lugar estaba demasiado lleno, aun así nos hicieron pasar y sentarnos sin advertir que los pedidos estaban tardando desde el inicio la atención fue deficiente: la cajera no saluda, no explica la demora y da la impresión de que solo le interesa meter gente y vender, sin importar el servicio la comida fue decepcionante la carne no llegó en el término solicitado, la devolví y cuando regresó estaba quemada. Lo peor es que no ofrecieron ninguna solución. La cajera o responsable del punto no sabe cómo manejar una queja, no se comunica bien y su actitud es pésima la calidad y la eficiencia están muy por debajo de lo que Chiflas solía ser. Para mí y mi familia, Chiflas era una tradición, un lugar lleno de buenos recuerdos, pero esta experiencia fue realmente frustrante Espero que mejoren urgentemente tanto el servicio al cliente empezando por algo tan básico como saludar y tener una mejor actitud como la cocina hoy lamentablemente, importa más vender que ofrecer un buen producto
