Got the Vegetarian Tacos al Carbon. Very delicious and flavorful. Thanks!
The food here rivals any other Mexican restaurant. Additionally, the portions are good. Usually places skimp on the meat in tacos…not here. It’s a smaller restaurant and could use some ambient music to break up the silence, but definitely will be going back.
Mila provided very good service order was served quickly and was delicious highly recommend facilitated with shrimp steak and scallops which easily feeds two. Prices $$
I had the best quesadilla in my life from this place. Definitely coming back!
We did a carryout from Chapala in Highland and the food was pretty darn good! The burrito and botona were delicious and tasty! We will definitely go back again! Way better food than the place in Downtown Milford...
Was super excited to try this place out. They were BUSY but was helped right away and only took 30 min from the time of our call until I was walking out the door. Staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered the birria quesadilla and the seafood chimichanga with shrimp. Both were really good and well seasoned. I will note the birria is different from others I’ve tried but still tender and full of flavor. Highly recommended for quick good food.
Food is great. Everybody is very nice and the thing I like about eating here is you can actually see the kitchen where they cook your food. I know it’s clean and not a dirty scuzzy kitchen.
Great food and service. The atmosphere is fun and nice perks is the beautiful decor and the plates are pretty and I enjoyed a virgin margarita. Friendly service from Kinya and the team. Make you feel like family. The rice & bean and guacamole are to die for and the salsa is fresh. The tacos an tostada are scrumptious! Go it won’t disappoint.

Finally a good Mexican restaurant in the Highland-Milford area! Chips and salsa are good. Salsa on the medium side, does have cilantro. The chicken quesadilla has tender chicken and generous cheese. Birria taco excellent. Consome pretty good. Fajita portion large and excellently seasoned. Cheese and ground beef enchiladas very good. Chicken enchiladas good. They don’t skimp on the fillings for any of it. They also don’t over cheese everything. The churro and ice cream dessert was executed well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lucas is a great server and went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of. They don’t have a liquor license yet, but I understand it’s in the works. Glad I don’t have to drive to Hartland any more to get good Mexican food.

First time ordering after hearing only but good things about them! Hands down the best mexican food around! I order the "Enchiladas Supremas" and let me tell you... I finished the whole thing in a few minutes. 👀🙌🏻🔥 *Flavor 10/10 *Portion 10/10 *Prices 10/10 *Employee customer service 20/10 💯 Recommend!

Well, we have been waiting a while to try it out. We were expecting a little more after seeing many 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, I got the wrong enchiladas. That really didn't brother me too much since they looked good anyways, but soon found they were barely warm. That is a big negative for us. Wife got a chicken burrito and it was kinda bland. We are still hopeful things will get better in weeks to come, so we do plan on trying it again.
Wait staff was extremely friendly and we had heard a lot of good reviews. Sadly, the food was a disappointment. Very bland, salsa and chips tasted like it came out of a jar. Ordered two 2 item combos… I love Tamales so I got that and chicken enchiladas. The waitress said the tamales were pork and was that ok… of course it was! Unfortunately she did not disclose the fact that it was a $2.00 up charge. $4 each for a bottle of coke. They also do not offer an ala cart menu… would have been nice since we were just looking for a light lunch. Almost $50 later (for lunch) we walked out disappointed with the tasteless food after hearing so many good things. Was mediocre at best.
The restaurant itself is quite small and felt to be pretty cramped. At least when I went, alcohol was not (yet) available, which is irregular for a Mexican restaurant. The menu is a pretty close copy of Sayulita’s in Milford, but it did not taste as fresh. Service was good, but lacking the personal touch of Sayulita. Pretty pricy for Mexican food. Great to have more options in Highland, but feels like this is falling short in several ways that I hope they are able to work out.
We will not likely return. Our "plates" arrived to our table hot, but that was the only thing that was hot. The food itself was barely warm. The burrito that I had was all meat, there was hardly any rice or beans in it . My husband had a Chicken Chimichanga. The Chimichanga had a lot of chicken in it, but it didn't have much flavor, it was pretty bland , no spices. The major complaint was the Chimichanga was barely warm.

They are kind but the portions are small for the price and it's cold. I try a place three times to give it a real chance. First time, it was cold but they were nice about it and warmed it up for us, second time it was made wrong but still tasted great (asked for no onion and sauce on the side) third time we ordered out and we were missing our rice/beans and it was cold again... cheese not even melted cold. Bummer each time and is expensive.

We did order it from DoorDash, but I did even call the restaurant to make sure they got the order correctly. They sent it with absolutely no cheese who orders food with no cheese? It was cold. It was disgusting and they were super rude when I called to ask where all my missing items were.

Walked in at lunch time. Only 2 people working there no one even turned their head to acknowledge me at all. Turned around and walked out. It looked cute cant speak for the food. Don't ignore your customers not a good idea.
well we will never know if the food was good or not. We went there about a 1/2 hour before closing. The girl at the front looked at us and said they're only doing take out because they're closing soon. Well then your hours should reflect the actual time you decide to close the sit down area. Good luck!

I was excited to see there was this place near our home. We're a family of 4 with 2 young kids. We came tuesday the 12th around 430 pm. Walked in, just stood there. No one said anything to us. No hello. No nothing. I asked the girl at the register if we can sit anywhere and she said yes. We sat near the back, 2 other tables with people there. The A/C was not on and they had 3 or 4 big fans going. I didnt mind that, but my wife and son said it was super hot. We sat down and there were a couple workers somewhat near our table and still no one said anything to us. After a while we just left. Not one person looked at us or said anything to us. It was weird. I don't think anyone there wanted to do anything. Total fail for this place as we were excited to eat. We went to Dukes down the road and the customer service was a 180 from this place. Do better.
