Casa D'Angelo Aventura Aventura Reviews
A great experience for our 32nd wedding anniversary. The service was impeccable. Everyone pitched in and we’re very attentive. The charred Octopus was wonderful. The Carpaccio was terrific and the Ribeye au poivre was superb. Amazing cocktails and finished off with Lemon Cello. Thanks for a great experience.
We came here a couple of weeks ago for our anniversary and the food and ambiance was VERY impressive. The other two locations are nothing compared to this Aventura location. It is much more upscale for special occasions. They made a special dessert for our anniversary and it was quite a show! The service was spectacular along with the food recommendations. We will definitely be back!
This is fine dining at it best. If you are looking for a great Fine Dining experience then Casa D'Angelo is your destination. The staff is well practiced and John our server was very attentive as was the GM. (I didn't get his spelling of his name sorry) But I took my special Girl out for Mothers Day and Her Cousin too. We had a great time and the food was SpotOn. THANKS to the all the Staff at Casa D'Angelo bon appétit.
Casa D'Angelo in Aventura offers a sophisticated Italian dining experience with some remarkable highlights. We decided to venture a dine-in after a great experience she had before at the Fort Lauderdale location. 🏡 Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the professional service staff, setting a positive tone for the evening. The ambiance is elegant, reflective of the high upscale dining standards expected from such an establishment. ✨ As we settled in, we were served with classic Italian bruschettas accompanied by a side of olives. The grilled bread with fresh tomato sauce and garlic was a delicious start, whetting our appetites as we awaited the appetizer.🍴Cutlery up! We began our meal with the fried calamari appetizer that she knows is one of my favorites. They prepared it with an addition of zucchini strings. The calamari was perfectly crispy, and the zucchini strings provided a fresh, contrasting touch with a tasteful marinara sauce to dip in. Although I missed the opportunity to try burrata, I'll hold that as one of the reasons to get back. For the main course, I opted for the salmon with vegetables. No regrets. The salmon was expertly cooked, boasting a crisp exterior and a tender, moist interior. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and well-prepared, creating a harmonious balance. My dining companion chose the ravioli, her favorite from the Fort Lauderdale branch. The ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach has a luscious buttery consistency and a soft, satisfying texture that lives up to its reputation. 🍝 Enhancing our dining experience, we enjoyed a few glasses of Chateau Ste. Michelle. This Washington State Chardonnay is known for its vibrant notes of tropical fruit, apple, and pear, complemented by subtle oak and vanilla undertones. The wine's medium body and well-balanced acidity made it an excellent pairing with both our seafood and creamy pasta dishes. 🍷 We ended our dinner with pistachio ice cream. While it's hard to go wrong with such a classic dessert, the ice cream was creamy and rich, serving as a satisfying conclusion to our meal and, of course, as an excuse to that couple moment when you feed each other I wanted. 🍨💚 Overall, Casa D'Angelo delivers an outstanding dining experience, supported by warm and professional staff. The restaurant upholds high standards of Italian cuisine with service excellence and remains a worthy choice for those seeking quality meals in Aventura or any of its other locations. 🎉 #ItalianCuisine #FineDining #FoodReview #FoodBlogger #AventuraDining #CasaDAngelo #GourmetExperience #SeafoodLovers #FoodLovers #ChateauSteMichelle #WinePairing #DessertLovers #Foodie #RestaurantReview #FoodPhotography #DiningOut #FoodieAdventures #DeliciousEats #CulinaryExperience #GourmetFood
My husband and I went for lunch on New Years Eve weekend. We received exquisite service from Betty. She was very attentive, and informative. After she went over their daily specials, I immediately order the Wagyu with caviar and black truffle with a side of gluten free penne with marinara sauce. My husband ordered the white truffle pasta with lobster. Our meals were delicious. Finished our meal with an expresso martini and a macchiato, ending our year with a wonderful experience. We also really enjoyed how friendly and sweet all of the staff was from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, with lots of waves and new year wishes.
I Google the best restaurants to eat in the adventure zone, I was here last night, I do not regret my decision. Casa d'Angelo in my opinion is one of the best Italian food restaurants I have visited in my life, our waiter treated us in a cordial way, gave us the right recommendations. For starters we ordered Grilled Octopus and Burrata with prosciutto, both were delicious. To drink I asked for a glass of very delicious Sonoma Cabernet red wine, it was difficult to choose a wine their wine list has about 27 pages it is impressive, our waiter helped find a wine for our meal in such an extensive menu, the forever young cocktail was very good too. At the time of the main course, our waiter recommended the Gnocchi with lobster and truffle sauce, WOW what a food delight the perfect balance of flavors and textures in that dish omg what an exquisite dinner. For dessert we ordered the tiramisu and ricotta cheesecake, very good as well as everything else. We could not see the interior of this restaurant since we took seats in the terrace area but behind the window it looks very beautiful, without a doubt I will return to enjoy the indoor seating of this place ... Thank you ❤
Amazing experience! Went with my friend for the first time for my birthday! I highly recommend! Great food, service and ambience!everything was exceptional! I love that that they give a small appetizer to start- bread, delicious olives and tomato bruschetta!! All so delicious, great start to fabulous meal! Check out their wine selection! A lot of options! But amazing!!!!
Hello. Visiting for miami spice menu. I had squash blossoms stuffed with ricotta. For main course chicken milanese with a side of sautéed spinach. For dessert creme brulee. My server was pablo. Thanks for the good service sir!!! See yall soon!!
It is obvious why Casa D'Angelo has the reputation as one of the best restaurants in South FL. Everything we ordered was perfect... Tlthe food, the service, and the atmosphere.
Great experience. The food was great and service was even better. The location is beautiful and we were lucky for amazing weather so we decided to sit outside. They were very accommodating for us with our 2 small children. Our children enjoyed it every bit as much as us.
Very good service from Sergio. Definitely americanized huge portions of appetizers and entrees, so I'd say the high price I justified, but do share. They have gluten free pasta available, which was a plus. No gluten free bread, but I'm glad I didn't have any before the food. 4 people couldn't finish the tiramisu as well. 😅
A dynamic Italian restaurant with service that is second to none. The food was amazing. Fresh ingredients, homemade pasta, great atmosphere. This place has it all. If you are a wine connoisseur, this is the place you need to be. I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant!
It was great. The personnel is friendly and welcoming. Our server Jose made really good recommendations and the food was delicious.
Top notch service. Enjoyed a 3 course meal with Miami Spice. The waiter made sure our drinks were full at all times. Food came quickly and steak was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back.

What an amazing experience! The service was amazing, the food was to die for, and the wine selection was topnotch! We ordered the ceaser salad, brazino in salt, and the osobucco. Everything was 5 star. Will definitely return!
Expensive, BUT Delicious, perfectly prepared, generous portion, food. (pictured: My Salmon steak with only olive oil & fresh garlic, as I requested. Plate is large, so salmon appears small- it wasn't) Great service. Outdoor seating available. Valet parking.
Outstanding restaurant with prices according to level
Excellent service and delicious food. Staff was very attentive to our request to sit further away because of social distancing and accommodated us.
Excellent service. Francesco was amazing!
A beautiful ambiance and setting, it is by far highly recommended, exceptional dinner !
Belissimo! Absolutely delicious food, lovely ambience and great service. Absolutely must try if in Miami area and like good Italian food 💫
Excellent!!! The food is amazing, the staff outstanding, ambience so perfect, highly recommended, worth every penny. There is a cork fee if you want to bring your own bottle of wine. We will be back.🥰
Great local Italian food, love the service, atmosphere and food.
Delicious food and great atmosphere! Get the pistachio tartufo it's to die for and the lobster spaghetti! Ohhh and the calamari with zucchini was top notch also!
The food was absolutely a 10/10. It’s rare to find an Italian restaurant that doesn’t overload dishes with unnecessary ingredients or salt. Everything was well-balanced and fresh. Our server, Aba, was amazing and so attentive as well. It truly felt like a fine-dining experience, we’ll definitely be back!!
Pleasant, excellent service, delicious food: eggplant parm appetizer, Branzino. Rafael was attentive and made sure our birthday girl had a lovely display with Delicious Tiramasou 😋
We decided to take a friend for lunch here. It was a good decision. It’s a beautiful restaurant they have a business lunch, which is very reasonable. It included a salad. Summer salad was good Bronzino very good and dessert. We also had calamari and a Caesar salad. Everybody enjoyed their meal they gave a complementary dessert to our friend. The waiter was very nice and accommodating.
Absolutely the best Italian restaurant we have been in. Highly recommended. Atmosphere. Relaxing, modern. We celebrated our first anniversary… what a great place to do so. Service. Outstanding. Pablo, our attendant was so nice, not rushing. Really treated us very well. We had the chance to meet the managers: Peter and Stephano who were so great as well Food. This was the best!!!! We ordered burrata cheese, beef carpaccio, Cesar salad and veal with Marsala sauce. Every single dish so tasty and so light. THANK YOU CHEF FOR THE OUTSTANDING MEAL. YOU DESERVE AT LEAST 2 MICHELIN STARS.
Tonight was my third time going to this restaurant and it won’t be my last. The food and service are consistently excellent. We had Pablo as our server tonight, and he was very friendly and courteous. It was my mom and husband’s birthday celebration, so I had requested that they write happy birthday on the dessert. They added some candles, which was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager comped the desserts for us, as I did not expect that. It was a nice gesture. In a nutshell, I like going back to places that are consistently good like this one. Keep up the great work! Kudos!
We celebrated my daughter's birthday. Martino's welcome, the service and the excellent meal were perfect as always. Vincent winemaker at chateau Margaux.
Excellent food and drink. And service was excellent.(Thank you, Eddie.) My wife and I go there for our special dates.
Absolutely recommend! I had the gnocchi which also had chunks of lobster and it was deliciously scrumptious. The service was attentively excellent. I was also in great company so it just made the experience that much better. You can’t go wrong with anything you choose to have, from drinks to dessert. Enjoy!
Amazing outdoor dining, fabulous food. Unfortunately, mussels were the only disappointment but the ravioli, drinks and dessert were top notch! Pablo was the shining star with his impeccable service and warm smile!
10/10. The way fine Italian dining is supposed to be. Greeted by the wonderful Ruthie (I believe?) who handled various accomodations of ours with a smile. (We wanted their indoor chairs for our outdoor table as we had a guest with a bad back). No problem at all. She and our server Francesco took care of it quickly. Francesco made us feel like we were in Italy. Phenomenal descriptions of dishes, and truly a masterclass in service. Perfect balance of attentiveness, deep knowledge of the menu and a degree of professionalism lost on most of North America's service industry today. No surprise he's from Italy. General Manager popped by twice to check on us which is always a nice touch. Oh yeah, important detail - food was phenomenal. Particularly the Calamari and Branzino were beyond fantastic -- best Branzino I've had in my life.
This restaurant truly displayed a deluxe dining experience. Service was exceptional. Very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu. The Branzino was a 10/10. Our waiter, Fraccesco, made the meal. Every recommendation was spot on, food was timely and bussing of the table was prompt. Highly recommend!
This is the best restaurant in Aventura. Spectacular service, just like their Fort Lauderdale location. I will be coming back. I was also pleased to see their amazing wine list!
Great atmosphere, good food and very impressive service. The overall experience was great. If your looking for a nice dinner or a very good tasting food this is a must try. Only straight thing is .. a little pricey for the amount of food you get. You will pay double the price then any other italian restaurant in the same category near by. Expected because of the place .
It’s was a very pretty restaurant with great service and amazing wines. We just felt the food was too heavy and rich.
Highlights: gnocchi and chitarra Very nice restaurant with good service and atmosphere. For appetizer we ordered the beef carpaccio and it was delicious. For mains, the gnocchi was the highlight, they are not shy with the lobster on it. The chitarra was also delicious and the plate is beautiful. The strozzapreti and tortelloni were not exactly what we were expecting, for the first the tomato seemed to overpower the taste of the lamb and for the second the taste was a little plain. Very positive experience nonetheless!
Came to this restaurant for the first time for a wine tasting. Beautiful restaurant with a great ambience and location. The service was wonderful. Everyone was professional and friendly. Food was delicious! The only thing I have to say is that personally the fish was needing some potatoes. But I loved this place and can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.
A beautiful restaurant with excellent service. Unfortunately, the food was lacking in a variety of ways. I'll start by saying that by no means was it bad. I measure its value based on the price point. This is an expensive restaurant and in line with most of the other restaurants I've reviewed. Therefore, I feel I'm a fair judge. The octopus was beautifully presented but lacked flavor and, in fact, was almost tasteless. My entre, frutti di mare was at the other end of the spectrum it had too much going on with no clear direction as to what the chef was trying to create. The black pasta was overcooked. The proteins were nicely cooked, but I had to fight the lobster to get it out of its shell. Plus, offering lobster was a waste. The sauce was so powerful that it wiped out being able to actually taste the sweetness of the lobster meat. In addition, the sauce lacked the heat (spiciness) that I was expecting, but rather unusually sweet. I've had both these dishes at a variety of restaurants, so I know what they should be like. I doubt I'll eat here again.
The food was amazing, the sea bass is crazy delicious and also the salmon tartar. But our waiter wasn’t the nicest person, was forgetting order details or just simply ignoring them.
My parents have always raved about this restaurant, so we went for my brothers birthday as a family and the service was great but for what you’re paying, I was not impressed and the food was just okay. We got a LOT of items on the menu so let me break it down: Cesar salad - tasted very bland, and was a bunch of lettuce for like $20. Needed more parm and dressing. We also got another salad with dried fruit in it which was definitely better… Fried Calamari - def tasty and it has fried zucchini - prob one of the best dishes but it’s fried calamari - hard to go wrong here. Beef carpaccio - was okay but nothing special, and very small portion (5 tiny slices). Octopus- would not recommend. No flavoring or seasoning. Kind of bland. Lamp chops - tasted good but nothing special. No char or seasoning, maybe some salt. I can make them better at home… Pasta - we got the gnocchi, also okay & The best dish was the basic penne vodka (which I would never typically say). The best part of the meal was the dessert and it was like a special tiramisu shaped like two scoop of ice cream. So so good!! Overall for what it’s worth and what you’re going to pay for this meal, I was not impressed.
Please change the name from Calamari to Zucchini as that 90% what’s on the plate To the cook that made the Tartar please tak your the fiber before you serve it Overall tasteless food with good service Please change the name from Calamari to Zucchini as that 90% what’s on the plate To the cook that made the Tartar please tak your the fiber before you serve it Overall tasteless food with good service
I went with my my Boyfriend on Valentines day and everything was BAD from the beginning, we had a reservation but they sit us outside, the waiter was like in a hurry and treat us like dumbs trying to speak "spanish" as we didn’t understand. But worst part is the food and the drinks, you’re just paying for overpriced TASTELESS steak and bitter drinks.
This restaurant is the most poorly run of Angelo’s locations. Every single take-out order and delivery they screw up every single order their portions get smaller and smaller. And the manager doesn’t care he hangs up on you. What a joke steer clear rip off joint and doesn’t appreciate there customer Btw look at how the spinach for $15 comes 3/4 empty Robert
So if you don’t have late night happy hour why promote it? Bartender was rude and you need to hire new marketing staff lmao. Since I cannot reply to their response, I was told to provide “proof.” Which I happily sent and would connect to this review if possible. I won’t hinder your business with another negative review to post pictures, but I urge caution. An establishment who charges wild prices, but cannot keep on top of marketing and training may not deserve patronage. Treating guests that CHOOSE to spend their hard earned money at your establishment like they’re a hindrance is poor business etiquette. We used to come here for every anniversary. Absolutely not anymore.
Awesome food, Paolo was amazing helping us out choosing food and vino, excellent ambiente! Grazie mile for great experience! See You soon!
We dined at Casa D’Angelo Aventura on Valentine’s Day and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations we associate with the Casa D’Angelo name. While the evening was busy, the service fell short. Our waiter appeared unprepared and made comments about menu items that the restaurant did not actually have. It’s possible he was joking, but late in the evening, especially on a special occasion, this came across as either unpreparedness or misplaced humor. Questions about the menu were not answered clearly, and we did not receive any meaningful recommendations. Additionally, the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. The bar staff was not particularly welcoming, and there was little sense of hospitality throughout the restaurant, which made the experience feel impersonal. This was not the Casa D’Angelo experience we were expecting or have come to know. For comparison, the Fort Lauderdale location consistently delivers a far superior level of service and professionalism. Disappointing overall, especially for a Valentine’s Day dinner.
