Luz made the best Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had it made my day!! Easily a 10/10 experience .
I absolutely love this new Starbucks location! Whenever I go, the people working there are always so friendly and welcoming. I’m in the area all the time, so I stop by often for my Caramel Macchiato, and it’s always made perfectly. There’s a nice young lady named Kimlee who is especially kind and professional. She always makes my drink just right and provides such great customer service. It really makes my day! Highly recommend this location.
I’m normally not a reviewer, but I had such a great experience last week and I had to share. Part of my New Year’s resolution is to try new things, and I’ve never really been into coffee, so I thought I might give it a try. I came in last Friday and off the jump, the store was very clean and had an amazing vibe. When ordering my drink, Rose was extremely patient and friendly, making the experience more than pleasant. Even when I received my drink, there was a beautifully poured heart in it, like I’ve seen on social media! I will definitely be returning soon for my newfound love of coffee :)

The staff at this location are extremely friendly and helpful. They make me feel at home because they always greet me when I come in and go the extra mile to make sure my order is perfect. The atmosphere here is warm and this makes it a great place to have coffee and a bite to eat.

I would like to thank cami barista, sunny barista, murlaine barista, Stephanie shift supervisor and nick the manager were really nice and warm giving whenever I go to the store. They have an excellent customer service team whom always give greetings to people coming in and I would like to thank them for their outstanding support for making everyone feel welcomed. Thank you Starbucks once again. We do really appreciate it.

The guy that helped me was great, I loved him. I'm not sure of his name. Cute little black guy. I asked where I was and some other guy behind the counter told me the intsection. I knew that! I did not know the town. Very clean store, great service, strong Java!

Excellent...for those who love American style
Clean place. My coffee was good. I got stuck in the rain, so I spent an hour here more than I was planning. (My transportation when I was in Miami was my LEGS and FEET.🦵🏽🦵🏽) I enjoyed a nice long chat with a stranger while we watched and listened to the rain. 🌧 Not gonna lie, the gals who work here could be friendlier. They came across as a slightly judgmental and short.

It was fine. Typical Starbucks. Front door could stand a little cleaning (nothing major). However, they play the music so loud how do they expect you to sit and get anything done…

I have come here before and usually the service is great but today I had a problem with one of the workers who was discriminated against me. I order my coffee and sat down inside I did take my mask of to drink my coffee. I was also working at the same time. I would drink and put my mask back on. When she came by to wipe down tables I had just taken off my mask to have a drink and then she told me to put on my mask. There were literally 3 other people at tables talking with out mask on and she only came to me. I did feel some type of away as she did not say anything to the other people and I was the only person of color in the store at that time. I did try to look for the manger email but could only find a phone number so I'm sure i'll make a call too. As a Starbucks star member I was very disappointed today but the actions of the Employee

The food good but to much time waiting
Starbucks are always ok in terms of quality, but I really can't understand why they don't list what kinds of coffee they have. Do customers REALLY need to know all that BEFORE going there? And very often they fail to list every flavour of, say, latte, so you end up with the only one you know. Strange. Not customer friendly
Nice environment
They did not make the order correctly. We also ordered for curb side, after waiting for 5 min we came in and they said they just got the order, to only tell us a second later that the order was ready and waiting in the online pick-up area. Over all not the greatest SB experience.
Horrible staff , customer services here is horrible , special the girl that is working on the curbside area , a white girl with glasses and tattoos , horrible , she was rude to me , and demanding from me , I don’t work there , also the service is super slow , I don’t recommend that place , 18215 and biscayne Blvd , don’t go there people .

We are trying to go back to a new normal and they can not manage high volume of orders long waiting
You’ll wait over 15 minutes at the pickup area for your online order and be ignored while your drink sits at the counter and gets gross. It wasn’t crowded and there were no apologies for the blatant disregard, either. Do better, kids!
