Gone to all the bakery on Ave U area, this one caught my eyes. Order a cake for my daughter's bday and everybody love it! very professional and tasty. Very fresh! Been going to this store ever since! There's seating inside!

It's a wonderful place; the food is reasonably priced, and the people are very kind. I have been a patron of the bakery for almost five years. It's a calm atmosphere, often with many sweet older people. Just be aware that seating is close together, but people are always respectful of personal space

Good selection of fresh pastries and warm foods to choose from! Great prices, friendly and fast service! I stop by here at least 2-3 times per week right before I hop on the train and I love grabbing a cup of HK style milk tea, and a few buns!

When you can't always get to Chinatown for some good pastries and snacks, this is probably the next best thing in the area. Everything is freshly made and they seem to have an ever expanding prepared food selection. The dumplings and rice noodles are my favorite, washed down with either a cold milk tea or a honey lemon tea. Great comfort food spot I can walk to and at a reasonable price point. Not much to complain about.

Always nice to have a chinese bakery within walking distance. Egg tarts are always available. They replenish the food thoroughly. Hidden gem is the cooked food. Tried the dumplings the other day and they were amazing.

They have alot pastries that you should try and various teas and coffee options. It is a very clean and very vivid vibe inside, there are several seating options which is great to catch up on old conversafions or just have a nice treat. The cashier working the register was awesome and very welcoming.

Overall a solid bakery. Lot of varieties from bakery buns, stirred fried noodles, dumplings, rice noodles, etc. There are just a few things I don't like. Their milk teas (iced or hot) are not consistent and it depends on who makes it, they open at 7am but most times when I go early they don't have a lot of items available. It's like they start to bake the buns when they open. 90% of the display is empty but their hot foods are normally full. Despite that, a solid local bakery.

The boss should hire more cashiers during high traffic time 8-9 am, they are my first choice because they are next to train station, but it’s always a line and kind of waiting when I went there. Only 2 ladies, and one of them was packing the buns, so just only one lady was taking customers. I could always see someone just ran away while they were waiting to check out. Spend so much time on waiting to check out.

Horrible foods and experience! Never recommend! This bakery has the worst foods in this neighborhood. All I got was disappointments. This place should be inspected. The AGED tea eggs really grossed me in the morning. Stay away from this place!

Got a fry chicken hamburger and found a hair in the burger. For a second I thought it was mine I try to pull it out but it got longer and longer.

I recently called your store to place a pick-up order. When I mentioned that I wanted to order porridge and some food for later pick-up, the woman who answered the phone responded impatiently, telling me that I could only order these items once I arrived. She also mentioned that the store was very busy and then hung up the phone. I was disappointed with this interaction, as the staff member’s attitude came across as very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I hope that in the future, customers who call ahead can receive more courteous service, even if the store is busy.

People will cut the line and staff won't care. You better be aggressive if you wait in queue or you'll wait in line forever. Food is mediocre but cheap.

My daughter bought an iced drink today and when I went to put straw a roach was inside cup dead floating . Went back asked for refund and they had to nerve to ask if I wanted refund for everything or just drink . Why would I still eat anything from here. ?
