Salumeria del Seggio Aversa Reviews
Ottima serata! Bella location e, seppure con un servizio un po' lentino, cibo ottimo. Perfetto per una serata in compagnia di un calice di vino e gli amici fidati.
Posto accogliente, cucina prelibata,( da provare il baccalà 😋)personale eccezionale!
È come sentirsi a casa. Complimenti a tutti
We chose this venue to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the top-quality food, and the impeccable service made this day a precious and unforgettable memory. Every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism, allowing us to experience an evening filled with emotion, joy, and sharing. A sincere thank you to all the staff for their helpfulness, courtesy, and passion in making this occasion so special. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
Everything was perfect, an experience we'll want to relive and return to. All the food was excellent, the service was excellent and fast, and the waiters were very kind and attentive to every detail. Compliments to the garden and the kitchen.
What a pleasant surprise this restaurant was, tucked away on a busy street! We hadn't booked (it was a Saturday night), but the staff gave us a warm welcome and found us a table in the lovely inner courtyard. We tried a few dishes (meatballs, gnocchi, focascia, pizza, fried zucchini...) which were truly excellent. Admittedly, parking nearby is quite difficult, but honestly, it's worth it!
We spent a lovely evening with friends at this restaurant. A place with great attention to detail that also allows for a lighthearted atmosphere. The very friendly staff and excellent, quality food made the evening a success. We had some excellent appetizers and then tried their Pizzelle, which I was truly surprised by their dough and crispiness. See you soon.
I visited this restaurant one evening for dinner, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to our requests and needs. The menu is extensive, ensuring there's something for everyone. The quality of the food is undeniable; everything is delicious. The appetizers, both seafood and meat, are delicious and flavorful, undoubtedly the result of a skilled and knowledgeable kitchen and chef, as are the seafood main courses. I'll definitely be back, without a doubt. Highly recommended.
The place isn't particularly large, but it's welcoming and has a very personal and pleasant style. The menu is extensive, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, focaccia (pretty well-garnished), and sandwiches. The ingredients are excellent and well-presented, but be careful with your choice; it's easy to overdo the appetizers and run out of room for anything else. The only negative thing I'd like to point out is the menu on the fried food plate; in my case, it crumbled and spread across my plate. The prices are average, and parking is best found on the main road before the ZTL (limited traffic zone), as the place is a pleasant walk away.
Most amazing pasta and desert I have EVER had!! Highest quality and great stuff! Waiters are ready to help and entertain You! I hope to visit this place again some day. Love ♥️♥️♥️
Finally, a place to eat something different at a fair price... Very tasty food and a lovely summer garden setting. Impeccable service and a wide selection of wines. We had a pizzella as an appetizer (a very original idea), a first course of gnocchi with pistachio cream, and then the entrecote, which was truly delicious and perfectly cooked. Recommended, especially given the wait time of up to half an hour.
From atmosphere to food and service, one of the best places to go to in Aversa. Salumeria offers a menu that is rooted in tradition, but never boring or conventional. Taste is the main ingredient here, with some surprising gems such as their “genovese di tonno”, a fish-based take on a traditional Neapolitan dish where onion is king. Also, the outdoor garden is a beauty.
Excellent delicatessen 😍 where you can eat really well and enjoy a wide variety of delicacies. The place is cute, decorated with a very simple theme and is welcoming. The young, smiling waiters are very professional. The bathrooms are clean. Perfect for a carefree evening with friends...just like at home.
The salumeria del seggio began as an old delicatessen that only served sandwiches, and has since evolved into a quaint establishment where, in addition to the classic sandwich, you can find many traditional dishes, along with other specialties such as pizzelle, which, served in an aluminum pan, taste like they've just come straight from your own oven. But everything is cooked just as if you were at home. The wine selection is extensive, but the beers are limited; perhaps I would have added a few on tap. The staff is friendly, the service is fairly quick, and the prices are reasonable.
Four of us had a meat-based dinner. We had a few appetizers, meatballs and fries, and then a mixed grill of meats served on a stone. Grilled pumpkin and eggplant were served as side dishes. The appetizers were decent, and the meat was good, average, although we expected more. There was a good selection of wines; we opted for a Barbaresco, but there were several interesting wineries from various Italian wine regions. The atmosphere was pleasant, well-attended, and the service was certainly adequate. We paid around €30 per person, which was about average, I'd say.
I returned to this restaurant after a couple of years, having fond memories of it. The location is very charming and well-kept, and the staff is very kind and available to answer any questions. The menu offers a variety of options, from platters to traditional Neapolitan dishes, various appetizers, pizzelle, and sandwiches. The menu is sure to please both those who love simplicity and regional recipes and those who want to try something new. The wine list is excellent. Unfortunately, some dishes didn't impress me. The pizzelle were good, but the frittatine were less so; they were crispy on the outside but not entirely satisfying in taste and texture. The meatballs had a great crust, but the ones with parmesan sauce were nothing to complain about, while the ones with tomato sauce were a bit flavorless and the sauce was a bit runny. Overall, I highly recommend this place; the prices are in line.
The place is located in the historic center of Aversa, so parking nearby is a bit difficult. However, the place is really well-kept, especially the garden. The menu is very varied, and the appetizers are really good, and I'm sure they make them themselves. The first courses were also good, though perhaps the spaghetti alla pirata was a bit less so, as it was a bit too oily. The staff wasn't always the friendliest, but they were very helpful, offering us a discount and even offering digestifs. I'm giving it 4 stars because the timing and number of waiters available could be improved. The value for money is more than fair.
Locale accogliente, spazi caratteristici, giardino molto bello e curato. Prodotti buoni. piatti tipici della cultura culinaria napoletana. Ottime le pizzelle. Prezzi, forse, un pò sopra la media! In …
I went to this place with seven friends. We had three drinks, three glasses of wine, two Cokes, two focaccias, and three tiramisus. We paid a total of €104, including a €20 cover charge. Now, I might be too argumentative, but €2.50 per person for a place where they're breathing down your neck to make you leave... When we asked for another bottle of water, they even asked if we'd asked for the bill, even though there were other tables occupied. Plus, the wait staff was rude and almost annoyed by our presence. It's a shame because it's not a bad place, it's a shame about their inhospitality.
