This attorney is amazing. I simply cannot speak highly enough. She was brought by another attorney I had retained, with a joint retainer, and has incredible experience, knowledge, ability, and resources. I believe she is less known for her ability with medical board situations, but she would not accept just "taking it," as many attorneys in Oregon do with the OMB. She always went out of her way, not only from a legal perspective, but from a supportive perspective. If you want an attorney that won't roll over for the Oregon Medical Board, this is one. She is excellent at fighting an unjust system, in a delicate, professional, and eloquent manner. I would suggest reaching out to this attorney, to check if she still works with Medical Board situations. She has a relative that had very very very high experience with another state board, that proved be invaluable combined with Mrs. Uranga's personal skills. She knew her personal limitations, was always open, and did research. She fought something most firms/attorneys will not fight. That lack of fear indicates a lack of corruption and genuine concern for the well-being of people...and doctors. This is an excellent attorney and person, who I recommend without hesitation.
