We went last weekend for the first time, to celebrate a birthday. We loved the atmosphere, our meals (striped bass, crab stuffed flounder) were outstanding, and Brian was such a helpful, friendly server. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will be back!

Saw the prime rib on Instagram and had to have it. Delicious and huge. Best I’ve had in so long. Perfect Easter dinner. Thanks Danny and staff

Had an incredible time with friends! Nice view and Ryan, the bartender, was an outstanding and attentive mixologist—truly top-notch. The local crowd was a bit standoffish to newcomers, but hey… it is what it is!

Would give Atmosphere 6 stars if I could. Who doesn't love a restaurant on the water that you can pull up to in your boat?? Haha. Prices are slightly high but that is understandable because it's the experience they provide as much as it is the food and drinks they serve. Can't wait to go back!

The atmosphere and staff here are incredible! Great family owned place right on the water in Babylon. A true ‘getaway’ close to home. I highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese!! Ryan behind the bar always makes it feel like home, and makes the best toasted coconut martini on the South Shore! If I could rate it 10 stars I would.

We came to Tres Palm for lunch, it's at the end of the road next to the water. The food is absolutely delicious. Tres Palm's menu has a good selection to choose from. You have the choice of eating inside or outside. They have their own parking lot. The employees are very friendly and very helpful on what each dish has.

Myself and my girlfriend went for an outdoor drink and a bite to eat. Friendly staff and the food was good. Prices, in line with what you would expect for a restaurant on the water. We did catch a bit of some live music.

Great spot on the water! Do yourself a favor and get the lobster nachos. The crab cake sandwich was delicious. Garlic fries were also really good! Amazing service as well.

By boat or by car this place is a gem of a local spot - whether you're looking for great seafood dishes, a burger, or just a local dockside watering hole. Tuna Steak was great, Coconut Crusted Cod was incredible, as was everything else - raw oysters & clams, Tuna Tar Tar, Tiger Shrimp, Seafood Stew & Chowder. Dessert was killer, the perfect end to an exceptional meal. Chocolate lava bomb. Live music was an unexpected delight. Can't wait to try the Bloody Goose (huge shrimp on a bloody) & Huevos for brunch. The entire staff - & Dan the owner - were so friendly & accommodating. It was our first time there but our entire party of 8 felt like we were treated as family. Love this joint. Got the koozie to prove it. FYI - the newsletter signup form goes to an error page.

I went here on a rainy day. Just had some lone time. The workers here are so nice and didnt made me feel uncomfortable at all. They were so accommodating. Looking forward to come back with friends and family on a better weather.

What a great place to celebrate my birthday. The paella was so good and so much food that I brought home to eat the next day. It was a chilly night and the ambiance was full of energy. It was busy considering how cold there was a good crowd.

Such an amazing place to eat outdoors! We went on a Friday night with a lovely atmosphere and a live guitar and singer. The drinks were delicious and the food was tasty. They a large selection of cocktails, as it looks like it was meant for a summer happy hour, which was fantastic ! I expected just your average typical bar food, but I was pleasantly surprised and our pictures prove it. As far as the service goes, the server was on point and very attentive. No mistakes with any of the orders and we never had to look for her. She checked on us all throughout the dinner and it was a very pleasant experience. We would totally come back!

Even though I live super close to Tres Palms, I never actually visited! My first time was definitely impressive. The food, drinks, and dessert were delicious, and the views were great! Also everything came out super fast. My only improvement suggestion would be that they try to make desserts a little more special for birthdays. I did make a point to state it was my cousin's birthday which most places usually then add a candle to a dessert. But otherwise, this place is definitely worth the hype and I will definitely be returning!!

This visit was to the bar, for a few beers, live one piece band, conversation all were excellent! Nice local place! The bar is small but cozy, lots of extra seats opposite the bar so check it out. What I remember from our last visit to the restaurant is that they have nice fish selections with some local catch items, but a bit pricey for the type of place this is... You give it a try and lmk.

My husband and I and some friends ate at this restaurant at our friends' recommendation. We were able to eat outside by the dock. What a lovely area! The menu was nice but I thought the prices were a little steep as most dishes were between $28 and $35. My husband and I were not very hungry so we both ordered burgers while our friends ordered a salmon dish and a shrimp dish. The burgers were good and the fries were really yummy. The salmon and shrimp dishes were good but I felt the portion was a little small for the price. We all enjoyed our food and really enjoyed watching all the boats docking. Our waiter was a little scatterbrained as he disappeared for long stretches of time when we needed him but then kept coming back to try to take away my dish while I was finishing my fries. Overall I enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant but I thought the food could have been priced lower for the portion size.

We had a party of seven with a reserved window/water view for lunch. The restaurant was clean, open and airy. Main water view is essentially the marina full of docked boats. Food was very good. Most at my table ordered the fish tacos and they enjoyed it. I had the cheeseburger and it was made perfectly and had great flavor. Our waitress was nice and very attentive. Other servers seemed very pleasant as well. The menu was a bit pricey. Even without alcohol I spent $140 (including tip) but you have to expect to pay a premium for the water location.

I went on New Year's Eve I was disappointed when there was a limited menu. It was not advertised on their website. The service was very good. The food was good it was just difficult to find something because we don't eat seafood and 99% of the New Year's Eve menu was seafood.

I was there for drinks and appetizers last night, and wow the food was delicious! It was my first time there and the staff treated me like I was going there for years! The staff and the owner were so friendly and gracious I highly recommend it! My date and I were so impressed and will definitely be back!

Was back on the island visiting and met up with friends for drinks. The service is great and so is the atmosphere. I miss bars/restaurants on the water-especially seafood restaurants. We ordered food, and I was not disappointed that I chose the mussels. The perfect portion size to fill me up but be full. And the broth was perfect for dunking the bread. I’ll be ordering it again next time I’m home.

No one wearing a mask. Servers, bartender, customers. I'm high risk, couldn't take a chance. Left before I ordered. Vaccinated now. Have been going semi regularly. Nice dock side bar/grill. Some unique dishes like duck wings, not a favorite of mine but others might like. There sunday brunch menu looks undelivably good. Based on the quality of the food I have had is probably great. Unfortunately it's widely known, I have not been able to get in to try. Reservations are recommended weeks in advance for Sunday brunch.

I got the burger it was good. On the menu it said that it had pineapple but didn’t get any pineapple. The fries were extremely soggy and drenched in oil they were not edible. For appetizers we got calamari and guacamole. They were both decent but not amazing. I got the painkiller drink it was good. Overall for the price I feel the food needs an upgrade with better quality control.

Very casual atmosphere with upscale food. Portions are not huge which is fine because it's all delicious. The poppers..stfd! Baked clams...shut yo mouth! Very fresh everything and the drinks were nice pours as well. Itll cost ya a bit but very worth it. Welcome to boaters if you can find a slip.

We had 10 people at our table and we asked the waiter if we could have separate checks and he said yes no problem. Every thing was great except when we asked for our checks there was a problem. After stalling for about a half hour he finally told us that it couldn't be done. We then had to figure who had what because some of us didn't drink as much as others. I would go back again but don't ask for separate checks.

An interesting experience. We arrived 7 min early but the table I requested was ready, and exactly where I wanted it, unfortunately, it turns out it was a bad location. I requested a table with a view of the bay, and got it, but the back room was not only 15 degrees colder than the other room, but the breeze from the A/C was so strong it felt even worse. Then, since there was no sounds absorbing acoustics, the noise level was deafening! 3 other tables were reseated indoors as were we. After that, everything was good. Service is excellent and accommodating and very quick considering how busy the place was. Food was cooked perfectly but side dish portions are very small. The bread they brought to the table was soft and fresh, but looked like it was used in a tug of war. Overall, I'd give the place 4.5 stars. They just have to work on the noise and temperature. Party of 4 $256.00 with 6 drinks plus tip.

Small casual restaurant on the canal. Food was good. A little pricey for the portions. Swordfish special was excellent and tasty. Great place to eat outdoors. Service was not great until we asked who our server was after sitting for around 20 minutes. Would definitely go back. Went back today. Got the baked clams. Mostly breading. Got the skirt steak sandwich. Steak was tough. Food was ok. Not worth the price. Would not go back.

Waitress was extremely friendly and fast so service was excellent, but they were out of a number of items and worst, this is a "service" business yet they refused to substitute any items, even as simple as the type of veggies with the dinner. We were told the chef would get angry so no substitutions. Food was OK. Tables packed extremely close together. All-in-all, we would not recommend as we felt there are much more accommodating restaurants with better food on the water.

Ive been coming here for years and has always been our familys favorite spot. But recently the service has been terrible. I went with my sister just yesterday & we were seated & waited 25 minutes with no one attending us. Waiter walked right by us & attended these two ladies who sat down after us!! Brought them water and took their order as my sister and i just sat there. My sister had to go inside and bring this to the hostess attention! When we did get a waiter she seemed annoyed. We had to ask for water, utensils and napkins. No restaurant has ever made is feel so belittled!! Its like we were invisible. I’ll definitely take some time away from this establishment for a bit.

It's pretty crazy for my first time ever coming here. Hardly any parking or place to sit, we had to wait well over an hour to eat. If I wasn't with a group that raved so much about this place, I most likely would have gone somewhere else. My burger was good and I liked the hotness of it but I know my dad didn't enjoy his lobster that much and said he's had a lot better. We waited so long to have dinner. Nobody wanted appetizers, and we read the menu at the bar so we would know exactly what we wanted the second we sat down.

The food was excellent. Compliments to the kitchen! However the inexperienced staff hindered the experience. Asked for napkins several times which arrived after most of meal was eaten. Now… the Bartender had no interest in serving us while purposely ignoring and paying attention to the MUCH younger generation.. Not cool dude… management should be ashamed of this guy. And should be held accountable for this ignorance. Also, the live music was good.

This restaurant was great and I would like to give five stars but I cannot for the reason that the bartender Ryan was so rude . He continued to talk with people at bar joking with them as we waited twenty five minutes for our drinks . Was very rude and completely ignored us whole time we were standing there . Staff was very nice but forgot to bring us silverware or plates with our appetizers and food . Asked for a spoon for soup and young man brought me a plastic spoon and told me dishwasher was full . Food was so delicious top quality . And ambiance amazing . Get rid of bartender ruins the whole vibe .

They only have one top shelf tequila which is casamigos, all the beers are in cans or on tap, no bottle. The waitress Rosy was great but she is covering tables inside and out. I had over 6 different runners who worked hard but had no idea what our table needed or wanted. Like no napkins or silverware until after our food was on table. For an expensive restaurant go elsewhere where you can get service and top shelf alcohol or even bottled beer. And parking was a nightmare. Small parking lot and majority of street parking for residents only. My view was the street while the other side of my table had a water view. White linen prices while you eat on picnic tables.

Food was okay. Service was pretty bad. We got there and the hostess says it’s about a 20-30 minute wait outside. We agreed to wait while getting a drink at the bar. Well, she forgot about us. After the 30 minutes had passed, she only then put our name down at the bottom of the list. Our bartender was really nice and even noticed we were waiting a long time so she went to double check for us again. Finally got sat outside after about an hour wait. Waitress took our order and then we didn’t see her again until the bill came out. They have young adults cleaning up and asking if there is anything else they can get for us but then can’t get us a refill on our drink (obvious reasons) but then our waitress should be around. They took our water cups instead of asking if we wanted a refill. Overall, I don’t think I would come again.

If it weren’t for the location, and the weather, this would’ve been a total miss. Food is mushy and bland (ordered three different things) , cocktail was underwhelming too (tried just one), beer flat (also one). These kids were running around trying hard (kudos) to serve us, but they are simply put poorly trained. Utter disappointment.

Baked clams on half shell. 6 for $21 may be worth it IF they was any clams in the breading. My wife enjoyed the lg shrimp entree. My duck thingy, brought it home. And not because it was any good. My calamari was outstanding ! Waitress billed us for an entree which they said they were out of , lamb shank. At 530 out of an entree ???? Doubt if we’ll be back , sadly

We visited Tres Palms for Valentine’s Day with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We arrived on time for our reservation, yet it took about 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our table. After that, it was another 30 minutes before our food arrived. Considering it was a special occasion, the slow service really set the wrong tone for the evening. I ordered the bacon-wrapped filet and added a lobster tail. The meal came with mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe. While the steak itself was decent, they didn’t provide the proper utensils for cutting it, which was frustrating. The lobster tail was overcooked and dry, and it didn’t come with the proper tools to crack or eat it. For a restaurant serving lobster, that was surprising and disappointing. My wife ordered the stuffed lobster with corn. We also ordered bread, but it never came to the table. To make matters worse, our server never came back to check on us or offer drink refills. We had to wait another 15 minutes just to get salt and pepper. We ended up having two different servers, and there seemed to be a lack of communication between them. Because of that, the bill was separated and came out incorrectly, which added even more confusion to an already frustrating evening. Overall, the lack of attention, poor service, missing items, and billing confusion completely overshadowed what should have been a special Valentine’s dinner. Instead of ending the night satisfied, we’re now heading to Red Lobster to pick up biscuits for my pregnant wife. Sadly, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we left very disappointed.

I went there with high hopes. Pictures from google maps are promising, outside sitting available, live music etc. I dont want to be ll negative but few words towards improvement. - small menu - chairs at the table are too short …here the big on! - prices are high for what youre getting. Smallest oysters are 3$ a piece. Should i mention they charge more than they are listed on the menu?! - fondue is not even fondue. It shouldnt be served as a lowest quality french fun food that actually tastes like gravy. If its not constantly and gently warmed up cheese dont call it like it is. Sorry but im not coming back

I scheduled a reservation to celebrate an anniversary and I was very disappointed. I specifically requested a table near the water in advance and when we arrived the hostess attempted to seat us right next to the kitchen. I stated that that was unacceptable and so we waited another 15 minutes patiently to be seated. I must thank the hostess because she at least tried to make our experience enjoyable. Beyond that though we did not receive good service whatsoever. We waited probably 15 minutes before a waitress came to serve us and she did a poor job. The restaurant was not that crowded whatsoever and she only checked on us when food came out. Food was terrible. For $32 a plate, an undercooked steak was not worth it. To add insult to injury when I sent the food back no one seemed to care that the food was raw. I noticed another couple sent their food back as well. I do not recommend this restaurant. It was a terrible experience.

Been here multiple times, the food is consistent, not bad, bit could be better. The service and atmosphere went down hill. This time the service was awful, young kid who didn't care, got food before drinks, got silverware after food, got napkins after asking twice, got hot water, food came out at all different times, missing items with food, missing many thing. When I went to speak to management/person I charge, I got the "owner" Dan, or Dave, I expressed my issues with the night and all I got was, "ok" no apology, no explanation except for, "the kids young" I'm not expecting a free meal, the food was adequate, but the service was awful, and the "owner" seemed to not care. Food- raw oysters were awful, big raw seafood guy, but awful oysters, and the baked clam were garbage. Quick bite, go. Family dinner, avoid.

We've eaten here a couple of times now, and decided after last night's visit that it was our last. The atmosphere is nice being right on the water, but the food is mediocre at best, and definitely not worth the price. The guacamole appetizer we got was good. But the lobster rolls that my husband I ordered for dinner were horrible. I literally couldn't eat more than 2 bites of mine. It tasted like tuna fish, and even the color of the lobster salad was weird. It definitely wasn't a fresh lobster roll like you'd get at a credible seafood restaurant. We would absolutely not recommend eating here.

Food is overpriced for what you get. This has a setting more along the lines of a lunch sandwich place on the docks. The service was decent and the drinks were actually good. Food was bland, boring and overpriced. We actually left hungry.

we went here for the lobster rolls. they were not amply filled but had avocado and bacon on the side. no cole slaw. just fries included. we would not recommend these rolls.

The food was bad, we couldn’t finish it. Everyone ordered a different dish, and all of them were disappointing. The service was friendly though. Just come for a drink, don’t bother with the food. Even the appetizers (guac and chips, calamari) were inedible, very oily, and the oil tasted old.

The hostess and bus staff awesome. Waitress needs to retire. Handed me a dirty plate with stains on it. Waitress was rude,dismissive and inattentive. I left her a good tip because the support staff deserved the tip. Great view and location. Mediocre food and horrible wait staff. I actually took a Pic of crud stained plate . Everything about this place use to be amazing. Not sure what happened. Usually get the skirt steak. Came here a few months ago something tasted off and I said never again. But then, I said maybe it was a bad day. So we came back today. Steak was better, but asked for medium came out well done. also got the Ricon burger ,medium . Came out well done and the fries are soaking in oil. Burger bun in the back now soggy from soaking up oil. Just not happy after dropping $100.. for a Friendly's restaurant experience just isn't the experience I was looking for. The staff and atmosphere however still top notch

i went with a group of 10 for dinner and it took 35 minutes to get water for the table and it was not drinkable. we all ordered our meals and they came out with out any silverware so i asked the waitress for a fork. 20 minutes later after i finished my whole steak without a fork the waitress comes back still without silver ware. my friends were using the bones of their lamb combs to eat mashed potatoes. kinda sad

We had a reservation and arrived a little bit early and they were kind enough to seat us in the back. However a group of people had come in and sat in the small room with us and they were so loud and boisterous that we couldn't even hear the waitress when it was time to take our order. They kindly moved us outside which was greatly appreciated because this made ordering and communicating easier. I ordered a drink that got to me made incorrectly. I chalked it up to the fact that the waitress just couldn't hear what I was saying inside. No big deal. But there were dead bugs in my drink - I guess some fruit flies had gotten into the watermelon puree because it wasn't stored properly. Gross. At this point I didn't want to place an order for a new drink I didn't even want to tell the waitress I just wanted to get some food and get out of there. I asked the waitress where the shellfish were sourced but she never gave me an answer. We figured whatever, and ordered the seafood tower. It came with way too much ice and melted very quickly. If I wanted dig my clams out of water I would have just gone clamming myself... The tower is advertised as "Oysters, Clams, Whole Lobster, Shrimp, Lump Blue Claw Crab Meat". So naturally when our lobsters were stuffed with crab salad, it was a little confusing. There was no lump blue claw crab meat, and the meat they used to make the salad tasted like it was canned. The seafood didn't sit right with me because it just didn't seem fresh. We ordered the duck wings as well but they were dried out. It wasn't even a full leg, there was a lot of meat that was just missing off of it. Looking at it I actually mistook it for a rib because it was so thin and skinny. The sauce was okay but nothing to write home about. The calamari were overcooked and the oil that they use needs to be changed because it had a terrible taste. I've heard people refer to Tres Palms as the place for "blue collar waterfront dining". I will admit the crowd was very boisterous and people from at least two different tables were playing loud music from their phone. It was kind of annoying. And even though our server tried, service was subpar. I don't know if I would ever come back here. Everyone's always talking about the view by the water but to be honest with you it smelled really bad and there was a dead fish and old food floating around in the masses of seaweed. If you're looking for mediocre food, terrible cocktails, and a southern pub experience put into a beachy waterfront environment than this place is for you.

We sat outdoors on a nice night. Our server was professional and very sweet. We ordered beer which was warm and 2 sodas. The Appetizer of Lobster Nachos was good! Not much lobster but we enjoyed it. We each ordered a different, overpriced salad for our entrees-one with steak one with shrimp. Steak cooked as ordered and the salad was good but not an entree sized portion. Grilled romaine salad with shrimp had 3 grilled grape tomatoes, some small pieces of mango 4 regular sized shrimp and the bed of romaine was a flimsy piece of grilled lettuce. Admittedly it was a grilled salad on menu just not how I like to eat my salad. The tomatoes and mango were good but the shrimp was way too salty I had to stop after 1 shrimp. At this point we let the server know that this entree was not edible. She apologized and when came back with the bill had taken our “drinks” off the bill which I assume wasn’t her decision. 2 sodas and a warm beer compensated for an overall terrible meal. At the other tables, we witnessed much of the same complaints to servers with apologies to the customers. No owner in sight to amend the mishaps that went on. Save your $ I would not recommend this restaurant

We did not get a chance to dine in. We walked in and said we were going to start with drinks, but we weren’t going to eat right away. We had eaten earlier. They wouldn’t let us sit at a table because we weren’t ordering food right away. Some very young girl came over to us and told us if we’re not going to eat we couldn’t sit there very rudely. We are in our 50s. She was probably at least 16 to 20.. we had ordered $35 worth of drinks at the bar and I really feel they should’ve let us sit until we felt like ordering there was nobody waiting for a table at that time I found that very disrespectful and the food and atmosphere are not that great to be turning People away.. and for the waitress that turned away, she lost a lot of money and tips as we treat our staff that takes care of us very well. I saw the locals that were hanging out there ordering nothing and there were multiple empty tables very disheartening. It seems they only promote locals.

Our server took 40 minutes to get us our drinks. Water, and fountain soda. I did ask for a hot tea, I wouldn't receive that tho until everyone was done with their meals. Our server never brought us napkins, or knives either. When our food came, she wasn't the one to bring it, and never check back in on us to see if the food was okay. But she was more than happy to take our check for us at the end of the meal. Forgot to mention, I stired my tea with a fork, I figured asking for a spoon was too much.

I called in advance telling them it's a anniversary for my wife and I. Please prepare something nice and I will pay for it. The place, drinks and food was absolutely disappointing evening. Nothing we ordered was served correctly. My wife ordered baked clams and instead she was served baked bread crumbs only. No clams were in the shell. My wife ordered a hamburger with pineapple and extra crispy fries, instead she received a greasy burger with bacon no pineapple and my order was a completely disgusting overcooked Salmon with nothing on the bottom except smashed sweet potato that doesn't go with that dish. I advised the waitress and waiters of the disgusting food quality and they did nothing about it. The bar was over charged and the drinks were horrible. We will never go back again. Truly a disappointment evening of our anniversary dinner.

Nice place, my wife’s cousin took us here because she had gone before and enjoyed her time, but unfortunately it was not the case yesterday evening. Our waitress was a older woman who was a bit rude and not engaging at all. She did not come around to see if we needed anything and in fact, I asked another waitress for some bread and was informed that my waitress would come by. We did get the bread, soggy and uncooked. Poor service… I certainly will never come back.

I ordered on line arrived and was told it was not ready yet. Can back 10 min later and was told the chef never looked at the online orders 30 min later I got my order but when I opened the take out container my extra side was never added. No discount or return coupon offered.

The crabcake sandwich was terrible. Very thin and hardly any crab meat, mostly breadcrumbs.

We visited Tres Palms for dinner on Friday 2/23/18. When we entered we noticed that there were only 2 tables seated in the dining room. I remember thinking to myself, it must be one of three reasons: it's more of a summer place, it's early or it's not good. Based on this review and the amount of stars given, you'll soon see the reason. There were 2 waitresses working that night. One had the 2 tables that were eating when we got there. The other waitress, who was our waitress, only had us to wait on. I don't know if she was new or clueless, but she sucked! She spent most of the time hiding in the kitchen, and when she did come to the table, she would ask if we were done with our food while we were still eating. Terrible service was only half the problem. The food was even worse than the service. We started with a dozen oysters. They were less than fresh and whoever shucked them clearly had no clue what they were doing because all the liquor was poured out and they were full of shards of shell, plus they seemed warm. As an oyster lover, this may have been the worst oyster experience I've encountered. Than we had the lobster nachos, or should I say lobster-less nachos. The 2 or 3 bits of lobster on top of half burnt nachos was pathetic. Lastly, we shared the pan seared salmon entree. It's time to start looking for a new chef because the inexperienced cook in the kitchen has to go! The pan seared salmon was over seared and actually burnt on top. And it was swimming in a disgusting looking purple soup. I've been to restaurants where the service was bad and the food was good and vice versa, but the service and the food were terrible here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was there for dinner last night because we really liked it the first time we were there. I am afraid they messed up everything this time. Except for the location it was nothing there else worth the driving from the city to there. I’ll add some pictures to my review. The location is super nice, the service is not good at all, we waited 25 min just for the waiter to come to our table and bring some water. I do understand that they were busy , however for a place to be that expensive and busy they should hire more professional staff who can assist their costumers better. The burger costs 23$ and the fries were overcooked and very oily, you could not even eat them. They brought the tomatos without even cleaning them properly. You end up paying 100$+ and not be satisfied. The only good thing yesterday was the bottle of wine & the location which of course has nothing to do with the restaurant itself lol. AVOID THIS PLACE! This place is a scam. You will pay lots of money and still not get the best time of your life.

What a disappointment. I ordered the saffron paella and my husband had the lamb chops and tuna. The moment they placed the food on the table I knew it wasn’t going to be edible. First my paella was a weird brownish color and you could see the rice was overcooked but the seafood was worse! It was salty and tasted off so I stopped eating & my husbands food we’re both overcooked. When the waitress came back she asked me if I wanted to wrap it and very nicely I replied no thank you, I really didn’t like it the seafood tastes like it off almost like freezer burned which she proceeded to make a rude face at me and say that she doesn’t understand what I was talking about because the seafood was fresh that day and started to walk away which I wasn’t that pleased with it, so I just said I’m sorry but that seafood it definitely not fresh. She didn’t say I’m sorry can I get you something else or even say oh maybe I can speak to my manager to see if I can take some money off of the bill just a rude face. So needless to say my meal was a wasted $49 which I paid for & left hungry on my Valentines date night with my hubby. Do not waste your money.

Had a reservation sat for over 1/2 hour. No one came to our table. Others that were seated after us were being helped. All my friends know NEVER GO HERE

Went there Sunday afternoon. Got seated outdoors at a nice table overlooking the harbor. Unfortunately we never got a waitress to come by and take our order. A waitress was clearly evident but ignored our table. Finally, after asking for a waitress and being told she would “ go find one”, we left after waiting 30 minutes! Horrible experience and totally unprofessional and unacceptable!

Save your money. This place was terrible. Met friends here for dinner a few weeks ago. They were understaffed . The poor waitress and bus boy didn’t know what they had to do first. Very sweet . I felt bad for them. We ordered appetizers and our main course. Clams on the half shell came out. Nothing with them. Not even little forks. Before our second appetizer came to the table they brought our skirt steaks . We sent them back because we wanted to enjoy our appetizers. Finally our food came to the table about 30 minutes later. Guess what ? Same steaks we sent back 30 minutes ago except now they were well done. I returned one and got a smaller one back and I couldn’t even cut through it with a knife. It was terrible. Portion sizes were ridiculously small for the prices they charge ! We spent 180 a couple and left hungry. No one from mgmt even came over to the table . Waste of money. Such a shame.

It was my friends birthday so me and my friend called ahead and wanted to be seated outside the hostess on the phone proceeded to say there are plenty seating outside we don’t need to put our name down even when we wanted to. We came in about 20 min were told there are no available tables outsides only inside and if we want to be sat or not. The hostess had an attitude not apologized for the inconvenience nothing. We were told by one hostess we would be relocated outside once a table is available meanwhile the other hostess said that’s not something they do. We ordered a drink and two burgers. I ordered a medium well and my friend well done burger. The burgers arrived within astronomically fast within 3 min even before the drink COVERED IN GREASE. The fries were not fully baked still raw and everything was smothered swimming in the oil. The waitress came around I told her we won’t be able to eat this. I proceeded to ask her if this is something she would eat she said no however she said „I’m just a waitress” My understanding is when working in a restaurant even though she’s just a waitress she is well aware what she is taking out of the kitchen and that it should be well prepped. Also pointed out to the waitress one of the burgers is missing ingredients and she looked at it and laughed. No apologies nothing. We paid for the drink and left. Horrible experience will never come back. No idea how this place can have staff so rude and be so overpriced for the quality of food and service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here!
