Lady in a red sweatshirt on 1/6/26 slammed my order on the table and walked away with an attitude. I didn't speak to anyone or say anything to anyone, I ordered at the kios for Dine-in.

The foods ok…it’s McDonald’s, what do you expect? lol. What I will say is that it’s nearly impossible to dine in here since they renovated the place a few years ago! The chairs are like children’s chairs and very uncomfortable! It also seems like anytime I order through the drive through,they mess up my order! One time they told me to park in spot 1 to wait for my Drive Through order. There was someone already in spot 1, so I parked to the spot next to it. I kid you not we wait for a good 15 minutes. The lady in spot one gets 4 bags of food in that 15 minutes, I go in to complain that I’ve been waiting for 15 mins and they tell me they gave my order to the lady next to me!

Terrible experience. The young guy that took my order got EVERYTHING WRONG.. the bathroom was dirty and the people have the wrong attitude... please fix this place.. ASAP

Placed my order waited 20 minutes nothing. Asked to see the manager. She said they were having trouble. I watched other customers order and get there meal. I said this is ridiculous. Just return my money. Mcdonald's is a waste . Go to Wendy's or Burger King.

At almost almost every McDonald’s I went to They greeted me with a sentence hello will you be using the mobile app today? Thank you. This was the lady said what do you want? that was very rude and I do not appreciate that. we pulled up to the window to pay to receive our food. When my sister told the lady what had happened. The lady ignored us and rode her eyes. We asked for fresh food cook to order and I received molded apples and cold cookies. The service was horrible. I would never come here again.

Wish I could leave a big fat zero . All the workers need to be fired ASAP . You can't even put onions on a burger we're they belong . But I ordered extra onions and extra pickles but got only the pickles. No onions on all five burgers . Fire the Manager then school everyone all over about your burgers . Won't ever go back.

I was here at 11:50 am on 7/12/25 and I’m a delivery driver so I’m here all the time. The old lady in the burgundy McDonald’s shirt has no manners whatsoever which gave me a weird feeling from the start, she’s hustling with boxes and I hold the door she doesn’t even say thank you or acknowledge me. Then I’m here again and some kid is asking for a drink that they didn’t give him and she was being rude for no reason. I mean, if you can’t give him a drink for policy reasons fine but that’s a kid, please be nice. Our society is so afraid of talking in person nowadays and people like her will never make it better. Poor kid just wanted a gosh dang drink that he ordered. I hope this lady find joy someday. Or a new job

Review McDonald's on 131 sunrise Highway west islip, I ordered a steak sandwich and ck McDonald's griddle cashier Anthony took my order. I got the steak sandwich w no onions and instead chicken mcgriddle I got sausage. Not good I'm not happy

So that's a buttermilk chicken sandwich. It was half the size of the roll, rubbery with wilted lettuce. The frys had a aftertaste and the hot apple pie was not hot. I got there about 11pm it was busy but I guess at night just reheated leftover stuff! I know it's only fast food but this was terrible.
