We stumbled upon this delightful hidden gem while looking for a restaurant open until 12 AM close to home after getting back late from our trip. The ambience is simple and neat. The last dine-in is at 11 PM, so we ordered takeout. You wouldn't believe how fresh the last take-out food was at midnight. The food was delicious and packed well. The lamb Kefta was flavorful, and the chicken kebab was juicy. My favorite was the spicy red chili paste. It added great flavor. You can park on the street or in public parking and walk to the restaurant. This is our new favorite Lebanese restaurant.

Had breakfast there with a large group of friends. The food is DELICIOUS 😋, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was great. The falafel is fresh! The Hummus was extremely delicious, a must try. Papa ghanoosh (roasted eggplant with Tahini) was mind blowing 🤯. Will definitely come back. Thank you for the great service

We had an incredible experience at Falafel Fresh in Kirkland! We ordered the Chicken Shawarma, Chicken Kabob Plate, and Falafel, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The standout for us was definitely the Chicken Kabob Plate — the chicken was perfectly juicy and tender, and the rice was packed with amazing flavor. It’s rare to find a place where every component of the plate is so thoughtfully prepared. The Chicken Shawarma was equally mouthwatering, full of bold spices and cooked to perfection. The Falafel was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, just how it should be. Without a doubt, this is the best shawarma and Mediterranean spot on the Eastside. We highly recommend trying the Chicken Kabob Plate — it’s an easy 10/10! We can’t wait to come back!

First time I walked in here, it was their soft opening. I was dying for this Resturant to open. Every time I am on my walk in downtown Kirkland, I wonder when they will be open! AND…. That day arrived!!! Owner was super sweet and welcoming. Gave us some delicious kunafe and kufta to try. Last night I went again with my boyfriend, we had the combo with chicken, lamb, kufta accompanied with rice/ salad. We asked for fatoush salad instead of tabouli. But the man taking our order, didn’t speak much English nor did he understand. That was a bit upsetting. Food was excellent! Tabouli wasn’t good at all. All the meats were fresh and tender, chicken was a bit dry but still good! Rice was well cooked with tasty garlic hummus. RICE PUDDING WAS GOLDEN✨✨ Deff would come again, more a spot for take out or quick bite. Seating inside is spacious but cold and bare.

Great people and food. The chicken kebab and shawarma plate were excellent, with very flavorful rice. Even the salad was great. Garlic fries were crispy with a subtle, delicious sauce. Beautiful presentation and fast service.

My husband and I love coming to this place late at night for a quick bite. We are obsessed with the chicken shawarma and the baklava. The workers are also so extremely sweet and lovely.

Beef Shawama is very tasty. Restaurant is small, like mom &pop. Hummus is so authentic! We travel those regions before. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

We ordered the Mandib chicken and it was so flavorful and tender. We also love the hummus, which is really smooth with what we think is chopped jalapeño to add some bite to it. The staff is really friendly and the portions are generous, perfect for take out after as well.

Had an amazing experience at Falafel Refresh in Kirkland! I ordered the Greek fries and shawarma — both were delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and even let us dine in after closing time during a big storm. It was such a cozy and welcoming place to gather with friends. Highly recommend!

Great little place in downtown Kirkland which is open late so if you work late and need something before going to sleep this place is perfect. The food is good, the staff is friendly and professional, the music is great especially at night when the staff is willing to play it loud. During the day however parking is a bit of a challenge but if you walk by stop for a sandwich you will not be disappointed and everything on the menu is good.

The food here is consistently good and the service is great! Sometimes the TV is a little bit loud, but overall a great place to get a late night snack or meal.

Best authentic Lebanese food ever. I had breakfast there and the authentic hummus(garbanzo) falafel was crispy, with sesame and crispy. You go to non authentic places and the falafel is so mushy. It has a lot of vegan, vegetarian options. The meat is halal. The place is super clean and organized. This place is the real deal and the owner is so nice. Thank you for the mint tea. It was awesome.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food that was freshly prepared in front of us. It was delicious and finger licking good. We ate all the falafels and the lamb kebabs and the chicken kebabs, and the hummus and tahini. The gentleman who helped us was most gracious and polite. The olive oil is dark green, and so flavorful. The pita bread are toasted and warm. The facilities are clean and the parking is easy.

We love this place. We come here almost once a week and took our friends and they loved it too. This place offers great variety of Mediterranean food. The chicken shawarma and kebabs are delicious. The price might seem a bit high compared to other Mediterranean places. But it is worth each dollar you spend here. The serving size is large and can fillup pretty well. We love the servers in the store who greet us and talk to us every time we go. What more can you ask for in a restaurant, great food, ambience and very nice owners and workers.

Went here for dinner. I got the house combo plate and my husband got the chicken shawarma plate. Both were delicious but I think the combo plate had a little more flavor. Hummus was also fantastic and portion sizes were good, you can tell everything was fresh! We ended the night with some baklava!😍 definitely worth a try if you are in the area

The dining experience at this place is consistently delightful. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I've visited multiple times, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. I've savored dishes like Chicken Shawarma, French Fries, House Combo, Baklawa, Rice Pudding, and everything exceeded my expectations. The spicy sauce is a personal favorite, and I always make sure to request extra servings.

Authentic from the food to ownership. Falafel Fresh is a contender for some of the best Palestinian food in Seattle. The owners were kind and inviting. The garlic sauce on the Greek Fries to the unique spicy sauce (that you must get) pairs perfectly with the protein of your choice. And a sweet, handmade, pistachio covered, fried katyef ends the meal on a high note. Cannot wait to come back !

Great pitstop for a quick bite. The server was smiling and served us very nicely. We had hummus which was very creamy and well presented with warm pita, and hot sauce which we really appreciated! Had it along with baklava and a falafel sandwich. The sandwich could’ve used a bit more salt or seasoning, but overall tasted well and filling. The bakalava was on the sweeter side and peppered generously with pistachio, but if you’re in for indulgence, go for it.

We tried chicken kabab platter and lamb shank. Both were freshly made and decent in taste. Shank was very tender, curry was a lil on bland side. Chicken kababs were good. Can be more juicy and a bit more spicy. Serving size is good but pricey. Service was great. Nice and clean place. Restroom was clean but there was no Baby changing station.

Food: 3/5 I ordered the mixed chicken and beef shawarma rice bowl. Unfortunately, both the chicken and beef were quite dry, which made the dish underwhelming. The rice itself was decent, and honestly, the bowl is probably a better value than the plate option. Still, the dryness of the meat really brought the whole meal down. Service: 3/5 The staff took our order, but communication was a bit difficult—there seemed to be a language barrier, which led to some confusion? They didn’t provide a receipt either, so I couldn’t verify the total or see a breakdown of the cost, which was frustrating. Atmosphere: 4/5 The place had a clean and modern look—pretty much what you’d expect from a typical fast-casual falafel spot. Would Recommend? Not really. The food doesn’t match the price, and the dry meat made the meal feel like poor value. There are definitely better options nearby if you're craving shawarma or Mediterranean food.

Customer service and atmosphere is very nice and the appetizers are yummy and well presented. However my issue with this place is their falafel. I have tried it 2 times in a year long but it’s not getting better. The restaurant is called falafel fresh but it doesn’t taste fresh. I don’t want to judge and be sure but if it’s fresh and you really make it from scratch then there’s a problem. Falafel shouldn’t be too hard to bite or cut. Please find a new recipe, use chickpeas only .. I’m sure it can get better. I wish you luck and I don’t try to impact your business but I have to be honest. I don’t think I’ll try it again.

Got shawarma over hummus. Shawarma salad bowl. And lentil soup. $50 The hummus is good. But chicken and beef shawarma are dry and chewy. Salad is average. Not as good as typical Greek salad I have had. It has a lot of pickles. It doesn’t feel like actual salad but more sandwiches topping. The lentil soup is good but too pricy. $7 ($8 after tax) for a small cup. Note that you will be charged more than the price on the menu. $7 on the menu, was charged $7.28 before tax. No explanation for the 4% more. Will not come back.

Took my husband here for a lunch date because I had been before and liked the food. The hummus today was flavorful, but the chicken, rice and baklava was dry. The point of sale experience bothered me enough to write this review. I asked the woman a question about tap to pay and she responded by taking control of the screen, and giving herself a 15% tip (as if I'm an idiot & she had already earned that). She could've simply said "you need to choose whether you'd like to tip first." She could have asked, "would you like to tip?" What has happened with manners? How presumptive and rude! I just spent over $60 for this experience & two chicken plates served to us in to-go containers! If you give us friendly service I'll leave cash on the table! As a former server I'm offended.

Like some other comments the language barrier was a (small) issue. I didn't feel welcomed walking in here (first experience). Made an online pickup order to go. Food was very overpriced. 90% rice and very little protein (meat is dry). If the service was better and they were more welcoming & friendly (basics) I might have returned.

recently ate at Fresh Falafel and had a very disappointing experience. The food was extremely bland, lacking salt and flavor, and shortly after eating I felt nauseous and had stomach pain. I was really upset with the low quality of the food. I hope the restaurant improves their food quality in the future.
