Very good and everything except that the customer service is strange. We ordered the combo of bread with sauce, but the cashier charged us only for the bread because she was talking with her colleagues about personal things. I had to pay more to get the sauce separately, which should have been included because I ordered the combo :)

Está mal orientado, ya que durante las tardes hace un calor infernal dentro del restaurante debido a que todos los muros son de cristal y los rayos del sol entran directamente.

La cajera súper grocera y sin ánimos de atender, la que hacia las pizzas gritando todos de mal humor, si no les gusta su trabaja busquen otro.

This type of fast food sells itself, but I had a problem with the service. The person who served me near closing time (approximately 9:20 p.m.) sold me what she wanted. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, and she told me they were out of stock, that it wasn't in their order line anymore because it takes longer, and she sold me a more expensive one for only 40 pesos more, depending on the extra cheese. How come they weren't making a classic pepperoni anymore, and they could make one with extra cheese for me? I think it's a strategy by the operators to sell more, and this type of abuse is unacceptable... They finally refunded me the extra charge they were charging me, but they refunded it because I complained. It's not fair that you have to complain to be sold what you want.

The service is a little slow even though they have a lot of staff and when Uber Eats arrive it gets saturated. They should put a special area for them. I like that there is a place to sit and eat, although there are not enough tables for the demand of people. The bathrooms are clean, that's good!

Dentro de el local, hace mucho calor y los cristales no tienen alguna película que detenga los rayos del sol calentándose mucho por dentro, además , nunca tienen pizza preparada de la económica, solamente hawaiana o alguna otra que cuesta casi el doble de lo que cuesta la sencilla, normal de peperoni que es la que más pedimos los proletariados, aún así, si te las preparan pero tienes que esperar aproximadamente 25 minutos.

Muy mala experiencia, cuando llegue no había tanta gente, éramos 5 en la fila, realice mi pedido y me dijeron que tenia que esperar 20 minutos ya que no había super cheese, así que espere, después de 30 minutos pregunté por mi pedido y todavía no estaba listo y me dijeron que ya casi seguía, para esto ya estaba lleno el lugar, pasaron otros 20 minutos y cuando tuve oportunidad, volví a preguntar por mi pedido. Resulta que todavía no lo tenían listo, me dijo que tenia que volver a esperar, ya para entonces mi pedido ya llevaba 50 minutos, le dije que me diera las pizzas que tuviera, pero no me dio nada, solo que me podía reembolsar. La verdad es que me fui muy molesta del lugar, nunca falte al respeto, pero es un pésimo servicio el que tienen. Desde la guardia que esta wn la puerta, con una mochila en la espalda que ni siquiera parece que trabaja ahí, como los cajeros que no me dieron una solución y los que realizan las pizzas que en lugar de estar haciendo si trabajo se la pasan asomándose para ver quien conocen.
