Best salad around. Large enough to share with 2 for lunch. Fresh, tasty and quick service.
Food is delicious and the customer service is amazing friendly family restaurant
I’ve been to MANY Cafe Rio locations in my time. This one had EXCELLENT customer service with kind and knowledgeable employees.
Food is really good. It was my second time trying the Rio burrito and I absolutely love it.
Excellent service, Very fast, Always giving the right order for website orders!
Nice, fairly quiet atmosphere with good music that's not blasted. The food is always very tasty, especially the sweet pork. My wife and I have loved this restaurant ever since 2002 when we ate at the original Café Rio location in St. George, Utah.
Nice experience, just went there with the wife. Never been there before but we were driving home from work and saw it, decided to try it. I got a bowl, food was really good, not too busy. The lady helping us was extremely helpful and made some good recommendations regarding the type of meats and sauces. Great experience
I picked up a taco bar for 8 people for a work meeting and it was perfect. The food was ready and hot on time. Their staff was helpful and carried all the food out to my car. Everything was packaged perfectly and included all needed utensils. I highly recommend to anyone, great job all around.
One of my FAVORITE food service establishments. Last visit we waited 15 minutes past the opening time until we found another door open so we had to let the staff know of the locked door. Meals are prepared right in front of you. My favorite is the sweet pork tacos. Ask for the pico in the side because it’s very juicy and makes the tortilla too soggy. (Easy fix for that perfect taco!) Sometimes the staff is not fully engaged in the prep of my meal. Dining room is adequate and parking lot is as well. There is an EV charging station right outdoors as well.
So my takes on Café Rio are this the food is good but I think for the prices you can go somewhere else and get something better. I feel like they don’t put enough meat, but other than that it is flavorful and the toppings are good.
Came here for taco Tuesday with a $5 off coupon they sent in the mail. Came around 6pm and it was packed, line almost out the door. Took about 15 minutes to get up to finally start ordering. Place is very clean inside and the employees all seemed energetic. The food options seem a bit limited and the prices are fairly high for what you get as what others have said. The food itself is pretty good at least the steak and pork tacos were. And the rice and beans. Got 4 tacos altogether, 1 vegetarian, 1 fire grilled chicken, 1 fire grilled steak, and 1 sweet pork. The pork was the best in my opinion and my girlfriend said the vegetarian one and chicken were both very good, the chicken has a Smokey flavor as well. Also get the lettuce on the side, they put way too much in the tacos for how big they are haha. Virtually everything costs extra , sour cream is $.59, avocado is 2$, rice and beans are 2$ if your entre doesn't come with them. All in all if we had to pay full price for what we got I wouldn't be that happy. They do give you a lot of chips and dip. The dip is mostly tomatoes with some spicy stuff in it. The drink bar is pretty awesome and gives you tons of choices and options with some in house flavors :D Overall plan to spend a little more than you prolly want too but it will be pretty good. I took pictures of everything so hopefully that helps
Good food, I Got the Shredded Chicken Enchilada plate Wit green sauce, it was Bomb The Black beans and rice was cold prolly cause I had to wait so long to get to cash box, They just open and we’re really busy but I’d say once the hype does die off u can get in and out really fast, my wife got the shredded chicken tostada salad it was also bomb I think I will grab that next time. Me and my wife signed up for the rewards program I’d say u all should Too they allow u to combine points/coupons/rewards to make the best of ur order Myself and wife both ate our full meals with a drink and desert for $2.35 but make sure u ask one of the floating employees walking around how to set it all up, takes some time but after u do it all hey Free food after u earn points are always good I’d say try this place out on ur own..... btw I’m not giving 5 stars cause it was busy as heck the wait was long and my food was cold so I’d say 4.4 out of 5 stars Looking forward to My Next visit
The food was good. Not great, but not bad. I like the selection very similar to Chipotle. But thr price???? 😳🙄🤦♀️ a bowl and a drink was $21!? Thats Crazy for a fast food dining room setting. Probably won't come back anytime soon tbh.
I paid $12 & some odd cents for a veggie bowl. Talk about cheap with how much they put on. I'll be sticking to Chipotle from now on. Very disappointed.
Food was good but I don't know what was wrong with the food all my family got sick after eating at this place. And I mean my parents, brothers, sister and all the kids got diarrhea after eating.
Simple enchilada take out order. Added tomatillo sauce because this is supposed to be a specialty. Literally walked across a parking lot to the hotel and in my room I open the takeout bag to a sloppy, order spoiling mess from unsecured TAKEOUT Lids 🙄 Food cool and enchiladas rubbery and waaay to sweet.
Wouldn’t want to dine in after my experience. Ordering my food and the server looks visibly angry for no reason… okay? We were the only ones inside the restaurant and the older gentleman looked like he was in a rush for no reason it didn’t even look busy. Then we were ringed up and we went to the tables and saw it dirty, another worker starts cleaning and asked if she can clean one of the tables because we were a decent sized family and she responded in an extremely rude tone “I am doing my job you have to wait” and cleaned every single other table beside ours while we had to wait at a small table for a long time. Had to use the restroom and the toilet was clogged in a disgusting brown I don’t even want to describe what I saw it was filthy to say the least. Food was great and fresh however teach your employees some manners. So here’s your 1 star. Great Food, Horrible Service. ⭐️🤏
Pretty rude and literally tried to say they didn’t have burrito bowls.. kinda expensive for them to be not so friendly
First time here, and we ordered off the catering menu. The presentation was so bad that I had to replate all the food. The enchiladas were in a tray with a glob of cheese, making it hard to find them—you had to cut them like lasagna. The taste was okay, but the service and cleanliness of the dining area were very poor. The trash can was full, and there was food on the tables and floors. I’m glad I was just picking up takeout.
this girl right here has the worst customer service. I literally could not care less bc i’m 17 years old and just love the food here but when I came here last time she was literally talking to my like I was dumb. Move her to prep or something bc she does not belong talking to people. She was rude when i went to go pick up my order and doesn’t look happy to work there.
