Whenever we have gotten food from here it has always been hot and delicious. The employees are all kind and helpful. I appreciate how chick fil an offers gluten free options for those with celiac disease. I haven’t gotten sick eating here once. Chick fil a is our favorite go-to spot to pick up food when we need to eat on the go.
Went to inside of restaurant to order since the line for drive thru seemed like a maze, lol. The line was pretty long, but did move quickly, about ten minutes total to order. Staff was very friendly. Food was made and a decent amount of time, maybe 8 to 10 minutes. Food was made correctly, had a special request, and was made properly. Definitely would be back here again.

Another great experience at Chick-fil-A! My son is on fall break and we were driving to Kern to go camping as we decided to stop here to have lunch. We actually stopped here both ways on our trip. The line inside was never really long. The staff was super kind and our food came out very quickly. The restaurant was very clean and the parking lot was really easy too
This is my go to whenever I am hungry and want something thats delicious and good. The best chicken sandwiches to me are just the way they do them. Right now they have pretzel buns with bacon on top of your chicken sandwich.. Its my favorite and I wish they had it all the time. I love their fries and Mac and cheese and the nuggets and chicken strips are fantastic as well. You can get anything just about with some fries and and drink.. lol. You cant go wrong with Chic Fil A. You gotta give them a try.
Employee's go above and beyond. The atmosphere is so welcoming, you have Employee's come up to your table and refill your drinks they ask if there is anything else you need. The food brings you in the employee's bring you back. If you haven't yet tried Chick-fil-A you need to come in and experience it for your self. They have a free app you get it scanned everytime you come in to place an order whether drive through or dine in if you forgot to scan no worries you can always scan from the receipt to claim your points.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very clean! Had a great lunch with my grandson. We will be back

Today, we placed an order for our team, and I must commend Ben's interaction and the quality of the food with a perfect score of 10 out of 10. He was exceptionally pleasant from the moment we met at the door, providing a thorough explanation of what was included in the package and managing everything with great care.
Me and my family love getting chick fil a randomly as little treats to have whenever we're in the mood for chicken. It's one of the only fast food places I trust to make chicken nuggets. And the chick fil a sauce is amazing the best sauce by far and anything there would be inedible without it.
Such a great staff! I stopped here on my way to San Francisco and was blown away. Very clean, there are no words to describe the staff and the top functionality of this restaurant. Well done! It's great that there are people like you!

It's Chick-fil-A, you know you are going to get great service and great chicken at a slightly higher price than the standard fast-food restaurants. While not all of their food is on the healthier side they definitely have some great options for those who are trying to watch what they eat. If you have not tried their breakfast it is phenomenal and leaves you very satisfied. Although it has been in some controversy over the past few years because some of the political stances of the founder, all that should matter is that you get great food with great service.

the only two times I’ve gone here they’ve messed up my order both times. the first time they completely missed my gluten free bun so not only did I have to go all the way home to get my own but paid for something I never got. This second time my boyfriend went and got very rude attitude from a drive thru person on 7/21 at 3:18 pm and my fries were half full. I get being busy but this is annoying. Not only can I not go back as he brought it all the way home to tehachapi.
Ordered lunch for me and friends and I bit into a raw nugget(?) I was trying to figure out if it’s thigh meat since it’s darker but they are advertised as “ Bite-sized pieces of boneless chicken breast, seasoned to perfection, freshly breaded and pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil.” I tried calling your establishment but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone.
very disappointed in the food service I had today not only did I ask for no pickles twice but when I receive my sandwich, it had pickles on top of the sandwich bun and it had a crazy amount of pickles on the sandwich as well and I just feel like somebody was playing with my food and that makes me feel really uncomfortable and then it also is sad that the manager couldn’t apologize she can only replace my sandwich And I get it people make mistakes, but there’s a boatload of pickles in and on top of the bread of my sandwich. Not cool.
Worst experience! It's very irritating when you drive 15 minutes away to pick up your food that was order ahead of time! Kept a simple order (regualar nuggets) and yet they manage to mix it up? Got home, and the order was wrong. Called and spoke to Dallin, they said it was closed and couldn't accommodate a pick up after it was closed when it was their own fault! I'm sure someone is still there at 10:10pm, we support this store all the time, but it's really upsetting when they don't even care or try to fix the mistake.
