This is the third time I have been to this location and the computers are down which means you can't use your rewards. Today I was charge twice because the first order should have been voided because the manager gave me a manager credit of $3.00 but instead I was charged twice. The owner needs to update the internet service for these sweet girls!

Customer service is subpar, nothing to write home about. What didn’t sit well is that if you want a cup of water not only will you be charged, you will receive tap water. Maybe they should have just unrolled the water hose and let me drink. Woof woof, your saving grace was the freshly squeezed orange juice.

I'm gonna preface with I like jamba juice a lot. However, My husband was in there today at 6:18 PM.To order myself and him a smoothie. He is bit of older an gentleman and isn't very tech oriented. He was waiting at the counter to order When the employee asked what he was doing, he said he was waiting to order. The employee then said there's a kiosk to order.And he asked if he could order at the counter and the employee just looked at him and did not help him. My husband ended up walking out. We could not believe how rude the employee was. It was very disappointing.

How long are they really going to ignore you in this place? They don't even acknowledge you. Been standing here for 10 minutes well they were making drinks, and didn't say anything at all. Then, when I let them know that I was ready whenever they were, she didn't even look at me. Who hires these people?

Big fan of Jamba as a franchise. Walking in there was no line, which is odd, but after briefly speaking with the cashier, it was easy to why. Short Hispanic girl with glasses, didn't catch her name. She is rude, speaks to clients in a condescending matter-of-fact manner, and left me and my family with a sour experience. To owner: employees like these don't help your store nor the franchise.

Whoever the staff person was the morning of Sep 22nd 2024 took a while to take my order, when I was telling her my order and when she asked anything else I said yes, and she did a sigh sound and it made me feel as if I was a bother showing up and buying drinks. This was the first and last time going to this location. If they’re understaffed the management needs to add staff on Sundays mornings. If she was alone she should’ve used her communication skills as per the application banner on the wall & said “ I’m sorry, I’ll be right with you” “I’m currently alone at the moment these drinks will take a big longer for me to make” I would’ve understood her even more. I was calm and collective, but she was making sighs and giving looks as if I was the problem. Regards of the situation I know she was upset but from an inside perspective I also knew she felt pressured from work.

I never got a chance to order here. I had a gift card given to me as a gift but when I tried to use it at this location (stockdale), it wasn’t scanning. I asked the cashier if she could hand type the card number, she responded that the system won’t allow them to hand type a gift card. However I could clearly see that her screen gave her the option to hand type the number. She told me I needed to call the service number on the back of the card. Costumer service was no help, they told me I first needed to provide proof of purchase, but I told them it was a “gift” card. They were able to authenticate that the card was real and that there were funds on the card, but couldn’t provide me with a new one until I provided proof that purchase. I told them that the person who gifted me the card no longer had the receipt. The rep told me that the card won’t ever expire and i asked them why does that matter if I can never access the funds. I eventually went the Jamba Juice at Valley Plaza, the cashier was very helpful and she hand type the card, which allowed me to make my purchase. She also let me know that if I signed up for their rewards, then I could myself transfer the funds digitally. It’s amazing that 2 cashiers at one store and two costumer service reps couldn’t help me, but 1 worker at a different store was able to provide great service and help me.

I tried calling this Stockdale location a few times because I couldn’t go back but they apparently don’t answer phones. However, this is the second time I went in to get a bowl and they did not put all the ingredients requested in my bowl. In fact, the fruit is already included in the bowl so it’s really no request it’s just them not putting the ingredients in. Specifically, banana that I need to get my good carbs.

Personal at this Stockdale location at about 8pm are very rude. Bad customer service. To top things off. I ordered 3 acai bowles. After I left the place, when I checked my order. One of the bowls was not even halfway full with all the fruit and everything else added to it. I was very disappointed and I felt I was owed what was missing from that acai bowl . I literally got 3-4 spoonfuls out of it. Very disappointing 😞

When in at 7:25 pm on a Sunday. The hours online and in store say open until 8. doors were still open but employees were not providing service. They claimed they were still open to clean and that I could submit an order online but it would not go through until next day. They turned down about 5 customer within the time I was there. The back lights were turned off and place was spotless employees claimed they were leaving early due to it being the night before Halloween.
