Fresh Brothers is clearly the best pizza in town! I love Fresh Brothers Pizza, but the Westcliff location is my favorite! Andrea is the manager at this location and she always goes above and beyond to make sure that all costumers are satisfied!! We appreciate her and her staff!🍕🍕🍕 Keep up the good work!!!

Great pizza! My kids absolute favorite. The price and quality is amazing. Claudia is always so sweet, has a smile, she even remembers our order. They are lucky to have her, she has the best customer service. Pizza is made fresh and always hot. Can't beat it. We love Fresh Brothers at Westcliff.

I don't normally do Google reviews, but the staff member that helped us on Sunday, 9/1, over the Labor Day Weekend was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful and it seemed like she was cooking, cleaning, taking orders and also had such a gracious attitude. I would come back to this location next time we are in town, just based on this amazing customer service.

I love this location of Fresh Brothers, the service there is fantastic. All the cashiers are wonderful people. And when you buy the food, they aren’t like other places where people trying to let you give more tips. So every time when I order, I would love to give them all the cash that I have or add over 20% tips with my card payments. Also, one time when I was in very low of my blood sugar, their servers gave me 20 ounces of regular coke before I pay for it. Later I paid for it. How awesome they are! I love this place and their people and of course their food also.

I just love this pizza. The fact that they have vegan cheese is so awesome and seems hard to find at other pizza spots. It’s always super fresh, always consistent. On top of that, location is easy to find, easy parking and super clean. Liz helped me out today and she was so kind. She had the best attitude and positive vibe about her. Highly recommend this location! 😊

They’re deep dish pizza specifically is super amazing to me! They add a little bit extra cheese compared to most local pizza places. Dominique at the Front was super helpful and the whole place seems to have a good vibe.

This place is amazing! The staff is beyond friendly and generous! Went with a group of people right at closing and they were even more hospitable then. We got both vegan pizza and conventional pizza. Both were outstanding. I am allergic to eggs and milk so it's Really nice when I do not have to go somewhere after my friends have eaten or live on French fries. Will defiantly go again!!!

Great Spot for a Quick Bite! The pizza crust was just right—not too thin, not too thick—and had a perfect texture. My daughter had a kids’ pizza and really enjoyed it. Plenty of parking, spacious layout, and nice outdoor seating make it a convenient and pleasant place to stop for a quick, tasty meal.

With Fresh Brothers, the pizza is good and the staff is both courteous and interested in doing their jobs well. My gripes are the astoundingly overpriced cost of their pizzas along with an absolutely frustrating experience of trying to customize orders from their app. Case in point, one of the staff there was really big into recommending their giardiniera sauce. Yet if you order through your app, the option doesn't exist (I ended up with a pizza that had no sauce but had giardinera peppers on it when I feebly attempted to place my order.) All and all it's not a bad place to sit down and have a meal but the online ordering experience is lacking and there are certainly more budget-friendly options for pizza out there.

Great food but one person on cash register only who is handling phone Orders and walk ins. Phone is ringing off the hook and the machines (iPads) are peeping from online order. Inefficient process. #MOODY360TV. You need to hire more people

I am both a customer and do food service delivery. Sue (sorry if wrong name...could be Elizabeth--young girl with reddish hair and glasses) is always extremely nice and professional. She knows how to prepare food, help customers, etc. However, there have been two different times (not with Sue), where I wasn't given a bag (when it was needed for smaller items), had to ask for it, and was treated like I interrupted something (scrolling cell phone, etc). One was this evening--June 18, 2024. The teenage kid (zits, blond hair, possibly autism spectrum) just plopped my order on the desk and didn't give me a bag for the wings. Worse, he didn't give me the ranch dressing that was requested. When I went back and asked, he said they ran out. I understand that, but wouldn't it have been better to tell me before so I could contact the customer and ask for a replacement? Then, there is the shorter really heavy set Hispanic woman who is rude every single time. She always acts like she is being interrupted, and NEVER gives bags for the smallest items. There is no way she should be still working there, but I'll leave that up to the managers. If you'd like to talk to me more about this, I'm open. I like Fresh Bros. and I want you guys to succeed.

However to my surprise, the size and quality of pizza was ridiculous. Margherita was just a cheese pizza with a slice of tomato. None of the pesto,basil or fresh mozzarella. I asked the cashier what it is and they simply refused to accept their mistake. Even the so called manager was just a bus boy out of HS. Handed them the pizza and walked out. Called main brach and their way of fixing problem is handing out coupons. Like I am ever gonna return to Thrash Brothers.

Total waste of $21.54. My orders have been in a steady decline. Better luck gambling in Vegas than getting a good pizza here.

You have to have something systemically wrong for that to happen. 2 times they blamed slice and made us take 30 minutes to hash it out with them, 2x it was their fault. Today we showed up to pick up our pizza and they said it would be 30 minutes longer, then came back and brought pizza back and they STILL messed it up. I thought it was only us, but I literally ran into another dad picking up his pizza before me today who said they always mess up his family’s orders too. Hope your luck is better than mine, but probably won’t be.
