I Love Dairy Queen and have for a very long time and while they have very great burgers and chicken strips (love the cream gravy and Texas toast) my go to food of choice hands down for me is the tacos. I get them all the time because the shells are always crunchy and the flavor of the meat is on point. They also have the best sweet tea. Everyone at this location was very friendly and helpful. I watched them interact with the guests and making sure they were taken care of. It was clean and I didn't go to the restroom but I'm sure it was clean as well. I enjoyed looking at the pictures on the wall showing what the Dairy Queens looked like in the past. This is definitely a great location to visit and I'll be back for sure.

I came here around noon and although the drive-thru line was long it was well worth the wait. The food was VERY hot and fresh. S/o to the lady working drive thru, she was patient and had great customer service. I got the 4 pc Steak Finger Country basket, which was maybe $7/$8. Definitely a bang for your buck because the meal is super filling.

Love dairy queen. This location is friendly and great for the community. Prices are economical and the food is good. Could be cleaner and repainted. Good parking and drive through.

The lil Red headed lady is alot sweeter and friendlier than the other few younger ladies I have seen working there. They sometimes seem annoyed taking your order,and several times here lately I've went later in the evening and they have said the computers are down. I go often because I live close by,but starting too be annoyed by the inconveniences. Luckily Qt is now close by...

Just went to their drive thru to get ice cream. I didn't understand the girl working the drive thru, so instead of asking again I decided to drive up to the window. The girl walked away from the window as soon as she saw me. I waited a minute but didn't return. Very frustrating!

Please fix the ice cream machine and please clean it after 8:30 om. The banana split is over $5 and the soft melty ice cream products are not good! Food and service has gotten better. Someone is really cleaning now. Thank very much.

My husband went to get 4 blizzards, 3 oreo and the dipped strawberry cheesecake. The dipped strawberry cheesecake absolutely did not take like cheesecake. It tasted like vanilla ice cream with chip pieces, cake pieces and strawberry chunks all blended together. I was disappointed!

Love Dairy Queen treats. Must try the banana split blizzard. The dip cone is also a great choice. This location needs a facelift. It’s super old location and looks unattended, needs to match the other locations that have remolded. The customer service could also improve. It feels like they are doing us a favor in attending us. Parking needs an improvement. The spaces are confusing to use.

Went to drive thru, Girl without the headset. I noticed the car in front left, but didn't know why. She makes me go around, and I see her just there, with the phone on her hands. Laying on the counter. While the boy is doing all the work. I love the food, but don't have people who dont want to work. I don't like to give bad comments, but even my daughters noticed. She is geting the money, he is doing the work. Unfair!!!!

Went for a Tropical Blizzard. They hardly ever know what goes in it. Maybe once or twice have they got it right. They turned off the machine earlier so one of the ice cream was a small. Called up there to talk to the manage, and she's nice. Told her flat out they're not smart enough to look in the book to see what comes in the blizzards. Just realized my Choco Cherry Love is wrong also. That's a simple one to screw up. Told the employee that the tropical don't get pineapple, and she told me it did. I've been getting that one for like 10 years. I know what it gets.

I've been going to this DQ for two years, during that time I've frequently used my _disabled_ mother's debit card. (she can no loner drive or run errands for herself). Up until last night there has not been a problem, now suddenly it is against their 'policy' to allow that. It so so irritating when 'policy' overrides customer service and satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My son called in the order or tried to and they hung up on him oh, he called back and they would never answer. I went up there it said lobby takeout orders only on a sign. The door was locked so I went through the drive-thru, they were the rudest girls I've ever seen at a dairy Queen yeah. It's the one on 175 and beltline, in seagoville or Dallas I'm not sure.

This Dairy Queen is the slowest Dairy Queen I have ever been to In My Life. We placed our order pulled up to the window every girl working here look like a zombie they were barely moving dragging their feet around liketheyl don't even want to be here even had to keep asking me about my order to make sure they gave me the right one I'm guessing. Then after waiting about 10 minutes order finally came and it was wrong and they looked shocked and we're like oh that's what you ordered LOL. Now they have me waiting in the front just so they can put some cheese on my fries. Ridiculous

According to other previous reviewers,looks like I was disappointed also.. Thought I kinda like the classic storefront,the building looks rundown compared to other modern nearby such as, QT gas station, 7-11 ,McDonald's and maybe Dollar General.. What about the food? I ordered the beltbuster burger and it was rather cold before I even left the parking lot.... I just took it home and reheated it up in the microwave..... I just learned my lesson and won't be back anytime soon..... Besides they don't honor what's advertised on TV...

Although foods are made to order, the tables aren't clean and rags that are used to clean with are left laying by cash register on end of counter. The overall appearance of inside store is not very appealing. All windows are not cleaned properly. Will think twice before going to this location again.

The only complaint I have is how do you go to DAIRY Queen and they say our ice cream machines are down???? Lmao really it’s over 100 degrees outside and the most served item doesn’t work lol okk….? Honestly the only good food items here are Tacos or the Burrito. It’s now Aug and I’m wondering if the ice cream machines are working?

Restaurant is way cleaner, but unfortunately the Bleach smell is a little to strong when the employee is mopping. A couple of girls were really loud and one swore and everyone in your kitchen started to laugh. I had small children with me. I think this is very unprofessional! I can't tell who is Management, and who is an employee. One more question does your taco bowls always stay out of a package stacked up on the counter?

AWFUL location. They’re either closed early, only taking cash because the card machine is down, or the food is not good. 0/10 do not recommend. I’ve stopped here multiple times during business hours and they are closed. I wish there were a closer location because this one is terrible.

March 18th 2018 was the worst customer service i had ever had in my life time. Young girls that think they can't get fired can and that young girl should have been on that day. Making fun of how customers speak, rude and distepectful to thier elders. I WILl NOT GO IN THERE AGAIN UNTIL SHE IS FIRIED.

This place is nasty. Employees not washing their hands. Constantly touching their faces, playing with their phones . One girl had her shirt pulled up gut sticking out. Hand in her pants. Needless to say I walked out . Totally unacceptable.

Online shows closes at 10! At 9:25, all lights were on and workers were present, I was told that they were closed. I asked what time they close and after studdering, she said ummm around 9:30. What is the deal with people closing places early? Do the owners know that their workers stop taking business when they feel like it? I am so over the laziness that has come about as of late. You have a job to do, do it, until it’s time for you to not. Dairy Queen off of 175 and Beltline!

Dairy Queen 175 and belt line, i live around the corner from this Dairy Queen. I pulled up to Dairy Queen at about 8:30pm and I tried to order my absolute favorite New York cheesecake blizzard... this is the second time this week that the workers tell me that they’ve run out of ice cream for the night. The first time I pulled up was about 5:40 ish and they had also run out of ice cream then.. please fix this problem. I’m an honest customer who just wants a cheesecake blizzard after work. :(

Walked in, knew i should've walked back out. Couple before us was wrapping up a 20 minute wait for 3 shakes. Flies everywhere, poor slow service, everything you can imagine. About 5 girls standing around behind the counter looking lost if you ask them why it's taking 10 minutes for your food. Something needs to change here before they get shut down for health violations

The food was not good at all. We ordered 5 # 1s with cheese and bacon and one chicken sandwich combo. Some of the #1s didn't have cheese and the bacon didn't look cooked all the way. The fries were soggy and was uncooked as well. I just spent $47.94 on some nasty food. I will not ever go back to this place😡😡😡

My husband n myself went to Dairy Queen in seagoville tx off belt line rd We ordered 3 chicken strip baskets 6 strips for all 3 and ordered 2 cheese burger meals We ordered as soon as we pulled up to window our food was already ready Strange. We get home the burgers are cold The chicken strip baskets did not have any toast in them This was not the first time this was the third time this happened We got there at 530pm We will not go back to this place ever again everything was nasty not good at all DO NOT GO TO DAIRY QUEEN OFF BELTLINE RD IN SEAGOVILLE TX ITS HORRIBLE

Old and run down. Seems like they open and close whenever they choose. No one wears uniforms therefore can’t tell who works there. Menu board is never lit, no parking lot lights. I pulled up at 8:45pm last week lights inside were on. I was at the menu board, a young man got out of his car that was in the lot, walked inside and turned off all the lights inside.

Owners need to train these people to work better and not talk when they have somebody else’s blizzard, food, or anything in front of them when they’re not wearing a mask. Talking and laughing out loud and they’re spitting in your food. Did not purchase anything there.

Worst place I ever been too! We were given all the leftovers!! Fries were to hard to even be eaten. Meat wasn’t even fresh on our burgers, popcorn chicken was old everything was horrible. I will not be coming to this place again. Let me not forget to mention I walked in and ALL the workers are sitting in the lobby just on there phone not doing anything.

Monday June 14 at 2:45 I pulled through bought a blizzard gave her my card and she said my card wasn't working. I gave her cash instead and drove home. After talking to my wife she said the same thing happened to her. I checked my bank statements and noticed she charged my card both times and said our cards didn't work and took the cash. I hate calling someone a thief but this happened twice in the past 2 weeks.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. It’s nasty. Ran by alot of kids that have not been trained on customer service. I have never heard of a pre-made banana split. You will never get my business again.

Went for lunch and ordered through the drive thru they gave me someone else's order and by the time I got back to work and noticed I called and asked for the manager she admitted to me that they gave me the wrong order and said if I brought the order back that was given to me then she would give me the right one. I got a box of soggy tacos literally was mush and a chicken sandwich that was mush as well. I explained to her that I couldn't leave work again so could I come after work and get my money back and she said no bwcause it was wasting food. Horribke management and horrible careless staff not to mention. Disgusting food dont waste ur money or time go to mesquite or garland location

Terrible service. This is not the first time, we have visited the location after 9pm and we were told they were closed. I called corporate and was told they closed at 10pm. Avoid this location!!! Lazy employees!!! Worst experience I have had with Dairy Queen! Would give a zero star if I could

Not a great location, I've been to this location 5 times and always slow service and always screw up the order. On top of that the good always tastes like its been cooked in old burnt oil. If your seriously wanting DQ there is a much better location off 45 dowdy ferry

Went by today to purchase some Dipped Cones. They are the Best! My problem was that none of the employees, and I mean none, were wearing face masks. These are the ones handling eveyrone's food. Where is the Manager, the Owner! Health Department needs to know About this.

Went 20 minutes before closing and was told “sorry sir were out of ice cream”. Meanwhile 3 employees were inside sitting in the booths on their phones. Luckily there are many other options within 500 feet. Dairy Queen continues to close stores and i now see why

When we drive up the sign was broken. Every time we begun to order the cashier rushed us. She was snappy and had an attitude. No welcome to DQ or anything. $60 later our food was stuffed into 2 bags. 4 burgers and fries in one was smashed. The cook can to get bread and grabbed it with his hand NO GLOVE. Our ice cream sandwiches was melted😞. I couldn’t turn this blizzard upside down

So I went here to get a blizzard. Went through the drive thru and when I got up the the window the girl was rude and when she handed me the blizzard, you how they turn it upside down first, some of it came out. I told her. She says that's how they always were. Whatever. I took the blizzard left started eating it it was melted pretty bad. Had to be the worst blizzard I've ever gotten. Will not be going back to this location. Not the first time they've messed up my orders.

Horrible place. The Manager gave me old food and to add on it was the wrong order. When I called her on it she got upset and didn't want to resolve it by simply making it fresh and correct. And proceeded to argue with me.

I ordered a Brownie bater Blizzard with oreos cookies, expecting it resembled the pictures 📸, but was I wrong? I received a chunky milk shake .... No chocolate syrup 😕..not thick with an upside down.....😕.... no smile with rude staff...... I'm definitely not ever to return or offer them to anyone hungry or wanting a treat....

We're went because their website said they had 99 vent speed small cones, only when they charged us and had already given us the cones told us they can't change the price. AND the 2 workers there were very rude and didn't seem to want to take our very small order. We also advised them their website was wrong they said they were closing already when online said they close at 10. Never going back to this location.

My wife and I ordered our dinner at the drive-thru window just after 7 PM, parked to the side because the front spaces were occupied, and waited. 30 minutes later, i asked about the order, with an employee being a little snippy. 10 minutes later my wife checked, and she was asked if we "were the ones who left?" WE WERE PARKED BESIDE THE DAMNED BUILDING IN FULL VIEW OF THE WINDOW. Based on tonight's experience and other reviews, I recommend the place be closed permanently and bulldozed.

I went to this location at about 8:15 and it was awful. Really slow service, nobody could remember my order (2 items, and not customized at all) and the staff was to busy joking and swearing loudly with each other to even notice any customers. I had a 30 minute lunch break and I was there for 25, on a pickup order! I didn't even have time to eat. The food I got looked like it had been shaken and my blizzard just looked... sad. I won't be going back there again

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place only had teenagers working no manager on duty. They were yelling and screaming when I was trying to place a order. Then while one of the young ladies was putting ice in my cups she dropped the scoop on the floor and picked it up and only washed it off with water. I told the other young lady and she took it too the back to clean it but all 3 of them went. Then the young lady at the register was mad and yelling because other people were pulling up to order. When I asked for corporate number they told me they are not with corporate and then I asked for the Manger and there is not one because the manager worked the morning shift. And the young lady at the register was very disrespectful I will no longer go to this location. And I highly advise noone else to either.

We went in to buy ice cream, doors were open. Employees were in the kitchen taking drive through orders, but did not respond when we asked if we could get assistance. We waited for ~10 minutes, during which time employees made food/drink for each other, bur nobody responded when we asked for help or if we could place an order. Very disappointing

We just payed $30.07 for a chicken basket and single cheeseburger. I called and I’m guessing the girl that put on the phone named Maggie, I explained the issue and it was supposed to be a double cheeseburger and it wasn’t. My husband repeated the order over and over cuz their speaker doesn’t work properly. Which she admitted on the call. And then the she finds the order and goes and asked the cook which then lies or doesn’t remember who knows and says he put 2 patties on the burger. I told her then I would be calling corporate cuz we took pictures and she smarts off we are privately owned. WORST PLACE EVER, RUDE, & ALWAYS HAVING PROBLEMS HEARING YOUR ORDER. DONT EVER EAT HERE

Wish I could leave zero stars. The service is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. The last time I tried to go there they were closed a solid hour before their official closing time. Today and one other time I went, their system was allegedly down and they couldn’t service me. Of course today there were two cars in front of me being serviced, so apparently the system hadn’t been down for long. When I tried to ask for their manager’s name, they simply stopped answering at the drive-through. I’m really not sure how they’re still in business, as multiple people I’ve talked to have had similar experiences.

This is a Sorry excuse for a Dairy Queen. I went inside to order and the black girl came straight out of the restroom and to the register. Didn't ask what I wanted to order. When I went to order she gave me pure attitude and acted like she didn't even care about her job. Then I get home with my food and the Bean burritos were frozen in the middle. My tacos had NO meat in them and there were no straws in my bag. Inside the restaurant smelled like sewer. Then as I was leaving a homeless couple we're walking in the door. When they tried to order food the white manager lady started yelling at them to leave. They did nothing wrong. This place is TRASH. I plan on contacting DQ personally.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever encountered! Is no one in charge of running this place? I’m going to make sure corporate knows how bad it is. Since they are never opened, they say your card doesn’t work and they take your cash but actually the card worked, out of ice cream (really?), horrible service. If you go here (I don’t know why) we need to start denying the charges on your card. This place won’t change unless we change it.

How does anyone ever give this place any stars at all... I go in this place once a week because my son likes the food... lobby is always dirty... can’t ever find one clean table... I always have to clean my table... the children behind the counter are texting on phones and eating/drinking... no one here seems to have an education... always come off a little rude... bunch of drop-outs... I’m cool with the old store vibe but it only takes a few min. to wipe down the tables... maybe at least leave a rag in a sanitized bucket somewhere in plain view so that the customers don’t have to ask for one and then to get an ugly eye...

Worse Dairy Queen I have ever been to. This location has messed up more than once in the past, but this time I've had it. I tried to give them chances, because I really like Dairy queens food, but it is just not worth it. This location is very rude and just messes up the orders to many times. This time I went they messed up 4 times and it was still wrong Finley I just gave up on them and just decided to never eat here agian. The worse thing is they were rude to me for it like it was my fault .

Couldn’t even order through drive thru. Tried calling to see if they were closed, no answer. Drove to the window and the hours stayed it was open. Drive around assuming there closed then I see ppl eating inside so I thought maybe short staff and just inside orders. Nope staff was eating inside, both of them, w the microphone in there ears just smiling pointing to the drive through only sign, but no greeting or help at all when try to order, pure silence.Oh well, Glad to see the staff is well eaten and taken care of & the customers aren’t.

Would not give it any stars. This place needs a whole new make over and professional managers who are properly trained in customer service. Staff also needs customer service training. Too many teens taking their time, messing up orders, attitude, on phones and goofing off. Ice cream comes out already melting almost every time. My family loves DQ but we have to start going further for better service even tho this is down our street. DQ headquarters step in and do something before we end up losing a DQ near us.

Slowest service I've EVER experienced in 'fast' food. Busy or not you will sit at the drive through for eternity! Avoid this one at any cost.

(5-2) We arrived around 6:30 today. The young black lady at the reguster was professional in greeting us and correctly taking our order. The two ladies in the kitchen were busy and the food still arrived in a timely manner. Even with cars linning on both sides of the building, the other employees were busy joking, playing, and talking on phones. We just sat and watched the mayhem as it happened. It seemed as though taking selfies was more important than anything. It's been quite a while since we've been to the this location, and it will be a while before we go back again. 3 employees were your saving grace today...

This is the third time my wife has tried to order here and each time your systems were down. Maybe because they were gonna close in 20 mins!?! All you had to say was u didn’t wanna make our food! It’s okay the one up the road did and it was amazing!!!

Bad customer service, and when you ask to explain something on the menu they huff and puff then tell you to read the menu. Then after all the mess up your order. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and I told them that she doesn't like certain things and she want eat it if you put it on, when I got home to find everything was wrong and had to throw it away. And up having to go to McDonald's and waste more money. My wife called the manager and he to us to bring it up there and he would replace just that 1 meal

Every time I come it gets worse and worse...its hard to just go to another one because this one is so close to home. The wait times are ridiculous, too many high school students working and no training on appropriate work habits always on cell phones some of the staff just stands around. I hope they get a better improved staff because the customer service is way below average!

This dairy queen closes at 10pm, there were 4 individuals inside, playing around, joking with each other and saw they had a line in the drive through and didn't serve any of us. It was 9:40p Didn't have a closed early sign, just kept playing around.

If I could select negative stars I would. The customer service is terrible. I sat at the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes while 1 car waited at the window. I ordered 3 tacos and a strawberry malt. When I took a sip of the malt I advised that I couldn’t taste the malt mix in the shake. The young lady immediately said it’s in there in a rude manner. She never smiled or anything, she immediately turned back around as she had been ignoring me trying to get her attention. Finally I got my food and asked for more sauce and the other lady asked did she not give me sauce. I advised I wanted more than 2 packs. When I got home and took a look at my food it was disgusting and I immediately returned to the location. I pulled the door to get in and the same young lady ignored me. Guest were leaving so another lady whom was holding the door said come in politely. Again the angry lady begins to shake her head saying no you ordered that an hour ago, which was not correct. She stated I’m not giving your money back that was an hour ago. I stated that was false and I needed to speak to a Manager. She stated she was. Another young lady walked over and ask what the issue was and said I have to call my manager and she confirmed it hadn’t been an hour. She called her Manager and my money was refunded. The entire experience was horrible and the young lady apparently has an issue that should be addressed by Management. Please be mindful that customers can shop anywhere they want and it’s the quality and customer service that makes us return.

If I could give them zero stars as a rating I would. It’s 8:35pm and we came to order a #2 and a #3 combo. However, we were told we could not order it because they only had 5-6 patties left and they had to make those patties last til 9pm when they closed, we were also told that the patties were for other cars in line. That’s ridiculous! When asked for a manager they said the manager is pulling up to close because the employees there are not. This establishment apparently does not know anything about customer service! Don’t come here at night or apparently closing time!

My wife and I just had the worst experience at this location. From the beginning the first thing they say is "pull up to the window." There was no one in line so we were the only ones there. The menu board looks like someone punched it and broke it. When we pull up to the window, they ask what can I get for you, mind you; we did not look at the menu and they didn't offer one. So my wife went online to look for the menu and there was an add that expires today, 8-27-2023, $0.99 chocolate dipped cone. So we got 3, one for me, my wife, and daughter. Then I tell them I want a # 1 with no onions and no tomatoes, dry. I had to repeat myself 3 times, #1, no onions and no tomatoes, dry. She then says OK, do you want ketchup. I reply with, no thank you I want it dry. She then tells me the total is $24. So I ask her how much the cones cost and she tells me that it is $8 for all 3. So then I show her the add and that we saw it on their website and they tell me they do not honor specials or ads. As we're waiting, she tells me to pull around to the other side to wait for my food. Once we get home, the burger has no veggies at all what so ever after repeating myself 3 times, no onions and no tomatoes and it was not dry. The place really looked unprofessional, no uniforms, no name tags, only regular street clothes. The inside looked extremely dirty and boxes everywhere. I hope many people read this and see how bad this location is!!!!!!!

The GM at this location needs to look into how the night shift is running the establishment. Multiple times the employees claim they aren’t able to make blizzards. This happens anytime after 8pm! I believe it’s just the crew not wanting to make them so close to closing time! It doesn’t make sense for an establishment to stop serving a very popular item just bc it’s close to closing time!! Make it make sense! Stop being lazy!

Probably the worst Dairy Queen. I don’t even know how it’s still open. Every time I try to go or my family tries to go either the card machine is down so it’s only cash or the ice cream is down. If everything is in working order they’re super slow, will be in the drive thru for 15+ minutes

Worst service I’ve ever had. Everyone has a nasty attitude. I ordered a BLT combo they forgot the fries and had attitude when I asked. Luckily I checked the sandwich before leaving. One piece of bacon with some mayo was what they made and then gave me even more attitude when I asked for a refund.

I don’t think I have ever experienced such bad customer service until today. I was screamed at through the speaker and I almost decided to leave. When I pulled up, the employees looked so mad and didn’t even hide their frowning faces. I don’t know what was happening inside but everyone in the car noticed. I hope the service changes for the better. First and Last time there.

Why is the waiting time sooooo long everytime i came always soooo 10-15 min

The 3 little girls that work at this location are so incredibly rude, disrespectful & lazy. While we waited for our food, the 3 of them were giggling and scrolling their phone like they were not at their actual job getting paid to be there. I'm ready for the robots to take over at this point because I would get better service & food. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

This has to be the worst place. Bunch of unprofessional teenagers working at this place. Had to clarify my drive-thru order several times and the kid taking my order still repeated it back wrong. Some girl with an attitude had to jump on to take my order from the beginning. When I got to the window after waiting for my food at least 20 minutes the same girl gives me an attitude after asking for my receipt. If I could give the 0 stars I would. I’ve visited this place in the past and every visit has been horrible experiences just different employees. This place needs to close or invest in properly training employees.

One star is too high for sure. Waited for 20 minutes to place An order, got my good, chicken fingers were not edible. Grossly undercooked, French fries were undercooked and soggy, steak fingers were cold. Tried to call the location for a refund... convenient, no one answered. 35 dollars for food that was literally Just thrown in the trash. Now let's talk staff. We were too busy eating candy canes to take orders, too busy on their phones to help customers. Who is in charge here... I'm willing to bet no one responds to this. Save your money and don't risk your health by eating here.

How dare you consider yourself the queen of dairy and not even have ice cream to serve your customers, cause let's be honest people don't go for the food as much as they do for one blizzard. This place is a Dump. After not having Texas toast with a $16 chicken nugget basket, wanted to charge me for dipping sauce because the gravy is watered down. Do Not Eat Here!!!!

My husband & I got 2 blizzards yesterday afternoon. We are both sick! I only had a small, however my husband had a large & has been up all night with “food poisoning” issues. If he doesn’t start feeling better, I’m going to have to take him to a hospital. As we all know, during covid, the thought of taking my husband to a hospital is terrifying! All from a blizzard??? When was the last time that machine was properly cleaned??? Do the employees wash their hands properly??? I think not! Save yourselves time, money & DO NOT EAT HERE! Far as I’m concerned, this location should be shut down! IMMEDIATELY!

Every time i get a blizzard at this DQ its mixed 1/3rd of the way down and the rest is just vanilla ice cream....EVERY TIME.... not sure if this is a cost saving thing to not use toppings or someone just doesnt know how to use the mixer, but i wont be back

Why is this location even open? Something is always broken or they are closed when it should be open! It’s run down and needs a renovation bad! And everyone that works there looks miserable. It’s the only ice cream place near me and it’s so unfortunate.

Have now been a couple times around 10:30 after football games finish on Fridays. Despite showing their hours as open until 11PM on Fridays, they have been closed completely when I was there at 10:30 PM, not even any staff still cleaning up or anything. Disappointing if they’re closing early without even a sign on the door, otherwise they should update their hours both on google and the website to be accurate for this location.

I tried to go get an ice cream to go before they closed and they already had the door locked and just looked at me knock but they kept serving the drive thru. I work in the service industry and if a customer comes in even 10 minutes before we close we are still required to serve them and we most definitely cant lock the door 20+ minutes before closing time so unprofessional.

We were in the drive thru behind 2 other cars waiting and nobody inside took our orders we drive by the window nobody is in there but they are opened. We drive off and we see two of the employees a Mexican girl and a black girl walk out to go to the quick trip next door and I asked if they were going to go back to take our order. They left and left the place empty so they can go next door and leave customers waiting like if we are dumb. Dairy Queen closed at 10pm we stopped by at 8:30

The breakfast van is terrible I'm sure that's not regulated. I don't understand why they don't open the store to serve breakfast. Sometimes there is a guy selling food out of his trunk. I'm sure it's leftover. Maybe the manager does not know. I bet the food inspector or code enforcement would love to catch this going on. The roaches inside the store keep me out of it. But I'm still not eating parking lot hondurisn cuisine.

They refused to answer the Speaker...I had to pull up to the window. I ordered 2 boxes of Dilly bars and a small ice cream. She was running back and forth like she did not know where she was. She tried to keep my debit card.. the ice cream machine was not working! PLUS THEY ONLY HAD NO DAIRY DILLY BARS! NOT EVEN TELLING ME BEFORE SHE CHARGED MY CARD!!!! 3 very kids running the place! WHERE IS THE OWNER? HOW SAD THEY ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!! YOU NEED TO CLOSE YOUR DOOR AND STOP ALL THE MADNESS!!

I wish I had trusted my gut and walked right back out of this place. This Dairy Queen is one of the oldest and most out dated fast food places I have ever been to. I paid a insane 15 dollars for a number 2 combo and had a significant wait as the poor workers just had two people running the place in the middle of lunch rush. Place was dirty and worn and I would recommend going to the QT next door for food. That's how bad it is.
