Very,y professional. Only problems! They keep making food to go when you ask you are going to eat there. We have one of the KFC within a few miles from us however we drive to eat here. Better food and service. More area to eat at the tables.

I came to try the Beyond Meat™️ plant-based nuggets. I didn't have any customer service issues & didn't have to wait long for them to bring them out to me. I asked for all sauces and got one of each. The nuggets were fresh & I enjoyed them better than I thought I would! I wish KFC would bring back the strawberry shortcake parfaits!

Don't think too much about this 5 stars. Honestly this 5 star review isn't about the place or anything. This 5 star review is for the one employee who was actually working! I wish he was wearing a name badge, but out of the 4 employees I saw only one was working!!! The other 3 acknowledged me and another customer, but continued talking to each other. That was when I noticed the only employee working who was making food, preparing meals, and taking orders. That employee I'm giving 5 stars!!! The rest of it all...no. It was not that great. Given all though the employee working made good food for me and my family.

I was pretty amazed by how fast they served me. I ordered a large amount of food from this place and they did not even take 5 minutes to give it to me. Customer service was great and my family and I were great taken care of. Deserves more than a 5 star!

Stopped for some honey BBQ and it was already discontinued, day after I saw the ad, BUMMER. So I order an 8 piece tender box. I was please that it was fresh and so good in original recipe breaker. I was taken care of by a sweet young lady, whose name i failed to obtain, but she was wearing the cutest heart choker. She was professional and courteous. Excellent experience.

I love that the chicken and waffles have come back. They are so good. We usually go through the drive-thru so I don't have any insight as to how the store runs but I am happy with the pickup. They have these little strawberry cream desserts that are pretty delicious too. All in all they have improved over the years, which is a good thing.

The location I visited in Balch Springs was clean. The employee that served me was nice. The one that delivered the food must of been very new. I had to go back for my sides then only to be wrongly told my order didn't come with sides. What meal deal don't have sides??

Chicken is sometimes rushed cooked especially large pieces. They have fries but not large fries at the moment🤦. 3/4/25 update. The store suppose to open at 11 and I pulled up at 11:48 the store was closed, No sign or anything to say state why.

The food is really good. But went there on 1/17/2025 and ordered 3 meals of which only 1 was correct. I had ordered 2 meals with 2 pieces of chicken which I ordered with a chicken breast and wing. 1 was to be extra crispy the other was original. When I got home they both were original but instead of a breast and wing both had a thigh and a leg. Will look at the order more closely before leaving the facility.

The young man barely acknowledged me... went on to prep other orders... I Stood there and waited 10... maybe 15 minutes... never once said I'll be with you in just a minute... give me a second please... nothing... I finally gave and left. Usually the service at this location is pretty good... not today.

KFC is just ok nothing like it used to be. They need to bring back the hot wings, they were the best hands down no sauce 😋 needed. I have not eaten here in about 3 years and I had a taste for it so it served the purpose. Customer service was alright no complaints the young lady in the drive thru was nice 🙂

I went through the drivevthrough and ordered 12pc family meal and 12 hot wings. They brought out 2 large bags I left and no hot wings. I live 25 miles away. I went exclusively to kfc for wings. I was very disappointed

The management needs to get the staff on board or hire new workers. I went about 15 minutes before the drive thru was supposed to close but the workers were cleaning and not taking orders. I’ve NEVER been at a restaurant where they stop taking orders early (before posted hours) to get off at the posted time. In my opinion that is poor customer service.

Worst customer service. So young kids working with no manner. I waited by the counter 15 minutes before the person working in the drive-thru came to ask me what I would like. The person that was previously at the register took one order and left to fill it. The register was left unattended. Employee was wrong tongs and no gloves to serve the food. It took two employees to put together a sandwich. Too much foolishness.

Got food for my family via the drive thru. I ordered a 3 piece meal and it was short a chicken breast. The breast costs over $3 when you add it to a meal. Didn't discover the missing food until we got home. Wanted to call back and complain, but they didn't give us a receipt. I would avoid this place as we are always missing food when we get home.

I ordered online and went to the establishment I ordered the fan favorite Box (that come with 4 pieces of chicken 12 nuggets fries and 4 biscuits)where they notified me that they were out of nuggets they offer to sub for 3 tender which I didn’t find suffice or two piece of chicken I took tenders then they notified me they out of fries at this point it was getting Frustrating I ask to speak to manager the manager would not come to front . Luck there was a great cashier by the name of Angie that tired to rectify situation but management suck she send employees back in forth instead of handling situations at one point she said you can just cancel the order after my money had been already took from my account . I honestly don’t think this should be happening noting that it was only 8 n they didn’t close till 10 I also had to go back to establishment because they still forgot to give me my biscuits when I came through drive through the manager came came up rolled her eye and got employee to give us biscuits as if we didn’t something wrong this was very unprofessional

DO NOT GO TO KFC IN BALCH SPRINGS. Rude workers!!! My daughter came through the drive thru and had to pay with change in order to get food for her son. She counted the money three times prior to handing it to her. The worker Angela very rudely stated that She shorted her 3cents and said what can you not count. I will not give you the food until you give me the three cents. Which She is not perfect She could have counted wrong but she did not have to humiliate her. I want this Angela reprimanded as well as an apology. She does not know the situation of your customers and if she doesn’t like people she is in the wrong business. She humiliated my daughter and I will never go there again.

Hygiene is a big issue here. The cashier was using the same gloves to handle money and touching the inside of cups for drinks! Uuugh! And she kept doing it over and over again and handing out the drinks to unsuspecting customers. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes only to get soggy bland chicken. Nothing KFC in them. I completed a customer survey and no one ever called me despite giving my number. Would not recommend unless you don't mind dirty or unhygienic food. Grrrrrrr. Where is the manager in the restaurant?

It wasn't until they got new employees that they started to messed up orders. The two girls working the drive thru need to go because they giggle too much and can't even get the right order. They were confused when they asked if i had the four steaks and said no. I even saw two other customers that were in front of me complaining about them as well. Unprofessional to be laughing about getting in trouble when your job is on the line. That being said, I want the old employees back :(

Did an online quick pickup order. I went into the store and waited at the register. Although several employees made eye contact, no one ever said a word to me the whole 6 minutes I waited. There were no other customers in line. They didnt appear busy, so no clue why I couldn't be acknowledged. My order was messed up as well. There was a sandwich missing. Also I ordered 8 piece bucket, but only got 6 pieces. The food was ok at best. Unfortunately there was nothing positive to take away here. I cant see any reason for me to ever visit this location again.

Some Spanish lady tonight on June 5th, 2024 Refuses to come to the window and service me my UberEats delivery. I honked in the drive thru and knocked on the window. She waved her hands saying they’re closed. WHICH THEY ARE NOT. I reported them to Uber and hopefully this location can get removed from the app completely. Thanks :)

The district manager is apparently clueless to the fact they are about to lose their job. Undercooked chicken and not a single operation not done correctly. This store will be shut down for people's health. A shame since this store is such a hot spot in the area. I want us to live after we had dinner.

Food was hot and fresh but the lady in drive thru was rushing me and not allowing me to switch my sides. Maybe it was just the KFC policy but the other ones allow me to substitute my sides and all of them if I want. I ordered the big family Bucket that had 3 sides and biscuits.Three sides included two large mashed potatoes and one coleslaw and I wanted to switch my mashed potatoes for macaroni and my coleslaw french fries not and the lady told me no I can only switch one side

This place never gets your order right. One time I called an a Spanish lady manager was so rude over the phone an aggressive. Kept saying your order was correct, no it was not. Again they got a piece missing. All together, I think we are just gonna drive a little further where they will get order right and I won’t have to call and no one answers cause they know what they did. Don’t go when it’s that one crew with that mean manager. They’re there because of us. If we didn’t buy they wouldn’t have any business. KFC corporate needs to change that manager n crew

My experience was awful. I ordered 4 piece dark for 13.00. What? Do you know how many Whole chickens I could buy with that. No biscuits no receipt. I was livid. Shame on you KFC. Are the 11 herbs and spices too expensive to use as liberally as they did back in the 60's when KFC became so popular? They only use a tiny bit, and stopped selling the wedge fries that had a good dusting on them. When I tried to call the number on the website, it is not a working number. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service I received from this location. I am filing a discrimination Complaint against this location for discrimination against handicap and the sick. They always close their drive through to deter customers from ordering and they also do it at night to prevent last minute orders. It's not fair. in the midst of a pandemic they are forcing people to come inside. The excuse they gave me one day was that the speaker didn't work. OK, well why not allow people to order at the window. They are lies. They do it to deter Customers and they pick and choose when they do it. Conveniently it's during lunch hours and nights. Their phone number doesn't work and the manager doesn't respond. Today is Monday Jan 24 2022. This location needs new management or needs to be shut down. See time on photo. I went througb the drive thru and asked for a simply 12pc all dark they said they wont be dropping any for the eest of the night and said the chicken would take 20 mins i did this at 9pm and this location closes at 11pm so for 2 more business hours they aint dropping chicken knowing it takes 20 mins that 3 more drops they couldve done before the last hour of business sales this place has done this several times to me and my neighbors pls be careful when going here as they cant conduct business

More times than not, you can’t use the app to place orders for whatever reason, because the app is off line. Which means you get cheated out of your reward points. I no longer care as I will be uninstalling the app, due to the fact I ordered extra crispy but upon reaching home, discovered they had given me original. Let me tell you, it was soaking in grease. No thank you! I’m done.

The management at this location is either saving money for the owner or is poorly trained on what a basic order of Nashville tenders are supposed to consist of.Our 3 orders of tenders (chicken finger size)came exactly the same little to no sauce,the sauce that was on there looked as if was applied with a ketchup bottle.Not one pickle in sight. This is one of the worst places for customer services. You can stand at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. They are not short staffed. If the Owner could see how they do not care about the success of this KFC franchise, he or she would replace this staff and manager immediately.

The service was terrible, but the food was good.The cashier Grise Rodriguez. was racist she took care of every Mexican that was in the store without complaining but then when it came to the white & black people She was rude as hell. She didn't give us napkins or silverware, no plates. We told her we were there to dine in and she packed everything up in a bag and made us feel like she just wanted us to grab our food and get out She gave us the wrong kind of chicken. We ordered legs and thighs and she gave us white meat. And wings. We ordered mashed potatoes and gravy she gave us french fries we reported it to the manager and he had an issue with that as well and was very rude to us. He managed to replace the chicken but still had An attitude about it and it was ununcalled for.

Haven't been here in awhile and I remember why. This location is terrible. They got half my order wrong and didn't give us the sauces and we were missing items. The sauce on the nuggets werre supposed to be nashville hot and we got honey Sriracha instead. Whoever makes the orders needs to be retrained. Drinks taste terrible and flat.. Employees are also rude..Wouldn't come back here. Save your money and time!

Does this location have a direct number to the actual store. They had messed up my order and I tried to call them and no answer, I wasn't able to go back due to me having to go into work the meal that I bought was dinner for my kids. And I'm steady calling and nothing,that's just really bad customer service. Do not go to this location unless you want your order messed up. Missing items, wrong order, they'll do it. And the phone number for the store is disconnected. The girl says the managers phone is off. What?! When you go all the way back to get your correct order, you get cold chicken. I asked for hot chicken, the boys says they have none. Again, What!? They are unconcerned about your inconvenience. Even laugh about it. I will not go here or place app orders from this location. Possibly, won't go back to any KFC

I had a horrible customer experience at the KFC location on Elam Ed. On 11/15/22 at around 1 PM. I ordered 2 KFC bowl combos but was charged for 2 meals. I was not provided a receipt to show what I was initially charged for. I went ahead and ordered 2 sides of fries and as I was was paying for my order I heard the female employee talking out loud with the man running the drive thru. She said people need to learn how to read before they order. I let her know that I could hear every word she said and I would be reporting her. It is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to talk negative about a paying customer. Unfortunately I did not get her name as I was so upset and had to rush back to work. She definitely needs to be retrained on customer service and proper etiquette.

Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes after cashier asked us to hold on for a minute before taking our order because drivethru and delivery were more important. Was then told we wouldnt be able to eat inside because they close in thirty minutes. If our order would have been taken in a timely manner we would have been able to. Edited to update: the lid on the tea that was purchased was not screwed on properly, so it spilled in my car. The tea was also so sour we could not even drink it. Extremely disappointed.

Worst service ever. Whoever, the GM I'd need to meet with the Manager and discuss customer service. I stood at the counter waiting to order for over 10 minutes and not a signal worker acknowledged me. This just happened on Easter Sunday. Just ridiculous. Another customer said that she had been waiting for over 30 minutes. She was there before me and I got my order before her. They were only filling drive through orders. And I hope this did not have anything to do with race but we were both people of color .

Went here last night for dinner and was not happy at all. The guy at the drive thru was nice. We had ordered the 12 piece bucket with fries and mashed potatoes. We get home and the chicken is soggy and they gave us the smallest pieces of drumsticks ever. So out of the 12 pieces, we had 4 super small drumsticks and 2 small thighs in the box, the rest were normal size. If we are paying over $30, I expect to have regular size pieces and for my food to not be soggy. Also the fries were old as well. The biscuits and mashed potatoes were good. Also, the app wasn't working either. It keeps saying they aren't excepting online order like I wanted to do. I dont know if thats from them or if thats a corporate thing. Highly unsatisfied with the food.

Food was good to an extent but didn’t get it all and had to go back to get the Nashville hot tenders and basically refused to give. It to my fiancé because they did not give us a receipt after breaking a hundred dollar bill. Some of the crew were very nice but do not like the rudeness of the female that was working the drive thru

The front cashier barely spoke English. She gave a tiny baby wing. Asked to replace it...she still gave another one the same size. Plus all3pcs were crispy instead of original although she was told original recipe. And she asked that the other one tiny wing be placed in the trash. She extended NO APOLOGIES NOR THANK YOU'S. Therefore both baby wings were kept. BAD ATTITUDE!!!

This store was understaffed. It was only 1 lady who I saw working everything. She went outside to hand customers food and came back inside and never changes her gloves and began handling food. Need more training in food service.

I will never eat from here again I ordered a 12 pc family meal and the chicken was burnt and when I told her about the chicken she's going to tell me I don't believe the chicken is burnt I believe it's the oil it was cooked in. I honestly don't understand why you'll cook chicken in old oil that can cause multiple of problems but when I told the lady that all of the chicken is not like this she took the chicken and replaced but the chicken was mushy. I've been trying to get a refund but I couldn't because I order it on the app so I contacted customer service and all they want to do is give me half a refund, this is ridiculous.

This place is not it. Not only do they skimp on food but the workers also have snarky remarks when you try to ask a question. My husband went in for 1 item today and was treated like pure crap due to a know-it-all behind the counter. If you don’t like working in the food industry, find another career!!! KFC is not for you and damn sure where you are not retiring. Got a refund and WILL NOT be returning ever to this location.

First, the deals are online and on the app, but this location shows as not accepting online orders. After bringing this up I had to go inside to ask about it. The guy at the front was very nice and wanted to help, but no one seemed to know why it was down. The prices sky rocket in store and no one can help this. The manager comes around and just says “nothing we can do”. Second, I give in and spend double for less food so I don’t have to drive somewhere else. The food is ready immediately after check out. I thought maybe I got lucky. The truth of the matter is, I just paid double for the worst food I have gotten in at least a year and compared to every place I’ve been to. The chicken was grimey, the tenders were literally bricks, but me of the biscuits were straight dough, and the fries were from yesterday. We did however enjoy the world’s tiniest bowl of mashed potatoes. Price was $36, we forced down a tender and one piece of chicken and tossed the rest. Shame. If you see this KFC corporate, I would like a refund.

On December 4 I ordered online an 8 piece chicken nuggets for $5.19 potato wedges for $5.59 and some Southwest Cheddar Gravy for $2.29 at 10:18 and when I get there at 10:50 to pick it up they tell me that they couldn't make the potato wedges because they are cleaning the fryers so I said well how did y'all make the nuggets if the fryers been off since 10 they said it was already done and hands me the bag I pulled the gravy out and it was yellow water and then I looked at the nuggets and put the stuff back in the bag and give it to her and told her that I wanted a refund she said I would have to cancel it online I have been trying to get my refund every since and my bank has declined the dispute twice and I have called KFC and they telling me that the refund people has to call me I'm getting tired of going back and forth for 17.38 on top of that I had to buy me something else to eat just a lost of gas time and money

They was not fresh to order they come out a bag pre made 🤢🤢🤢I bought 2 and they came out to 47. 98 and Andrea if that's his name was worried more about his incentives on trying to charge me large sides for small. I didn't like how he does business I won't buy the wings or come back to this establishment.

So we came to get 2 (8 pieces for $10) and they apparently can't give it to me even tho for the last 4 Tuesdays that I been coming to this location. it was was given to me with no hassle. I assume doing 2 different orders is too hard too do. We then proceeded to go inside with two people and they denied us getting two of those meal separately because they were outta CHICKEN. Worst service I seen and definitely done on purpose. Update: I order online and this CHICKEN came out in 5 minutes. I guess they weren't outta chicken anymore. Supervisor or manager was definitely just telling the employees what to tell us

Horrible after 5.... I dont know who is in there after 5 but this the worst place to go at that time. Day shift staff is awesome food is good. I stopped in. 10/29 a little after 7 and got the worst chicken i have ever had. Im never going back. Under cook and have raw, greasy and old ... Biscuit was not even cook all the through. I wish I could give it a 0.

This was one of the worst experiences at this location. Spent over $30 for an 8 piece family meal with mixed chicken. It was all dark meat and the peices were little and appeared old. Tried calling to speak to a manager, phone just rang. My husband was so mad he is taking it back to the store. If you eat here, I highly suggest that you check your order BEFORE driving away.

Went by drive through 12/23/2025; A Mexican female with tattoos all over neck and everywhere was at the window: RUDE, IMPATIENT, UNFRIENDLY and UNWELCOMING. We barely got a word out at speaker before she ended the ordering process. Then upon arrival at window— the person says” oh you probably won’t like any of it” and seemingly refuses to try to service us. Just leaned onto the window frame and stared into the night. Next I asked for her name (because she had no ID on) — then she replied “ oh you don’t need my name and stood there looking past our car. Lazy?? Mental Illness?? Or just plainly a horrible employee. No wonder our car was the only one in line.. this place has really went down in past years.. I would not recommend anybody eat here— Everything surrounding it is nasty: the building and the people inside it too. And the employee may poison someone from her attitude.

The service is terrible, and the workers and the manager are even worse. Every time there's a special on Tuesdays, they tell people there's no chicken and that it will be ready in about 40 or 50 minutes, just so people will leave. It seems like they're really bothered by the specials, when in reality it shouldn't affect them at all because it's the store's promotion to attract more customers. I'm really upset today because this is the second time they've done the same thing to me at the same store, so I think it's something related to the manager.

I went kfc to get a pot pie combo but mainly the pot pie they have it advertised on sale for $5 on the billboard outside and also inside make my order i wait 10 minutes then the cashier informs me that they just about to make it will be 5 minutes ok cool after waiting 10 minutes I ask another worker where is my order she then says it will be 20 more minutes im furious 😠 😡 upset so I want a full refund they try to offer different item I said no . Now why do u have this pot pie advertised but don't have them another customer was waiting after me it was around close to 6pm so what the issue is don't go to kfc in balch springs but seems there is always customer issue when I go there now it was me

I was at the drive thru ordered my food when I was paying I saw the girl at the window confused so I had asked for my receipt she made a face and closed the window then gave me a black receipt I said there’s nothing on here looks at me window shuts again then says it’s not printing. I just wanted to make sure she didn’t charge me for the wrong order but attitude was def there with that lady. If you don’t want to be around the public then don’t work fast food!

I ordered online, waited 30 minutes till the online tracker said it was ready, went to the store and was told I had to wait another 30 minutes. My fries were cold, my chicken bowl was runny. My chicken bucket was the only thing fresh. I waited over hour in total, this is not acceptable no matter the weather conditions. I tried talking to the help assistant online and never got anything but a bot.

Ordered online went through the driv thu to pick up and sat in line for 45 mins when I did pull up to the window no one came to the window nor to tell me just a min I sat there for another 30 min just for the lady to say she was out of my whole order I told her they need to just close for the night her response was NO U NEED TO JUST CANCEL YOUR ORDER this will be my last time at this kfc I will continue to eat at the location on Buckner

They stole a debit card from their customer because the card didn't have a name on it. But they still charged the card for the purchase. 07/07/2025 4:38 pm He went through the drive through. When his card wasn't returned to him he asked for the manager who came out and went through his car with him. They then went into the store where the customer saw a white board with one bank card from his bank. He asked them to check the card, they refused because the card didn't have a name on it as it was an instant issue card. He said he could tell them the last 4 on the card. But they refused to verify it. The customer contemplated calling the police, but he didn't want to cause a scene.

Came today to eat lunch got the 3pc chicken tender meal i was very disappointed on the size of the tenders they were the size of my index finger also the drink machine didn’t work i had to wait for the lady behind the front register to get my drink took her like 5min just to do that i already had waited 10min to get my order they had a big ol dead water bug near where i was eating im guessing they were understaffed kept hearing the lady complaining about her job and how she wanted to walk out the back door i was very disappointed on the food quality i hope this location fixes the issue oh by the way look how much fries i got with this meal smh
