This Wingstop never misses. The wings always come out fresh, sauced right, and on point. The crew is cool, fast, and keeps the place clean. I’ve been here a bunch of times and they stay consistent. Respect 💯

Great location! Went today to pick up an online order. Accidentally ordered boneless instead of bone-in. Nayely was very helpful and understanding, fixed my order for me. Definitely going back.

This is my first visit to this location, here is my overall review. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11/25/2023 (12:27pm) STAFF: Very friendly and professional (cashier). FOOD: Hot, Fresh and Crispy. TIME: Fast (mostly due to it being very slow) Told 12-15min (received it in 10 min). BUILDING: The dining area was very clean, no gunk nor stains on the floor/tables. The self service area was neat, organized and clean. I did not have a chance to check the restrooms, i will next time. CONS: VERY very salty Fries. although the fries came out hot and crispy, they had way too much seasoning and salt, it did make the meal a tad bit uncomfortable and unpleasant. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONCLUSION: Overall this location is relatively new, so it is too early to jump to the conclusion that this is a bad location. (I must admit that my visit was on a slow period, thus my experience may greatly differ if i had gone whilst it was Busy) Personally i recommend giving this location a chance given how new they are to the area, don't let the negative reviews fully "scare" you away until you try it!

They really do be tripping on customer service, but I have not one complaint about the food quality 🤷🏾‍♀️. It's always hot and fresh and made just the way it should be. The staff just seems full of kids, so there isn't much to be expected with today's youth. They are never rude, just not cordial or professionally interactive. The food is good, though.

Ordered the 30pc tenders plus 6 extra tenders with and only got 27 tenders, not coming here again and will def count the tenders next time on other locations since am a regular client.

They claimed they had run out of chicken. On top of that, they refused to accept my $20 bill, saying they didn’t have any change. Why should I be forced to pay by card? It's their responsibility to have enough change in the drawer. The customer service was terrible. It took them 10 minutes to process my refund, and I was on my lunch break. To make matters worse, there was a big screen that said my order was ready, but it wasn’t. This is unacceptable, Wingstop. You need to do better.

Cold food after waiting almost an hour. Not only that, but I swear I tasted coffee beans after eating the fries... I think they really fried coffee beans!! Some pieces look like burnt corn, but others smell like coffee. This is terrible.

A box of grease that they claiming is sauce is crazyyyy then the cashier want to just stand there looking slow as hell and the “manager” is very lucky I decided to be “nice” the way the workers get mad about me being mad over some stuff I’m paying for and have to eat is crazyyy

Man I’m pissed. The economy already bad and to spend your money on wings and get shit. Not only that but when I called and told them the order was wrong they just said sorry. Like screw the 37 dollars you just spent on our food. I ordered Dallas cowboy lemon hot wings and this is what I got. I won’t be back.

Worse Wingstop avoid this location. Placed and order over phone said it will be ready in 25 minutes came in said its not ready. 50 mins later was told my order was never in the system... AVOID THIS LOCATION...

Hey do not go to this location. Attempted to order pick up 4 times on the phone with cashier that had no idea how to place my order and in fact hanged up on me multiple times till she decided not pick up the call. I arrived on the app instead and picked up. My partner and I decided to sit down and observed the cashier which was a a female with red hard and glass clueless in what she was doing and also hanged up other clients . And to top it off the wing were dry . 0 starts if I could.

Management here is horrible!!! They have there store short staffed. The staff is not properly trained to serve guest. They leave the front counter empty with guest just hoping someone will show up to greet or take there order. This store is just a disaster!!!! Quality was horrible. God please help them

You ask for your food to be one way they cook it how they want what’s the purpose of doing a call in and still have to wait 1 hour after you placed a call in order poor customer service no manager on duty to deal with with customers for poor performance Food is to high to not be able to enjoy it

Tonight was HORRIBLE! I waited an hour for my order. By the way they told me 20 mins, repeatedly being told , “there working on it”. Someone came in after me 29 mins later received there food before me, when I asked HEY, how did they get there food before, the response were waiting on fries! WTH, & they messed there order up as well.. I order two of the chicken sandwich special, checked my order they gave me a large fry & said share😡! WTH. Male cook repeatedly coming out to watch TV while the waiting area is growing from people waiting on food! I will NOT be back to this location! Just HORRIBLE! I see why they have a rating of 1.5 stars.. manager (red hair woman) on duty was RUDE!

Giving a one star because can’t give 0 stars ! Worst customer service. Took almost an hour & they kept being rude about it. Kept saying if I wanted to cancel my order & get a refund. Like girl I just want my food 🙄🙄 Get these kids better training or get a better management.

Service is horrible. They need new management. I ordered delivery and 4 of my wings were missing, my fries, atomic sauce and veggies sticks. Manager was adamant that she put them in herself then apologized because she found them in the back. She said I could go up there and get them. I told her If I wanted to go up there I wouldn't have chosen delivery. Then hung up on me!!

I only ordered fries, waited for 10 minutes not one person to be seen.Staff were on their phones talking to each other and ignoring customers. The line was only getting bigger and bigger. When we FINALLY got our food we got the most nastiest attitude and the employee was on her phone wearing headphones. If you genuinely don’t want to work don’t go in it’s that simple.

Ever since this location opened it has been trash! I can for sure tell they are always understaffed! I usually place my order online and it says about 30-45 min LIES!!! It always ALWAYS takes over an hour and a half to get the orders ! 9/10 the order is wrong! The workers have bad attitudes, but I don’t blame them sometimes , you’re understaffed and underpaid . Worse wings stop I’ve ever ordered from in my life! Management needs to be replaced ASAP!

Honestly can't even rate the food cause it took them more than and hour and a half and our order wasn't ready. They gave plenty of other people, that ordered after us, their food first. We ordered online at 8:40 and didn't get anything by 10:13, we just asked for a refund and went to Cane's. They were just waiting on fries "3-5 minutes" but they told other customers the same thing 15 minutes before then and still nothing. Just not worth it, go to a different wingstop.
