The new manager Dex has the best customer service ever. I come to this Wendy's a lot and I really appreciate it. I will come more and everyone else should too.
This used to be a terrible Wendy's...cold food, long waits, poor service, etc. Gave them another shot recently and glad to see it has improved. Wait time was a little long, but the food was hot and prepared well. Employees were polite/friendly. My only complaint is that the beef patties on the double stack and Jr burgers are so small. They're just slightly larger than a white castle! C'mon Wendy's...where's the beef?

Getting three stars just because the vanilla frosty was garbage. Now that I'm talking about frosty's The quality of the frosty is not what it used to be let's be honest. I remember fondly dipping my fries in my Frosty...... Maybe my pallet has refined as an adult but it just doesn't hit the same, nowhere near it, not even the nostalgia punch gets it over the hump.... Just seems like Wendy's is on that same garbage quality bull ish that McDonald's is on.
I had to give this only 2 stars, and that's because of bad management. Unfortunately, the employees are the ones who get the complaints. Not fair to them or the customers. Our visit today was great as far as the people who work there, the food, the cleanliness. But one thing got to me. They advertise that they have things they actually no longer have. Examples: Signs on front store windows advertise items that are discontinued and specials that no longer exist. This also is true for the app. I ordered two iced teas to go with our meals, and when we picked up our food and took our cups, we went looking for the tea. It wasn't out front, so we went back to the counter and asked, thinking it was there. The staff had to say"We don't have iced tea anymore", and I asked, "Why not?" The employee could only repeat what he'd just stated, only making the customer wonder why it was still available on the app, but not irl. Same with the Takis stuff. It's on the front window, it's on the app, but it doesn't exist anymore at Wendy's. I'll add a photo of the front window, taken from inside the restaurant. These problems brought the star count down. Management, please make things easier on both your customers and your valuable employees. And bring back the iced tea, please! Some people need caffeine without the sodium and acidity of carbonated beverages. Some people just like tea and expect it.
They didn’t include all the items from the meals I purchased, but they squeezed all of the food into a single bag that was nearly bursting. I couldn’t even check my food without it spilling everywhere. They seemed more interested in socializing with each other than serving customers.
For some reason I felt like a Wendy's burger and one of their new frosty swirls so I pull in behind one other car at the drive through and wait forever. The car finally pulls forward and the guy on the speaker says "I'm sorry but we can only take cash at this time" I say that's fine, I have cash. Ok, just one minute. A couple minutes later, he comes back on and says "do you mind coming in instead? We've got a couple of cars ahead of you we're working on." Sure, I say, because I was thinking of getting a baked potato and chili instead and it's easier to eat inside. So I park and go inside and there's nobody at the counter. Finally a guy comes out with his headset on and one arm in a sling and says how can I help you? Are you here alone I ask, thinking he is working both the drive through and the counter. No he says, I've got help. I see one other person, as he drops a new fry basket in the deep fryer. Finally starts to take my order and can't seem to get it right with his one good arm, so he gets help who corrects it but never does add the drink I asked for. I wait for 10-15 minutes when finally, one arm guy brings my order when I realized I didn't get a drink and it wasn't on the receipt. No problem I'll just eat it and go. I get almost done and realize I need a drink to choke it all down so I walk back to the counter and wait behind one other person just to get a drink and a good 5 minutes goes by and nobody comes to the counter to help. There was a young girl waiting there to ask for ice in her cup, so I walk her over to the drink machine to show her how to get ice, and IT'S OUT OF ICE! I'm not standing here in line any longer to get a cup to self serve my drink and not get any ice either, so I left. Slowest service I've EVER encountered at a "Fast Food" establishment. As I was leaving, I see about five other people in the back who must have just come back from a break because before that it was two people and one of them had his arm in a sling.

I ordered fresh fries. But they gave me fries that weren't. I returned them and asked for fresh fries. Instead they just refried them. I've worked in a Wendy's before. So I know what refried fries look like and taste like. I used to refry the ones left at the end of the night for myself. French fries are plump and thick. Refried fries have creases along the length of the fry because the fry has collapsed after being out of the fryer for a few minutes. If you like fresh food and to be given what you are asked for avoid this place
I ordered 2 Jr Bacon Cheese Burgers in the drive-thru. The guy asked me to pull up and park in a designated area and he would bring out my food. I waited about 5 minutes... when 2 other cars parked next to me. 8 more minutes passed and both received their food and left. The man then came back to my car and asked what I ordered. He finally brought out my food 23 minutes after it was ordered. It was cold. Not sure what was going on that night, but 23 minutes in a drive-thru is ridiculous and shows a lack of competence. Never will I go back.
AVOID the Wurzbach and I10 Wendy's. They'll make your order wrong and then they won't refund your money. They've also gone way downhill. The food looks GROSS and disgusting. Not the Wendy's of old days. I'll take that as representative of all Wendy's locations moving forward. A few blocks away, there is Chester's Hamburgers. No drive thru, similar prices, but real actually GOOD burgers. Go there instead. RIP Wendy's. No wonder youre on the ropes. To Kelsey and "Jazmon"- My first call to was my credit card company. We are NOT paying you. My second call will be Monday to your corporate office. THANKS for the inconvenience.
Very sad by appearance, then when you get inside it’s even worse, the workers don’t care and take the sweet time for the bare minimum of getting the order. I’m not trying to be rude or disrespectful, but that’s just how exactly it’s been for the few times I have ordered Wendy’s.
Do not expect curbside. I have tried to get my food brought to the car through their app on multiple occasions and it never fails that I have to wait over 10 min just to have to go inside where my food is sitting on the counter. Why offer a service if you are never going to do it. Witnessed a worker grabbing fries with his bare hands and put them in the bag. Disgusting
My chili was room temp at best. My wife's was scalding hot. The potato was barely warm. Not even hot enough to melt butter. The young male staff (Joshua) that waited on us was very friendly towards us. He was trying hard and working hard. There was a female mngr yelling at the staff. It was very audible. Felt horrible for the young man. There was absolutely no reason for him to be spoken to the way he was. Especially in ear shot of customers. The young man is the only reason for the 3 star review on service. Otherwise I would have mentioned a zero star should be given. Food was beyond overpriced. BC of this visit and a previous bad visit to this location I simply got rid of the Wendys app. I didn't used to mind paying the high prices given service and food at Wendys but two failed attempts with this location and the mngr feeling the need to yell at staff and berate staff in ear shot of customers. I'll never eat Wendys again.
Restaurant is never adequately staffed, crew members are indifferent and inattentive to customers, you'll end up waiting 20 minutes for a simple order and when you get it something in that order is either wrong or somehow old. Gave it multiple chances over the course of living nearby for a year. Avoid this location at all costs, management should do a better job seriously.
Male manager is rude. He’s a shorter guy bald head not being mean but that’s his description. There was a lady waiting a while just to order. He finally goes to the counter starts taking her order and another customer interrupts and he completely ignores the lady and helped the guy out when he was in the process of taking her order. Once done with her I was next. Mind you I was picking up an order and he automatically started to racial profile me. Immediately started talking to me in Spanish I responded in English and then he continued to address me in Spanish so I told him um hello I do speak English and that’s when he gave me an attitude. Regardless of me knowing Spanish isn’t the issue the issue is just because I’m a little darker skin toned Hispanic doesn’t mean Spanish is my first language. And if you’re helping a customer and another interrupts kindly ask them to wait until you’re done with the customer that’s in front of you. Basic common courtesy and as a manager you should know that
Keep driving! You can just tell when they don't care. The manager took my order—she took forever to take it, was not pleasant while doing so. It was for take out ... I missed my bus before the rock-hard, meatless, maple syrup-drenched mess even came out. Nowhere was maple syrup in the descriptor of the sandwich. While I was waiting, I had seen in the kitchen 3 meatless sandwiches just sitting on the line unattended. She sold me one and the couple after me the other two. I ended up getting a rock hard, cold, and eggless muffin after two attempts of politely trying to correct her errors. Wendy's breakfast isn't worth it. Wendy's isn't worth it. This location is definitely not worth it. Keep driving.
Worst do not recommend it never eat Wendy's and since I had bad service decided to give eat a chance once again because my kids wanted to try it and half way thru my burger I was like this taste weird it's to soggy turns out my meat was not fully cooked the inside was all red i want to throw up decided to put it into he air fryer and see if it would cook this place is awful will never eat Wendy's again
I ordered Wendy's through delivery and the food we received was so cold and raw, it looked so disgusting we had to toss it out and cook dinner after I spent $49.97 on this order! Not only was the meat cold and not cooked correctly, I ordered a triple meat Bourbon Bacon Burger for my husband.... Hence BACON in the name so you would think it would have bacon included, right?... NO! No bacon, no "special" sauce, no extra cheese add on that I had to pay extra for. I also ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub burger for myself and the meat was just as raw and cold, the bacon was rubbery. I am so dissatisfied with this entire order. It has been a long time since I've received undercooked, poor quality food.
This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They need new cooks who know what there're doing. Dining room closed, only 2 cars in drive thru, and my meal still came out cold. Fries were cold, old, rubbery, and nasty. I ordered Dave's Double combo meal. Hamburger was cold, and the meat patties seemed to have shrunk in size. Meat was burnt crisp, edges rock hard. The hamburger bun was old. First bite and the bun crumbled to pieces. I couldn't eat the burger, had to throw it away. When I placed my order at drive-thru, I tried to upgrade to a large, I was told that only medium fries were available because they had run out of boxes for large fries. So what they did was charge me .75 for medium fries, and $1 for the large Coke. Nice scam. I also tried to order a large chili, only to be told that they were out of chili. My total for this horrible, unedable meal was $12.49. The owner(s) of this location should be ashamed of themselves for not monitoring the quality of the product they are selling. This low level of quality is simply inexcusable, especially during these times of ridiculously high prices everywhere. The meal they gave wasn't worth $3 in my opinion.
I have ordered the baconater several times and I promise you, all the six slices of bacon are not on there. I get a baconater with tiny burnt pieces of bacon. Not one single piece of bacon is whole. More like bacon bits. I couldn't even taste the bacon. Fries were not hot and fresh. Cold and burnt.
