First time eating here but I have heard great things in the past. Came for the Valentine’s Day dinner. The menu was prefixed but there was plenty to choose from. Everything that was ordered was phenomenal. The half and half crab soup was amazing, the crab cakes were fantastic. Even the bread with was so good. Highly recommend, I imagine their full usual menu is just as good.

Wanted a Baltimore seafood experience and we were NOT disappointed. This place hit it out of the park on all levels. Starting with the warm bread, which I don’t often comment on but were hot and interestingly presented with a pour over accompaniment. I definitely wasn’t expecting much from a salad but I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious as the dressing wasn’t just poured on, it was mixed throughout and then plated. The soup hit the spot, very crabby and creamy. The crab cakes were off the charts yummy. They were MUCH better than the picture could ever tell the story. We skipped dessert cuz there was noooo room in da belly. LOL. As a special note, Amanda, our server, was awesome, both friendly and knowledgeable in her recommendations to us. She definitely rounded out our experience. The view of the harbour is amazing looking back over the city.

Rusty Scupper never disappoints.Great venue with a view of the harbor. Delicious food and great service. Scallops Special, Iced Seafood Sampler, and warm butter cake desert. Just FYI, Uber and Lyft drivers can drop off and pick up right at the resteraunt. Uber will set the pickup point at the street up by the gate. You can let the driver know to pickup at the resteraunt. They do not need to pay to open the gate. There is a 15 minute grace period.

Great seafood, excellent service, and unbeatable views of the Inner Harbor. The crab cakes are outstanding, the atmosphere is relaxing but upscale, and the overall dining experience is consistently enjoyable. Highly recommend.

My wife and I love this restaurant. Valentine’s Day made it our third visit to this restaurant. The food, staff and atmosphere is a 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work guys and gals. Thank you for the great food and service.

Went here for my graduation celebration and really enjoyed it. The location is beautiful with amazing views, the food was really good, and the service was great. We had a reservation and were seated right away with no wait, which made the night even better. Overall, I really liked this place and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion.

I walked away incredibly satisfied with my visit to Rusty Scupper. I'd be remiss not to start by offering praise to our waitress Keirsten. Her exuberance, knowledge of the dishes, honesty, and overall charm set the right tone immediately! My daughter and I trained up from DC for day trip. We struggled to decide on Rusty Scupper or another high profile competitor. We believe we made the right choice. The scallops were cooked to perfection, the jumbo lump crab cakes the best I've ever had, the tuna carpaccio amazing, and the collard greens, game changing! We walked away more than satisfied! It was a great memory coupled with my first trip to Charm City!

Outstanding place. Can't beat the views of the Harbour. Food was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Waitress was great and understanding of our requests. Had a wonderful experience and when in Baltimore again, we will return...

The food is absolutely amazing! The views are not far behind. The atmosphere, while a little dated, is consistent with its nautical theme and seafood fine dining. The service is always impeccable and stellar. You feel welcome and enjoy being in the environment. The specials are worth the extra $$. But the whole fried fish is a MUST if you have the appetite. It’s not on the menu so asking for it will indicate you’ve been there before and feel somewhat exclusive.

To start off, David is one of the best waiters we’ve ever had out of all the establishments we’ve visited. If you go here, ask for him. It’s obvious they aren’t using frozen vegetables, which is always a good sign that they aren’t being cheap regarding something so simple. Mashed potatoes were seasoned perfectly. The fish was cooked perfectly. The drinks are a reasonable size for the price (more than what I would usually expect for a premium price- very good) and, shocker, actually had alcohol- no skimping is nice, kudos to the bartender. Overall our favorite restaurant since moving to the East Coast.

We were there for a private event, on a Monday. It was a beautiful December day, blue skies. From our window view, it was an excellent vista of the Harbor and various waterfront shots. It felt special as I hadn't been there for years. The city, the water, all appeared very clean. Regarding the food, it was a buffet that day for the event. An overwhelming amount of delicious, beautifully display of foods, well organized to entice you from start to finish. I'll admit, if there were 100 items, I had a chance to taste no more than 10. So, you have to be selective because there is no way to try everything they present. In my younger days, maybe I could get to 15 items. To my eyes, it was food heaven. The quality was great all the way through the wonderful desserts. SO WELL accomplished as a buffet. Truly eye candy. Meanwhile, the service was excellent: attentive, responsive and friendly. You know when servers are happy and when they aren't: the variety of servers were very pleasant, and if you asked for something, you got it. Quickly and accurately. Overall, I know I must get back there. It is rare that everything is so perfect! Parking right outside the location, what is not to love!

Sunday Brunch is worth the price! Food delicious and a lot to choose from. Drinks, music. Just awesome! If visiting, this is the place to go before heading out on Sunday. Automatically 18% gratuity taken out. Service wasn't bad at all. Everyone was welcoming and kind.

Delicious food. Service staff was attentive and provided great recommendations. Crab cakes were crab, not filler. Worth stopping by if you're in the area.

The Rusty Scupper (I don't know how you say it) and Daniel was one our best dining experiences, I mean the view from the inner harbor along with the food and drinks was amazing. Daniel our server deserves way more than I gave him. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Rusty Scupper offers a true fine dining experience with spectacular service—our servers waited on us hand and foot. The two-level setup and marina views made for a beautiful setting. We started with shrimp cocktail and calamari—both were fresh and flavorful. I had the rockfish with mashed potatoes and veggies, and it was cooked perfectly. Our table tried several entrées, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend for great food, great views, and top-notch service!

We had the most awesome wait staff! The food was impeccable, and we will be back! Joined some friends from out of town to celebrate a birthday! We ordered crab cakes, grilled shrimp, crab stuffed shrimp, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Everyone said the food was seasoned well. Plated to entice the eyes and tease the tummy. Our cocktails were excellent! No watered-down drinks here! We love the ambiance and helpful staff! Our first time here, and we were impressed!

I was in Baltimore for a conference, and a few of us decided to have dinner at Rusty Scupper—an excellent choice! Two of us arrived a little early and started the evening with cocktails at the bar. Great vibe, friendly bartender, and a nice way to settle in before dinner. The meal itself was outstanding. The service? Equally impressive. They managed our group of eight with professionalism and warmth, making the whole experience seamless and relaxed. Of course, being in Maryland, I couldn’t leave without trying the crab cakes—and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Chef’s kiss. Highly recommend dining here if you’re in Baltimore. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an experience at this amazing establishment!! My wife found this restaurant once we decided we wanted to travel to Baltimore for our wedding anniversary celebration. This restaurant sits right on the harbor. You can't imagine the views this restaurants boasts. Yachts and boats moving around on the water, people enjoying themselves on the harbor.. Just complete high vibrations. I believe they have an elevator to get upstairs but they have a decent amount of steps to climb before you reach the main level. Nevertheless, this is the spot to visit when in Baltimore. Amanda was our waiter and she was nothing short of amazing. She was very pleasant and her experience was evident. She checked in on us and had our orders come out at an extremely reasonable pace, which allowed my wife and I to chat and enjoy the atmosphere. She even complimented my wife, wished us a happy anniversary, and brought out complimentary champagne for us. She was super top notch. Calling ahead to reserve your seats should be your #1 priority. I don't think its needed, but it helps. I was able to get a seat thag I requested, which is rare. We were directly in the corner where the windows met. We had an immaculate view of downtown Baltimore and the harbor. I had the Scallops Chesapeake; that is all I will be ordering when I visit. My wife had the Mahi Mahi. Everything was super fresh and delicious. We also had their jumbo crab cake and this hearty Maryland Crab Soup. Make time to visit this restaurant when in Baltimore.

Rusty Scupper is a long time favorite!! The food is consistently amazing! The ambiance on the Inner Harbor, day or night makes for the perfect dining scape. What makes this latest visit absolutely outstanding was our server, Ashley. Her attention to detail, friendliness and overall care of us as guests made for a great reunion with Rusty Scupper.

The rusty scupper was an experience to say the least and man was it awesome. We started with a boardwalk on the side of the restaurant with the family then we all gathered to enter the dinning area for dinner and it was a beautiful atmosphere. They started with the explanation of how dinner is served and what is on the menu then we were off to the races to grub down on some of the most delicious food they could offer. And the food wasn't cheap food it was quality. Loved it from start to finish. We had the great donte as our server and he was very clear with direction and attentive to the table. Fathers day with the family was awesome and highly recommended. If you haven't been here make it one of your family or date night spots you won't be disappointed 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

What a beautiful restaurant with panoramic harbor view, rusty interior decor and comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed everything we ordered from crab appetizer, oysters, tuna appetizer, to steak dinner, crab cakes, scallop with crab meat and pasta. Seafood were fresh. Seasonings were on point. And top notch service. We enjoyed our dining experience very much and will certainly return. Highly recommended by @WineDinenVacay As for parking, they have a paid garage for this restaurant as you are getting to the restaurant.

Either I'm just in an amazing mood, or this is an incredible spot. Came here on a Saturday around 3:30 pm for a late lunch/early dinner. I was in town for the afternoon to see a concert, then heading back to NY the next morning. It didn't look very lively from the outside- so I almost turned around- but I decided to at least pop my head in. I walked in, and was sat by myself right by the window with a gorgeous view. It wasn't busy, but it also wasn't quiet at all. The AC felt amazing the vibes were on point! I was surprised when they brought over two gorgeous complimentary ciabatta rolls and the BEST dip. I don't know what it was but it was incredible. For my meal I ordered the Maryland Crab Soup and the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes entree. I loved both - my favorite was the soup. I also enjoyed a delicious dirty gin martini. From the moment I sat down until I left, the service was top notch. Really glad I stumbled through the heat to make it here.

We live in PA but when we travel to Baltimore we always make a reservation for The Rusty Scupper. Their food has always been delicious and the service is always amazing. Both the filet and lobster tail were incredibly tender and cooked perfectly. I was offered a complimentary birthday cheesecake but went with the creme brulee instead.

George D was our server and we just LOVED him. He was so sweet and helped us choose delicious food options. Highly recommend their scallops with crab on top and the crab cakes. We are visiting from Texas so if we come back to Baltimore we will stop back in, for sure!

Beautiful lovely place to eat 5 🌟 restaurant. Food was amazing! Definitely check it out! Born in D.C. but now live in Ohio now. Came down to visit for my sister’s 50th this place was a pleasure to eat at.

It's ideally located next to the fueling docks in the inner harbor and there are view out of each side of the restaurant. It is also ideally located at one of the stops for the Water Taxi. We walked around the inner harbor from the Marriott and took the water taxi back. The seafood was fresh and the service was great. They are known for their crab cakes which unfortunately for me were not Gluten Free. I am celiac and I had a nice soup and some garlic parmesan fries which was perfect. So they were able to accommodate me. Decorated very nicely and had a nice bar area.

An amazing dining experience. The brunch buffet. Such a full selection of food from raw bar to classic breakfast to tailgate favorites to a dessert bar. Drinks are included in the brunch price!

The food and service was exceptional. As someone who doesn’t even eat seafood, this place has plenty of other options. Funny however, the website states business casual for dress attire (so I stressed and went and got a new outfit) and then people showed up n jeans and a t shirt. For two people we spent $175 ish with tip.

We eat here every time we are in Baltimore & it is an amazing seafood restaurant! It’s right on the harbor & has amazing views! The service was excellent! We ordered oysters for appetizers which were the absolute best we’ve ever had! We had the Baltimore fish fry & the scallops for our meals and both were phenomenal! The restaurant is close to everything & was within walking distance from our hotel. We love it there!

On a visit to Baltimore to see my cousin, we decided to eat here. My cousin had not been to the restaurant in several years and it was my first time. The crab dip was very filling and flavorful! I really enjoyed the calamari. It was flash fried so you could still taste the great flavor of the fish. I also had the lump crab fettuccine. It was full of crab and had some great tasting and complex flavors. Our server, Myra, was so sweet and made great suggestions and had great service overall. We cannot wait to return for the live Jazz band!

Mike's was our waiter,he was serving several other tables, but responded as if we were the only table. Tried the marinated octopus, for the first time. All his recommendations were on point. I would suggest the collard greens that is not normally listed on the menu as a side.

Exceptional top to bottom. Just go. Go now. You won’t regret it. I had: raw oysters, jumbo crab cake, tiramisu martini, warm chocolate bread pudding. 10/10 My crab cake experience was a true “Eat, Pray, Love” moment. My server, Amanda, checked to see if I was enjoying it and I almost teared up! It was like nothing I had tasted before. Composed of 98% lump crab, with a delicate butter sauce on top and a squeeze of fresh lemon….. it’s was a dish you want to close your eyes and savor it slowly… I dined alone, and the service was exceptional. Never wanted for anything. Amanda was there when I needed her (without hovering) and not there when I wanted to be left alone. The timing was perfect. Recommendations were spot on. Ambiance was lovely, with a live pianist. Very relaxing and calm environment to catch a Baltimore sunset. Views were spectacular! There are benches underneath the restaurant if you want to hang out on the dock and view the water and water taxi. I can’t wait to visit again. Note: anyone that didn’t give this place 5 stars is doing something wrong!

Rusty Scupper has a beautiful harbor view and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Everyone was very welcoming, and our server—Martin (or Mark)—was excellent. He recommended the octopus as an appetizer, and it was an outstanding choice for two people: so tender, it melted in our mouths. We thought the portion sizes were just right—not too small and not overwhelmingly large. The pan-seared scallops were slightly overcooked for my personal taste, but my boyfriend enjoyed them so much that he finished mine. The blackened Chesapeake rockfish was excellent, and my cocktail—the Baltimore Buck—was perfect for a social drinker like me: nice and sweet. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the Inner Harbor and looking for fresh seafood with a nice harbor view.

It is absolutely fabulous, the setting the service, the food wow was here for my birthday and this just topped it off our waiter Jesus was awesome. The crab dip was amazing, and the salt and pepper crab, which was just for starters.I had the shrimp and gritts that blew me away, and I'm glad I made that choice with help from Jesus my girlfriend had the seafood platter which I don't think that was the name but she loved it and,I was here from out of town chicago home base we loved this place ...I highly recommend and the parking is easy and convenient...

Wonderful meal, top notch service and I enjoyed the view and the atmosphere! It was my birthday, so we got dressed up a bit, and there were also people in casual clothes, and somehow the atmosphere of this place made it all work!! Our waiter was phenomenal, and the food was top notch!!! I had the salmon and my boyfriend had the jumbo lump crab cakes. It is not an inexpensive place, but the VALUE for the prices they are charging is very high! Lots of fun. Definitely recommend!

The place was very nice. Spacious seating, ambiance/music, great view (water/boats), and large tables. Everything we ordered was amazing/ delicious and they have a very deep menu. Our waiter Dante was amazing and knew his stuff( give him a raise). It was my wife's birthday and they definitely made it special along with a delicious dessert. Great service from all staff /attentive and we will be returning.

Great experience! The food was excellent, and the harbor view was absolutely beautiful. Ask for Heather—she was a fantastic server. The sea bass was some of the best I’ve ever had, cooked perfectly. Crab cake and crab soup was also great. Thank you to Heather and the entire staff for such a wonderful experience.

This is a good spot for family events or dinners. The view of the harbor is awesome! It’s a huge restaurant, so if it’s busy, service can be spotty. The food is consistently good and portions are generous, but it’s a bit pricey for some menu items. It’s also rich food. Overall, it’s worth a try to see if you like it! The butter cake dessert is to die for!

Wonderful location on the water front, lovely views and atmosphere. Great service but for the cost the food was sorely lacking. Had fried seafood plate and was barely eatable, fish fried so hard that it was not recognizable, shrimp was good, but could not recognize what else was on the plate. All show.

Some of the best cream of crab soup. The crab cake was ok (wasnt a fan of the sauce). Expensive but the views are absolutely incredible! Validated parking at $11 in their lot. Had lunch on a Thursday so it wasnt busy at all. Had a bunch of stairs, just FYI.

The view and the service is incredible. Kevin is one of the best hosts. He described the holiday drinks so eloquently and the lunch menu in detail. The Christmas decor is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly. I ordered a salmon and it was good but needs a bit more seasoning. The vegetables are a largely cut so the presentation was a bit loud but the Salmon was so cooked perfectly. I am definitely coming back here more often.

Went for the Sunday Jazz Brunch. About $70 pp and 1.5 hours to get it in. Parking lot on site that fills up quick. Remember to get tickets validated. Food was cajun style buffet. Many delicious choices. Hard to enjoy the jazz over all the chatter, especially if you are seated on top floor. Service was good but felt rushed when nearing the 1.5 hour seating limit. Nice views. Wouldn't break my neck to go back. Good to experience at least once.

We was very disappointed with the quality of the food served at this restaurant. The Shrimp & Oyster Po'Boy. How do you serve shrimp salad hot with mayo running like water and the oysters the size of a marble. Can you imaging paying $60 for a Ribeye Steak which was tough and yes served cold. We could have complained but we didn't because we was complaining about everything beforehand and that should have been a sign then. Anyway I am just saying that our food was nasty. The Rusty Scupper used to be a fantastic place to dine. So I will say this if you have money to waste then go ahead and enjoy but we will never waste $300+ at the place again. Also a sign need to be created for the elevator. This way wheelchair handicap people would know. Also management I really don't care about what you have to say. You made know effort to come to our table to see if we was enjoying or food and the serves. So you can keep your sorry to yourself.
