This establishment appears to be well-maintained and secure, with security cameras in the parking lot and a security officer at the front entrance. Typical JBX off the interstate in a town that's been hit with a lot of socioeconomic crises. Drive through was fine, went in to use the restroom and there was a big poo streak in one stall and a woman talking to herself (and being most unkind to herself!) in the accessible stall. I got in and out of there quickly! All in all it fit the need and there was toilet paper and soap. What more could a girl on a road trip want?

Got off a double shift also in customer service at 1 o’clock in the morning ordered a jumbo jack combo only to get home one city away and realize I got a double stack chicken sandwich. I overheard her in the drive-through talking to the cook saying “that’s a double stack? Ugh just give it to me anyway!” but I didn’t realize what was happening or what she was talking about until I got home. She purposely gave me the wrong food knowing that’s not what I ordered. I ordered a hamburger not a chicken sandwich. Makes sense now why she behaved with poor customer service. People with allergies beware clearly they do not care about what you actually order or pay for. I drove back.. yes at 1am after working all day and night and had to sit in the drive-through again and had to re-order my correct food and told her that she purposely gave me the wrong food and I heard her! She hid when I got to the window. lol. Younger girl was very sweet but doesn’t change what happened. Unfortunately!

Went here one restrooms working. I appreciate that there was one. The staff was nice. On my way out the door there was a big rat trying to get in the door I was going out. When I opened the door I guess I scared it. Thank God that would have not turned out well. He ran the other way

Oct 11. 12 Midnight. Nasty attitude from the girl working there in the purple shirt. Literally no reason for any of that. Asked about sauce and she said it’s in the bag with a gross tone an walked away. Waited a bit just for her to come back with more attitude because we didn’t get sauce. That person needs to get her act right because we were polite the whole time.

This store is ridiculous! They pick and choose who they give sauce, if they dont like you they say sorry we charge! Or if they order delivery services they say no to them as well! But if you order at the speaker, and go to window, he says " any sauce". This place needs to get their rules right. Not pick and choose who they are nice to! After waiting in line over 40mins and they have a person at every cook station and they still mess around and go mad slow for each car. than dropping the right amount when at the time ordered. This place is a joke!

This has got to be the slowest drive thru I have been to. There were only a couple people in the dinning area and 4 cars in the drive thru. It took over 30 minutes to get our food at the window.

Honestly I’m not one to leave a review but the staff here really sucks and they need to learn how to provide better service. It’s not only ridiculous that the guy at the window was already acting like he was in a mood but when your forget someone’s items and i have to go all the way back to get my item have a little more of a better attitude when one approaches. Granted i ask for a new item or not this staff member needs to be placed elsewhere and not at the ordering window. And the lady that felt the need to step in was even more ridiculous laughing and making it seem like it was funny that I’m asking for a fresh drink after forgetting my drink in the first place for one you weren’t busy there was no one in the drive through behind me like i asked if the guy was new they both acted like they were because overall yall deserve a 0 star if it was possible.
