Bosque Palermo Barcelona Reviews
The paella here was recommended to me by a local catalonian. It surely didn't disappoint. I still had to order two portions of Paella as a solo diner cause that's a restaurant policy which is understandable. Laila made the whole experience even better offered me a to go container when I couldn't finish the Paella. It's people working at a place that elevate the standards of the place, Laila is definitely one of them.
We had a really good paella, cheese plate and grilled squid. The latter was definitely my favorite, because it was soft and delicious and not at all chewy. We really enjoyed the authentic, welcoming and friendly service. Thus, I highly recommend this restaurant and would come back again anytime.
Our best meal in Barcelona! Starving, we ordered 2 paellas - mixed and meat, both good for 2 persons but with very huge serving and generous portions of seafood and meat, all very good at a very reasonable price (@12 euro per person). We are a group of 5 and 2 paellas are more than enough. We also ordered fish platter which to our surprise was also huge in serving with varying kinds of seafood - fish, clams, mussels. Our server, Laila, was also very friendly and helpful. She was honest enough to tell us that we might over order as their servings could be big, which we really appreciated. Minus one for the atmosphere as th tables outside might not be that safe from pickpockets. Highly recommend this place and we would love to go back!
I ate the best Paella in Barcelona here. It is a typical Spanish place, not extremely fancy, with limited seating, but with extraordinary food. Everything was delicious, the squid was excellent, the pig ears were also delicious, and the snails were delicious. Although it was empty when I arrived, by the time I left the place, there was no empty seat left, a lot of customers came in. Respect for the waiters, they cope brilliantly and bring the food very quickly. For 100 euros we ate 4 people, 5-6 dishes and beer. I will recommend this place to my friends.
We stopped here for tapas. We ordered two. Their Palermo skewers are marinated pork and french fries. My fault I should have ordered salad which was an option. The ppl was a little dry but tasty. Then we ordered the mussels with sauce. OMG yummy! And the potions are big! Just one or the other would have been better, and for our taste it would be the mussels. And very reasonable pricing. The bottled water was 1.9 euros and very nice. One woman spoke English which helped. It was crowded for a reason. Will try to go back. Recommended. Please note to get paella you must order minimum two orders which makes that more expensive.
What’s lovely restaurant. The staff were courteous and seated us, even though we didn’t have reservations. The paella was the best I’ve had so far in Barcelona. We finished off with some whisky tart for dessert. The whisky contrasted the sweetness of the tart. I’d recommend this place to anybody, but just have a reservation, because it gets full fast.

Hands down the best paella I’ve ever had. Wonderful, small “joint” with nice atmosphere and great food. Highly recommended.

very nice place for paella and grilled fish, prices also very nice, definitely place worth visiting and coming back :) recommend!
The Mixed Paella was the best we’ve ever had in Barcelona even had some to take back to our hotel, the steaks looked amazing also, very efficient friendly staff beer on tap highly recommend
Big plates, cheap prices, nice staff. We had a very good time and seriously so much good food❤️ Also it’s a nice environment
Luces y sombras.
First time here: the servers were great. Very polite and informative about the food. The food portions in my opinion were for two people for most orders. We had to ask for some take home containers. We made reservations and the table was ready by the time we available. Our table of 9 was outside and the weather was great. The bread was very delicious.
I was at Bosque Palermo for dinner: I had "Solomillo de ternera" (Beef tenderloin) with salad. Food was very good, and service was good and prompt. Prices were medium.

I went to Bosc Palerm after watching some food videos on YouTube. I had to take the metro to reach this place. When I visited the place was not that full. I got seated and was provided the menu in English. They had a local menu too with their daily specials, so if one is interested they can ask for it. I only came here for the paella and so I ordered the seafood paella. It's about 26 Euros for the dish. Like I said the place was not full yet I had to wait for nearly 40 minutes to get the food. If you ask me was it worth the wait, I won't say yes. I mean the Paella was nice and tasty. Seafood was fresh. But I am sure you can get similar quality Paella in other restaurants as well. You don't have to travel all the way to this restaurant to have the Paella. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Nevertheless if you are in the area do give it a shot. It has got both outdoor and indoor seating.
