Would rather eat the insole out of my shoe.

I am writing this review with great disappointment after a truly terrible dining experience with a party of four. Unfortunately, almost every aspect of our meal was subpar, and the overall evening was a letdown. Our main issues were with the entrecôte. Firstly, it was served on a sizzling hotplate without any warning from the staff. This is a significant safety hazard. As a result, two of my guests were splattered with hot grease, leaving noticeable stains on their clothing. This is completely unacceptable and could have been easily avoided with a simple verbal warning. Secondly, the quality of the steak itself was very poor. It was far from the tender, high-quality cut we expected. The meat was tough, chewy, and contained an unacceptable amount of hard, gristly bits. Furthermore, we are certain that the steak was significantly underweight and not the promised 400 grams. Another dish we tried was the stew, which was very poorly filled. The portion was meager and lacked substance, making it feel like very poor value for the money. The only neutral point was the hamburger, which was okay, but nothing exceptional. It was simply average and cannot compensate for the other failures. When we tried to politely voice our concerns about the grease splatters and the quality of the steak, our comments were completely ignored. The lack of acknowledgment or apology from the staff was the final straw in a deeply frustrating experience. We had high hopes for our dinner, but left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will not be returning.
