Very few things beat the smell of fresh brewed coffee and a great vibe from the staff at Starbucks.
They made my drink as i requested perfectly. Staff was nice and I had no issues here. Plenty of parking. Area can be a little sketchy but..
Our Instructor Chefs, Chef Robert Halabicky and his assistant Chef Mariah Parke, have created an amazing menu consisting of a la carte artisan baked goods and aromatic, flavorful original java creations. We invite the community to come and support or Artisan Bakery and our student Chefs.
Great service even when busy. To bad it seems whenever there's a good crew they get new employees. Real good employees I always try to leave a tip-you know brighten the day up
Great customer service! The lady that helped us at the drive thru was very pleasant, patient and helpful. She did her best to accommodate us or offer suggestions to please the kids. If they didn’t have an item she was very apologetic and her tone was most pleasant. I normally go to the one in Lathrop, but will frequent this more often.
⚜️It’s Awesome to know that this Starbucks here was actually the first stop for someone very special, and for my surprise the Starbucks Personnel did noticed her and even Complimented her. One of the Ladies there, said that she probably recognize the smell of Starbucks when she grows a little more. This Starbucks here is always kept clean. I Recommend coming to this Starbucks is definitely worth it they make some great coffees. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚜️
Open for business. A new Starbucks (with Drive Thru) new location: 522 N. El Dorado St. @ Fremont St. Next door to to the new Chase Bank. Drive Thru entrance best from Fremont St. Update 4/9/19: Prepare to wait! You'd think that in our modern World technology allows us to do things quicker. Well, we know that's not necessarily true, especially here. First, let me say that I am not impressed with the interior design. If you want quiet it won't be here. The ambiance is like walking into a hospital or school cafeteria. Industrialish ceiling and interior allows too much sound from talking mixed with the usual Starbuck's sounds echos or bounces around the room. Waiting! I have personally experienced the disappointment of having to wait an extraordinary amount of time for my order. At this location, I've always ordered beforehand using the Starbuck's App. Ordering via the App is great. It allows you to save some time before you get there. The App tells me the time in minutes it takes to put my order together. Many times I order from right outside the store. So, once I come in I expect that my order would be ready. Unfortunately, there have been times that time saving was not the case once I arrived. Really, 10-30 minutes wait time!! On my next visit I now know that I'll be prepared to wait.
The staff was super sweet they wrote 'keep warm' on my cup because they knew I was sick.Because I ordered a medicine ball . However, medicine ball is supposed to be made with a Peach Tranquility and a Jade Citrus Mint teabag. I would make it at home, but these teas are hard to get. I noticed the teabags were a chamomile mint. I wish they would have told me they didn't have the same types of teas to make this. I could have made this at home . It was still good and the service was amazing . But please if you do not have the original recipes for certain teas please tell customers there will be an alteration in the recipe .
Would have given 5 stars, but every time I get oatmeal, it's always made different. Some days it has too much water, other days there's not enough. There's no consistency with how they make their oatmeal
I told her that I wanted to use my app before purchasing and she did anyway and then said it was to late. Why are you telling me what already know? Then my second visit they messed up my order. But this Starbucks is beautiful warm home like place to be. People hang around and stay awhile .
The hours posted on the Starbucks app are not what the baristas work. Walked 4 blocks to be told reudely that the doors don't open till 6, only the drive thru opens at 0530. So glad I didn't order on the app.
This Starbucks is in a cramped, frustrating location. The parking lot is tiny and shared with a Chase bank, which makes it chaotic during busy hours. The drive-thru line is almost always backed up to the street. Inside, the staff often seem unprepared or indifferent to the breakfast and lunch rushes. Service is slow and disorganized. Overall, it’s not the best spot if you're in a hurry or looking for a smooth experience.
I purchased a bagel this morning to find out that it was stale once I got to my office. I returned to exchange for a fresh one and Delia gave me a hard time about it stating, "We warm the bagels up, so that happens." There is no way in hell that was a fresh, toasted bagel! Another worker had to basically tell her co-workers to drop it! Joy was very kind and was quick to handle the situation professionally. Thank you Delia for reminding me why I shouldn't visit this location any longer! Btw, the 4 stars are for Joy's exceptional customer service skills.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today (2/12/2026 around 12:30 PM). I went inside to order during my lunch break because the drive-thru was packed. I received my spinach wrap and drink and didn’t notice until I got back to work that someone had written “bum!” on my cup. Whether this was meant for me or for someone else, it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No employee should ever be writing derogatory or hateful words on customers’ items. It’s disrespectful and reflects very poorly on the staff and management. I hope this is addressed seriously because no customer deserves to be treated this way.
Sadly I'm gonna try to stay away from this location twice I've ordered in the past. It seems like I just got mostly milk with no coffee in it..idk if it's Starbucks or this location but I don't want to go back to get fixed every time so it is what it is
I placed a mobile order on 12/6. I drove up to the window and asked if they had a sugar plum cheese danish. She asked another employee, she came back and I can not believe what she asked me. " We do, but can you pay for it and come back around?" I said no thank you can just give me a puppuccino.
I use to like this locations but it has definitely changed lol this was my drink this morning. I got a grande caramel macchiato it's supposed to have two shots of espresso and this is what I got. $5.95 for a cup of milk. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to remake it but don't go there! That's just crazy to me.
I started working close by to this Starbucks and have been ordering from here. The last 4 times my drink has not been made to my order. I ask with no ice, and it has ice. The cinnamon sprinkles or the pumpkin spice on top of drink is always missed! I’ve had to take extra time when I pick up to have them fix it. No ice or no sprinkles is not a big deal, but every time I order it happens! And it’s upsetting. I ordered today NO ICE! and there is ice.
11/8/2024 5:15 PM I ordered a Venti Iced Decaf Sugar Cookie Latte and was charged $6.75. The Barista handed me a tall size drink instead and I was waiting at the window for a few minutes but she chose to close the window and walk away. Unprofessional and overcharged me for the drink size she handed me. I won’t be consuming at this location anymore after this experience.
Have been a regular for the last 4 or 5 weeks since discovering it was there, I went in yesterday ordered my favorite drink, paid at the counter and left a tip. Got my drink with lid, I placed the drink down on the long table, to put my phone away and the drink just tipped over on its own, the lid immediately fell off and the entire drink ended up on the table even before I had a chance to sit or open the straw it came with. I immediately notified the barista I ordered from asking for a rag so I could clean it up. They said they would get it. I waited, but after a few moments, I started clean up with napkins with two other nice customers assistance. I finally had it cleaned up and completely dried. The the barista came and wiped the dry table once with a cloth and walked off. I sat and waited for 20 minutes, and was never offered or brought a replacement. So I left, my entire day after that was all down hill. was a sad, embarrassing experience from Starbucks, the likes I never would have believed had I not experienced it for myself. Disappointing. I'd like to end this by clarifying that aside from this, this particular location has been a good and fine establishment.
Great new building and location; unfortunately VERY poorly managed and maintained. Cleary not enough employees to make sure that customers are taken care of in a timely manner or the store maintained appropriately. Waited longer than we should have for two drinks that were more than half ice. The one garbage can inside was full, they needed to restock merchandise on the shelves, and actually clean the glass, rather than wiping it down with dirty towels, leaving dirty streaks and splash marks all over the glass. The "low maintenance" furniture and layout was still screaming for repair and all the girl behind the counter could say was I'm sorry as she focused on satisfying the drive thru drinks and alienating customers walking through the door. Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever seen in ANY Starbucks location ever. Wanted to utilize the WiFi inside, but unfortunately it wasnt working either. Starbucks mark-up on drinks is at least 70% and this location has the potential to make a killing! Wake up store manager, district manager, regional manager; this location is giving Starbucks a very bad reputation. Read all your one/two star reviews, they are all pretty consistent with the service at this location.
