The orange chicken was pretty dry, had to wait 10 mins for fried rice and chow mein to cook (poor planning). While waiting for our order to be completed the back of the chair next to me fell off.

Ordered the Bowl with Beijing beef. The food itself was tasty with the Chili sauce, however this particular Panda Express does not give a lot of portions for the beef. Too little beef for the amount of rice. The service was pretty bad too. We ordered a few sauces and utensils as part of our order, but they forgot about them. And then you have to wait a long time to get the missing sauce at the counter.

They forgot the veggie in our 1/2&1/2, and while in line I saw two people come back in with orders that had missing items. The portions were also smaller than others Panda Express locations. The guy in front of me ordered the upgraded walnut ship stuff. They put three shrimp and no walnuts or whatever else. He paid extra for that. Rough. My broccoli-beef had very little beef.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. First my fiancé asked for a sample and Phuong lies and tells us they stopped giving samples since the pandemic. It’s 5 years after and I have no other pandas telling me this ever. Then we get to the end of the line and Nyi tries to ring me up and the coin machine isn’t on. Then after he repeats to me my items I ask him to make sure I got broccoli beef because before I ordered I had seen it was low and I just knew I would have to wait. When he opened my plate there was no broccoli beef so I pay and begin waiting. The wait was not too bad I see the broccoli beef come out and by the time I got my food it was cold because Nyi tells me it’s going to be a wait and instead of calling me back up he just continues helping customers. So I stand up get back in line and wait to be helped. When I get to the front of the line I was excited to ask for my order however Nyi decides to walk away from me and the register. At this point I was fuming and looked at my fiance and said can you believe this ?! She just blamed me for not interrupting his conversation with the next customer which looking back on it I wish I would have Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda I hope it goes out of business after this. If for whatever reason you decide to shop here please bring all your patience because there is kids in there and they are sitting around talking and not wearing uniform.

Blindly following store procedures is more important than customer satisfaction at this location. I just lost 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back. I’d rather be fasting.

The Crab Rangoon they sell is as hallow as your heart and the cream cheese inside is as little as money in ur wallet. So be careful friends

Got overcharged for an extra plate we didn’t order, and then got handed the wrong food. Spent 10 awkward minutes trying to explain the obvious to the staff, who looked at the receipt like it was a riddle from an escape room. Finally got our actual food — cold by then — only to find a short hair hanging out in the fried rice like a surprise ingredient. At that point, we didn’t even bother complaining. If figuring out a basic billing mistake was too much, we weren’t optimistic about their hair-handling skills. Panda Express? More like Panda Stress.

Horrible customer service I ask for napkins, and Mayra told me with a very, very, very BAD attitude. There napkins over there referring to the paper towel from the bathroom. Another customer that was dining at the restaurant asked the cashier, "May used the Barhroom? and the cashier answear, "The bathroom is CLOSE, with out apologizes. Worse experience ever!

The “chow mein” on my plate was literally all cabbage. I found mayybe half an ounce of noodles. This was the same problem on my last order, but thought at the time it was a one-off. Apparently not? How do you not notice you’re serving up 98% cabbage instead of chow mein?

Stop with the small portions give ppl what they paid for. When I order steak & shrimp that's with i should get not mostly vegetables. I visited panda express today orderd chicken barely got any in the box it's literally half full.
