We only stopped by for our morning espresso, but it is a beautiful restaurant, and the service was quick and efficient. They have a fully stocked bar and a large screen TV to watch live sports.

Friendly service and an above average menu del dia. The artichoke soup with yucca chips was a meal in itself and so fresh. I had the merluza which was a generous portion and perfectly cooked. Postres was flan that melted in your mouth. It’s become a favorite spot for a good meal, quiet enough to converse, and on a sunny day, perfect for a terrace lunch. Well done!

I assume that since 1944 this lovely little place has made people very happy. Some of the best Catalan dishes we have here so far. The Cannelloni and the crema Catalana were remarkable. There is also fresh, juicy burrata and tasty croquettes fresh pan and anything you can think to drink. Can't explain why the beer tastes better but it does. Lots of seating options yet still always a good crowd and the staff is very personable while also being efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

$3 pints!!!!! Our second day in Barcelona we went out walking, looking at menus and hoping to find a great lunch. We saw this place. We checked out the menu. It had some tapas that we were familiar with as well as some great sounding dishes. It also had a handsome waiter which truth be told might be why Precious wanted to check it out. We had some patatas bravas which are awesome anywhere you get them. Precious got a salad, and we got a Catalan dessert which was kind of like a pudding with a very powerful taste. During our five days in Barcelona we stopped by this place two more times, and I ordered plenty of cervezas. They have plenty of sidewalk tables that are found on almost every street in Catalunya. But Precious is very sensitive to cigarette smoke so they also have about a dozen plus tables inside. The wait staff are pleasant. A great place to kick back, have some tapas and drinks and talk with your chums.

Very cool place, filled with locals. The food was very delicious, even though we did not try it, they have a cheap lunch menu for about 12€ that looked very good. No matter what you choose, the food quality seems to be very good. The service was less friendly to us as tourists in comparison to the locals, but I guess that is understandable? !

En la actualidad en el interior han actualizado el restaurante, con una carta amplia y un menú de mediodía muy interesante. Servicio y calidad correcta, precio acorde al conjunto. Quizás son un poquito lentos.

En general todo correcto. La cazuelita de camembert estaba un poco fuerte pero buena. El pan que iba con el camembert no me gustó, estaba como remojado. Brie rebozado bueno. Las berenjenas estaban bien pero la piel se notaba demasiado. Bravas buenas y pan con tomate perfecto. De postre el coulant muy bueno y el cheescake no me pareció artesano como me dijeron, pero se dejaba comer. Precio razonable.

Hemos comido el menú del mediodía a 16,90€. Entran dos platos más la bebida, el pan y el postre o café. Las raciones son bastante generosas y no nos lo hemos podido acabar todo. Servicio muy rápido y personal agradable.

Muy lindo cafe si es que buscas una terraza al sol. Se encuentra en un lugar donde hay amplitud visual y no terminas encerrado entre edificios lo cual es típico de una ciudad grande. El cafe normal, el pan con avocado y huevo normal también. En resumen, la atención muy amable, la terraza bella y los productos sin mucho para destacarse.

Fuimos a comer el sábado y la atención fue buena, pero muy muy lenta. Tardaron mucho en tomarnos nota y en servirnos cada plato. De hecho, en todas las ocasiones tuve que avisar a algún camarero para que nos atendiera o marchara el siguiente plato. Después de tanto esperar, el postre preferí llevármelo e irme. Pedimos alcachofas, calçots y entrecotte, sin embargo, los calçots vinieron en tempura y fue bastante decepcionante. He ido alguna vez a este restaurante y la comida no esta mal, pero sinceramente esta última experiencia no ha sido muy satisfactoria.

El smoothie normal. Es de fruta natural congelada. Demasiado frío la verdad y no tiene demasiado sabor, pero aceptable. El bikini un auténtico desastre. Pan malo, blando por unos sitios y duro por otros. El queso malísimo y el sabor del jamón york también. No sé el resto de comida q tal será, pero desde luego el bikini para eliminarlo de la carta directamente. Servicio correcto y eficiente. La terraza con las lonas de plástico bajadas se carga mucho el ambiente con el tabaco. Este sitio tiene una fama inmerecida.

Título: No vale la pena El primer camarero fue amable y servicial. Pedimos hamburguesas sin patatas y en su lugar unas bravas para compartir. Otro camarero nos sirvió la comida con patatas por error. Al mencionarlo, las retiró de mala manera y las regaló a otra mesa delante de nosotros. Las hamburguesas no valían su precio y los baños estaban en mal estado. Una experiencia decepcionante.

Yo solo voy a decir una cosa,encargado déspota,prepotente y poco profesional.Llegamos a la 1 menos algo,no nos quiso servir 2 cervezas cuando tenía todavía clientes dentro. Somos de hostelería y el tío lo que hace es que cierra la cortina y allí no entran más que sus amigos. Sé quién es el dueño,mismo del Ciurana en la C/Vallespir,le informaré porque a ese ecuatoriano tiene que sacárselo de encima por Dios!!!

Overly priced for two teas. Fancy teapots (a bit rusty), but the tea was not even warm. Despite this, we were served with a staggering €7 bill. You pay for the location, but not for the quality. We asked for a bit of milk, but there was more milk than tea in the pot. You could barely taste the tea. An absolute disaster. The waiter was on the phone when we arrived and made us wait. After that he was polite.
