First I called to place an order over the phone , the cashier answered the phone with her prepared speech. ” If you are placing an order please have your card ready to pay, have your card number ready and illl be back with you!” Should have left it at that! But decided I didn’t feel comfortable giving my card over the phone and went to order in person. Huge mistake! Ordered 15 pc whole wings and they were disgustingly nasty! They were old and clearly pre-cooked. They were the size of a micro chicken! This place need to close the doorsif this is what they are serving daily! Total dissatisfaction. Nothing about this experience garners them any praise! Absolutely DO NOT waste your money! #oldchicken

Ordered 7 piece combo paid $30.00 ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Wings & fries were soggy I asked for honey hot got honey gold which I do not like asked for wings to be fried hard I received 1carrot & 1 celery stick got charged a $5.95 debit card fee which made order go from $22.99 to $30.00 come on really lemonade was horrendous! Wings were THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I will never eat here again I have informed all my colleagues and family not to eat here! Don’t waste your time!

The girl took a long time to count her drawer in. She wore a black bonnet and uniform. She acknowledged me she got to the change part and asked who was i picking up for.i prayed it wasn't one of the orders setting around unbanned. They were steadily adding to the windows. I told her the name and she snapped that is not the right way to say the name. She got the order from under the bar ledge held the order in her hand then laid the receipt on the counter and told me to confirm it. I told her I could not because it has to be attached to make sure it was the right order. I told her I need to take the picture with the receipt and name on the order. She refused three times and said she has to hold the order on that side of the counter. I told her I dont see the name just like door dash system kept saying retake the confirmation. She still refused argued and said she will not set it closer so I could take the picture. Then she said I tell you what. She stapled the receipt to the bag and still stood away.door dash still error saying retakethe picture. I contacted the customer explained the day and decided to let door dash know this is the fourth incident at that store with getting confirmation and clean delivery order. I always show the order and stay until order confirmed and delivery directions show. Customer service is shot there.i hear the cook singing ingredients and it makes me think friendly and inviting. Direct opposite. No greeting, no apologizing for delay just, who are you picking up for. You should not have rude aggressive people on the front counter that cannot maintain a professional quality to order delivery or packaging.

There is a lady there, black, light complexion, 5'3, who just isn't very pleasant. She just points at where she wants you to go as if im in prison and she's a correctional officer or something. Just not very good customer service. I'd like to think it's not personal, because we don't know each other so im assuming that this is just who she is, no mask, not playing hard to get. Just seemingly genuinely upset, dismayed, disassembled. Its internal for her. Just not happy, just not capable.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I place a large order for my family for WINGS & VEGGIES they NEVER give me the veggies!! They DO NOT FOLLOW FRY INSTRUCTIONS. What’s the purpose of giving the option of crispiness if ALL YALL KNOW HOW TO SO IS FRY SOFT‼️ Then waited over an hour for order to see they didn’t even include ALL 4 EGGROLLS I PAID FOR EITHER! It’s not a coincidence that they leave items off and know customers have been waiting then play dumb like they don’t know what they did. How you fried my 2 EGG ROLLS HARD AS A ROCK but can’t fry chicken extra crispy or hard?! Then out of 50pc of chicken, about 20 were extra small and missing MOST OF THE CHICKEN‼️

Called my order in and got there and still waited a hour on 3 wing orders of the all star specials and the fries was cold my order was wrong im frustrated as hell haven't ate all day. NEVER going back

I the last week I have ordered from All Star Hot Wings. Normally I have no complaints at all. But these last to times was awful. The fish time was last week I ordered the catfish, no again I have never had an issue before until now. The catfish meal was unseasoned, the catfish was so thin that is you could only taste the cornmeal on it (no meat at all) and fries was cold. I gave them the benefit of doubt and did not write a review because normally they are really good. Up until yesterday which was Thursday. Now note I did call to speak to a manager but was told she was out and that she would call me back I never received a call back so today I'm giving you a review. Yesterday I ordered the five piece Wing meal. I asked for wet seasoning with fries and two ranch and sprite. Of course it was delivered and a delivery driver said that there was no Sprite on the order it was clear as day on the receipt that there was a Sprite ordered. I did get a refund for the Sprite that I did not yet. Now as it goes for the wings. The wings was not seasoned the way I wanted them, they were dried, small and barely had no meat on them. The wind was also cold and so was my fries. Now again normally All Stars is really great but the last two times was awful. I would never order from all stars ever again. Again I did reach out to the manager and was told she was not available and that she would call me back. I never got a call back. I'm very dissatisfied with all star. They went from a five star from me to a one star. If it would had allow me to give them a 0 I would have.

The manger is rude and talk to his customer crazy. I will NEVER go back again. He has no respect for women..... the chicken wings are small. And had the nerves to say, they're small because the chicken is organic...

Old soggy, cold wings and veggies. wings seemed previously fried with thrown on sauce and way too much sauce. I would hope the food is better if you come to the restaurant, but what I received via Doordash was NOT consumed. Don't sale what you will not eat.

My food was horrible on 11/30/2023 I ordered 2, 3 catfish dinners. They must have switch fish or vendors because the fish is not the same it overcooked and falling apart, almost most burned and the okra and hush puppy was super hard. All star on Hwy 64

Very disappointed. The wings were fried too hard or they were old wings. Wing are too small and have little to no meat on them. Fries were cold and hard also. I THOUGHT THEIR FOOD WAS COOK TO ORDER BUT GUESS NOT. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING
