Came in here after work to eat and had a small issue with my order but the man who I spoke to and who helped me, Darious, was extremely nice and considerate. He went above and beyond. Food was hot and fresh, definently would recommend coming here for lunch :)
Yesterday was the last day of school. I pulled up to order and the man over the speaker warned me about a 15minute wait bc of how many kids were inside. I said it’s fine. I would wait. When I pulled up to the window he told me Freddie’s covered my meal today. I didn’t expect that! What great service. I really didn’t mind waiting but I do appreciate the honesty and the free meal. Thanks.
The food was absolutely AMAZING!!! The guy serving us was so kind and he complimented my little brother's baby Yoda shirt. The restaurant was super clean and the atmosphere was great. I love Freddy's and I think this business should NEVER die.

OMG today was my first visit and I am addicted!! I had the original double with cheese and a vanilla concrete with cheesecake and strawberry add ins. At first I was a little taken back by the price (I am very frugal). But the second I sank my teeth into this burger all my issues with the price went out the window. I have never had a burger taste like this. It is the perfect combination of ingredients and seasoning and I cannot see any enough about it. The onion rings are perfectly battered and cooked to perfection as well. And now for the vanilla concrete. The velvety smoothness exploded with flavor the second it touched my taste buds. It does melt faster than regular ice cream but it is so good it doesn't last long enough to melt anyways! If you have any reservations about going here, ignore them and go!!!!
Excellent food and very helpful staff. Went there for lunch. My wife had their steak burger with cheese and a side of fries. Love their thin cut fries! I opted for a hot dog with mustard, relish and onions. It was prepared correctly and quickly. Didn't have time for frozen custard today but I know from previous visits that it's excellent. Recommend!
Used drive thru and it was fast. Orders were taken in a timely manner and the gentleman at the window was courteous and polite. Enjoyed the Key Lime Custard shake and it was refreshing for a summer treat!
My wife and kid's loved the burgers and I had the fish. Food was amazing and wish there were more throughout Texas. The fries were mini looking but the taste was way better than any other fries I have had in a while.

My family rarely ventures out to eat, but we really enjoy Freddys, friendly atmosphere, military discounts and friendly service. We ate dinner at the Highland Village, Texas location and the manager on shift. Michael was very kind and courteous to our family and even came over to check to see how the meal was. Me and my husband liked reggy , our order was messed up and I asked to speak with a manager . Reggy appeared from the back (very well dressed, I assumed he was the top boss/manager) not only did he tell me he would wash his hands and make my order correctly but he brought ice cream to my table which made my 2 girls happy ! Place is also cleaner . Great guy and great service

Every time I come here I am blown away by the customer service and how they talk to their customers, what makes this most impressive is the fact they are all teenagers or young adults. Extremely impressed and pleased with each of my visits. Please make sure they aware of this because it’s getting rarer and rarer to find this level of service, you have an awesome crew.
This was my first visit to Freddy’s. I was in a rush and craving a burger. While the food itself was good, the standout was the exceptional service. I missed the name of the gentleman at the drive-through window, but his kindness, politeness, and thoughtful recommendations (gave me several sauces to try since it was my first time there) truly elevated the experience. Great customers service is hard to find anymore…I hope you know who I’m talking about and you keep him around!
Laila is a very nice person. I'm not good at speaking English, but she can use fluent Mandarin and Cantonese to take my orders, and she's very polite too.
Excellent burgers, hot dogs, fries and fry sauces. Yes the wait is a little longer because God forbid the food is made well. They also employ genuinely nice people who I can overhear being incredibly kind to new recruits. As a diner it’s a positive sign that the food is good and the employees seem happy and helpful towards each other.
Def a hidden gem. Ricki was probably one of the friendliest people with such positive energy. Was patience as it was my friends first time at a Freddie’s. Food was phenomenal, they even coursed out our desserts. For “fast food” this was a great dining experience. Will def make the 30 minute drive again.
The past 2 visits. Our burgers have been WAY over salted. I wanna like this place but for $8 a burger you should really keep an eye on the cook. It’s ok if it’s a little salty, but this was just like drinking straight from the salt shaker. I called up there but hung up and didn’t wanna sound like a Karen. Hopefully management sees this and addresses the issue. Thx
It was excellent. The food is awesome. My husband, granddaughter, and I all had different meals and we were all very happy. My granddaughter is a very picky eater but she loved her chicken and fries. We couldn't leave without having a custard sundae. It is clean and a little nostalgic.
Brandon was very professional with a very good attitude. Definitely needs recognition. Employees like him are the reason I come back to this place.
I came in today, 8-9-18, and was blown away by the food and staff! The food was just great, came out hot and just the way I ordered it. The staff was great as well, they frequently asked if I needed anything regarding my meal. The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. Constantly cleaning and taking out trash when needed to be done. The manager, Zach, and General Manager, Sara, were both great! They kept the restaurant clean and in great shape. Way to go.
I am always happy with a Freddy's burger. But this one was completely falling apart. Was it still good? Yes, but I want to pick it up and eat it. That failed. Will I go back? Yes, I'm sure this is a one off.
I went into Freddy, for the first time. I atmosphere was perfect for me. The young man that waited on me was very patient in explaining the menu and cost. I thought it was a bit pricey. I ordered a steak hamburger on Texas toast. I was shocked. The season meat was perfect. The toast was the “icing on the cake” as they say. I’ve never had smashed meat, but I like it better than thick meat. I told my granddaughter. She said I have been there, it’s the best. The manager was friendly. He wanted to know, if I enjoyed my meal. I said yes. He said the Texas toast is only for a limited time. I highly recommend everyone to try Freddy it’s the best.
It's a beautiful Sunday after church. There wasn't a line to order. The dining room was nice, cool, and clean! My wife ordered a #1 Combo and I ordered a #2 Combo. In a few minutes, we were served. The burgers looked and tasted good. Such a nice experience. Thank you Sunday pm Team Freddy's Highland Village! Including the rest room, All was neat and clean!
If you've never tried a Freddy's burger before then you have no idea what your missing. My wife said the patty melt is the best she has ever had. As for myself someone who has been to many burger establishments in many different states I believe these burgers are the best. In my opinion the onion rings are the best also. My wife said that the onion rings are like lays potato chips that they say you can't eat just one. Well she said you can't eat just one or 2 or 3 well truthfully it'll take a whole large order to get enough. You have gotta go and check them out. The manager is so nice and polite and so was the entire crew. The restaurant was very clean inside and out. Thank you Freddy's for such a great experience. The Ennis restaurant is where we go. We drive 18 miles just to eat here and it's very well worth it.
These employers are awesome. They are always happy to help. The manager Ricky’s gets an A+ for checking in on us. We appreciate this. The food is fresh and hot. Which makes it even more of a joy to dine-in. The cashier Austin is very polite and he washes his hands before he prepares the custard. We appreciate this. Austin made us a fresh batch of fries for our group. Those are super delicious. Thank you Ricky and staff for the great memories at Freddy’s Custard and SteakBurgers.

Never had any complaints with this or the Euless location, Stopped in around 7pm on a Friday and was able to get my food in under 3 minutes. Burger and fries delicious as always and I see that they have Tater Tots now which I will definitely be eating next time
Stopped in based on a recommendation, after a day of moving to feed my helpers. We were very impressed with the food and prices. The burgers have that classic old school taste, and you get a huge helping of fries.

Honestly the best fastfood burger I have had. Even tops some sit down burger spots. Shoe string fries are crispy and well seasoned. There hasn't been anything that I have tried, that I haven't liked. Now if they take the high fructose out of the fry sauce we'd be golden!
My first visit to a Freddy's was 11.5.2025. I visited the location near Richardson, TX (store #384, I believe). Food was great. Customer service was great as well. Destini was very helpful to make sure my order was completed correctly and timely. I will be back.
Came through the drive thru for lunch, I got an original double with no onions with cheese curds. My burger was fresh and very delicious, my cheese curds were nice a crisp and tasted amazing with the marinara sauce. The lady at the window I believe her name was Kaden, she had a great attitude and made she my order was correct! I WILL be returning, I love this location!!!
I truly enjoyed my experience. Crystal Especially made it better, she was constantly moving and cleaning and running all over taking care of things. She was constantly smiling while working. More places need people like her.
My 3 boys and I visited Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers on a Saturday night at approximately 8 pm. We ordered a hot dog meal, 4 piece chicken strip meal and 2 double bacon cheeseburger meals, each with a drink. We ate inside, required a booster seat, which they provide, it was very refreshing to see the booster seat was wrapped in cellophane and it was obvious that it had been cleaned very well beforehand. The men's and women's restrooms had a Koala changing station that made it convenient for a quick and clean, replacement. The drinks allowed us to conveniently top off our fountain drinks as we left, with no hassle, free refills. The 4 different meals we orded, left our tastebuds thrilled and our bellys feeling blessed from our delicious choice. I would recommend Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers for many reasons, including but not limited to, the awesome ice cream shakes that are absolutely out of this world delicious. If you go for nothing else, go for at least a shake!
First time here and I have to say for being fast food it was much better than I expected. Got the fried onion steak burger and was very satisfied. Staff seemed friendly and helpful, napkins and cup lids were empty so had to ask.
Freddy's is always Good 👍 great place to get a quick bite to eat. Highly recommend.

I love Freddie's, but I don't like this location. Every time I go here there has been something wrong with what I've ordered. One day it was the fries- just a strange taste- another time every single thing I ordered was overcooked. Just strange. The people are really really nice, I just don't like what they serve at this location. I live more closely to Southlake, and that location tastes marginally better. Which sucks, again, the staff are very nice.
Went there close to closing time, was basically dead, only one other family there. Was quiet and clean. I ordered a chicken sandwich, wife got a burger. The chicken was good, but tasted like it may have been freezer burnt or something. Wasn’t that bad. Burger looked damn good. Also got a custard with waffle cone, was delicious. Will definitely come back!
I talked my husband into driving over from Denton because we love your food. The food was great but we didn't get our large order of fries. That meant someone didn't get what they love most from Freddy's. They got some from the two orders of reg. Fries but it wasn't as much as they wanted. It is disappointing to come home and find a wrong order and know we aren't going to drive back over. I did try to call your store but there was no answer. I could understand the mistake if you had been busy but you weren't. We will be back because your food is good but I will be checking our order more closely.
The milkshakes were amazing, but the already frozen ice cream sandwich lacked in every aspect.
2024 review: Very nice greeting as we walked into the restaurant and friendly service while ordering. Food was hot and as ordered. The only complaint I would have is they did not have tea. I can't drink anything carbonated so I had to improvise. 2025 review: We ate inside again today. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking. When we entered, the person who took our order never smiled. Then while we were eating at 7:15 pm, the employee started dumping the tea "because someone complained it didn't taste good". We had tea - it tasted fine, but we asked if they would be making more. We were told no by the manager. It was before 7:30 in a restaurant that doesn't close until 10...hmmm I'm seeing a trend.
My now favorite smash burger and fries. As a couple other Freddys I’ve visited, they all could use a big cleaning. the table tops and seats were whipped off clean, but, the bench sides and kick boards, under the tables as well all need a deep clean, like Chef Ramsey would have them do.

This retro diner themed restaurant impressed these first time visitors. The service was good but the food was so much better. The Patty Melt and the Double Steakburger California Style were amazing! Seasoned to perfection, juicy and served at the right temperature. While I’m not a fan of shoestring fries, theirs were pretty good. Freddy’s offers wheelchair accessibility, clean restrooms with a baby changing station and coat hooks😊, a drive thru, outdoor seating and fast service. We left happy about our decision to give them a try. Next time we’ll try the frozen custard.
The food has been always good. However, this particular day the location was really dirty. It had a horrible smell. It seemed like the floor hasn't been mopped in weeks. And the bathrooms were not kept up. So sad. We love the food but it is not inviting as it used to be a couple of years ago. So sad :-(
We love Freddy's. Their burgers can't be beat. They have Keto friendly options. Fries are awesome. But the inside is run by teenagers who are in WAY over their heads. When we go for drive through or pick up we know to tack on at least 20 extra minutes for wait time. I always have to check to make sure we get our entire order. The last couple of times I've been in the restaurant it was sticky and the floors were dirty.
Dirty. The staff were friendly enough, the food was pretty good, the ice cream was great. But the dining room was dirty with dirity floors and cracked tiles everywhere. The men's restroom was dirty, run down, extremely small and the caulking around the fixtures were discolored. This location could have been a flagship for the brand due to the area its in but its absolutely gross.

Freddy’s is a great place for sundaes. But this time a mini cost nearly $6. My mom’s plain hot dog was also nearly $6. Food is good but these prices are a deterrent. The service was fast & friendly but I bussed my own table before we sat down bc it was sticky with crumbs. It just wasn’t busy enough today (Tuesday) to excuse how dirty the restaurant was, especially the floor. I’m not one to complain but we had to step over a spill of melted custard to get in the door &again when we left since it was still there. Gross.
We love Freddy’s and while the food was fresh and made to order this time YAY! (Last time the fryers were out) the tables were ALL dirty, the trash cans so full you couldn’t fit anything in and napkins all gone Little attention goes a long way but at least the food tasted amazing! I guess we are doing drive through next time
I really like the food here, so I come fairly often. But it isn't fast. I go somewhere else if there are any cars in the drive through. Tonight, I waited behind two cars , one which left, and got to the window in about 20 minutes. Then waited at the window for another 20 minutes where they asked me three times what I ordered. The first attempt to charge my card failed. So I just left. Hopefully the ten or so cars behind me had a better experience.
Food was outstanding, thoroughly impressed with that. The gentleman that took my order was very courteous and did a great job despite the condescending tone his shift leader had with her subordinates. However the cleanliness could definitely use some attention. Tables crummy, uncleaned, with the rings of previous patrons’ drinks. Seats have old food between the cushions. The floor throughout the restaurant has a slippery residue as if they put down soap but didn’t bother rinsing and drying it. The bathroom was filthy not only with the floor but with paper towels littered about (the checklist shows the last cleaning having been the 24th, it writing this on the 27th) Napkins, straws, ketchup dispenser, and some of the sauces are left empty. I saw someone ask for straws and the employee handed her the whole package of straws expecting her to restock it while she takes her own. Asked for napkins and was pointed in the direction of napkins left on a table, none from an actual dispenser. I just wish the atmosphere matched the food quality.
Well, Yesterday I wanted to experience what Freddy’s Burger was like. What a disappointment when I go in and discover that it is “Steak & Shake” with another name, .. number 1, I had to wait for someone to come and take the order, . 2. I ordered the onion rings thinking they would be the same as the photos, .. and they gave me some thin burnt strips, .. as thin as shoe lace. Well, in short, I won’t fall for it again, .. because you will pay much more than you paid at “S&S”
Used to work at this location a while back. Service has gotten worse and worse since I left. I’ve had cold stale fries with either no seasoning or an amount of seasoning to make me feel like I need to see a doctor. They’ve completely forgotten ingredients even when they aren’t busy at all. This location used to be great but sadly it’s been worse and worse every time I’ve gone recently. Hopefully this location can turn itself around as it’s done in the past.
Based on previous reviews, we drove from Denton for a Chicago Dog. We were disappointed. First, the order taker told me they were out of relish. No offer to discount to my order. I said okay since I had some relish at home. But when I got home I discovered my dog was also missing celery salt. I don’t know what city would claim this hot dog, but it would certainly not be Chicago.

Fast service. Good burgers. Great fries. Edit: The last two times we've gone there, it was cash only because their credit/debit card system wasn't working. No sign on door, or anyplace else. Waited in line for quite a while to only be told when we got to the front. Complete waste of time and quite frustrating. I can understand that the system is down, but let people know before they've wasted their time. Edit 3/15/24: best fries around. So good.
You know what... I'm sick of it. I love the food but the service is never good. Employees clearly aren't happy. My orders come incorrect consistently. I even worked here when I was a kid. But I ordered fry sauce tonight, even ordered a second order of fries with my combo. Nothing even a ketchup. This is one of many errors of laziness and ill-motivated culture in the work place. Do better, a napkin. I love your burgers. Over salted as they sometimes maybe, they can't make my blood thicker than my **** right? Just put the extra in to make those people really smile!
3rd time going here. I keep forgetting how bad the food is. Hamburger small and extremely salty. Ordered a $5 sundae with banana topping. It was a small cup of soft serve with 4 banana slices. Good location.
I love Freddy’s. I wish we had one closer (Justin, Tx near the Speedway). But we came out here to Highland Village to go see a movie and chose to eat here. Unfortunately it was the worse Freddy’s experience. The fries and tater tots our family got tasted like it was made in old grease. The burgers seemed slapped together. The drink machines were off. The young man who took our order seemed to not care OR he shouldn’t be on the cashier… SPEAK UP AND CLEAR DUDE! I’m just disappointed.
I used the Freddy’s app for the first time today. I was excited to use it because whenever I order through the drive-thru, it almost always takes 20 minutes before you get your food at this location. I wrongly assumed the app would be faster. It’s not. I pulled in to the drive-thru and let them know I was there to pick up my order. They shouted that I had to come inside. I parked and went inside, and again told them I was there to pick up. I asked why I had to come inside and was told in a pretty rude manner that it was store policy and if I had a problem with it, I should contact their corporate office. And just to be clear, I didn’t ask rudely or raise my voice. I simply asked a question. My food was prepared but everything else was self service. The condiments I requested in the app weren’t in the bag, no napkins or straws, was given empty cups to fill the drinks myself. I was by myself and had a pretty large order that was cumbersome to carry out alone. This wouldn’t have been an issue if they had delivered the order through the drive-thru window like every other fast food restaurant with an app does. In short, people use fast food apps for convenience and speed. Using the Freddy’s app made my experience slower and less convenient, and I was treated rudely to boot. Since the only other option is to wait in the drive-thru line for a ridiculously long time, I most likely will not be spending my money here again. Advice to store manager: You should probably consider changing this policy because it will ultimately cause you to lose customers like it did today.
The interior of the stores literally disgusting The walls are nasty tiles are falling off everywhere there's tape holding stuff together chairs are ripped plastic faded it's honestly impressive how bad of shape the store is in and then the food was only meh
I want to admit up front: I showed up at 7PM on steak burger day (which I was unaware of) so I guess the fault is my own for even trying to use the drive through during that time. When I got to the order microphone, they informed me they were out of onions. I said that was okay and placed my order. Nearly 40 minutes later, I pulled up to the window where they informed me they had no food except hot dogs. Now, I'm obviously at fault for not leaving after the first 15 minutes of the line not moving, but my family had requested Freddy's and I had already ordered. Not sure why the store didn't send someone out to inform the people in line the food was all gone but I do share in the responsibility for trusting that the person taking the food orders at the window knew what was going on enough to not let people order more food. Nothing was offered at the window as an apology for wasting my time and while I don't feel entitled to anything necessarily, I feel like it would have gone a long way to ensuring I ever return to this location in the future.
This is a new store that has only been open a few days, so I gave it some slack on the stars. We live less than a mile from the store and our food was cold when we got home. Also, the drinks we ordered were not in the bags. Not a great start for a restaurant in a small community that will need the local neighborhoods to keep it in business once the newness wears off.
The employees were kind and accommodating, but the experiences I had interacting with who I could only assume to be management, as well viewing how they interact with and treat the employees in front of clientele was shocking and disturbing. I love Freddy's food, custard was good as always; but the people in charge need to do better at keeping a friendly environment and also a clean restaurant atmosphere. No employee should be reprimanded, talked to sternly, or blatantly and rudely corrected in front of a CUSTOMER. Management needs to do better and think cautiously about what we as customers see for the sake of our experience.
I ordered on doordash. 3 hotdogs were plain with no toppings not even the ones I payed extra for. 1 hot hotdog was just the bun, no hot dog or toppings. The cheese curds were missing completely. I want my money returned. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Everyone should avoid this location and doordash in general.
Arrived 45 minutes before closing but the dining room was already locked! Drive thru attendant was more concerned about making jokes with another employee rather than taking our order, which of course meant it was wrong. Our fries were cold. The mustard on 2 of our burgers was so much my husband (whose german and loves mustard!) Was considering throwing away over half of his burger because they put way too much!!!! Was disappointed in the service, having to eat in my car, the quality of the food, the time it took to get our food even though there was clearly no care put into it!! Just all-together an incredibly disappointing trip and night out. Worst experience ever from Freddy's.
You don’t serve drive thru because you have “too many DoorDash orders”!?!? Seriously? I went last night at 8:45 (they don’t close until 10) to be told that they can’t serve us because they had too many online orders. This location has gone DOWN hill.
If you would like to eat dinner with cockroaches, this is the place to go. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Filthy everywhere and we saw multiple cockroaches in the dining room within the first few minutes of being there. There were at least 5 employees there, all looked to be teenage boys. You’d think with that many people working on a slow night they’d have the man power to do some cleaning. This place should definitely NOT be open for business right now. I don’t even want to know what the back of the restaurant looks like if the dining room is crawling with cockroaches. I will not be returning here.
This restaurant is ran horribly. I've attempted two different nights to get hot fudge sundaes because it sounded good. The first time they told me it would be 15 minutes for 2 sundaes. Tonight I've waited 25 minutes so far for 2 sundaes. This is wild...
If you value your time, don’t come here. Waited at the drive-thru order window for 10 minutes before they even took my order, placed my full order and afterwards was advised it would be another 30-45 minutes to receive my order (with only 3 cars in front of me in the line). Went to Whataburger instead. Driving across town to Culver’s also would have been quicker.
The worst customer service ever you make a order on the app to make sure you can get it fast because you are in a hurry. You get to the place and they won't give you the food unless you park and go inside so I go inside and they don't even get your drink ready they just hand you empty cups what's the point of picking what you want to drink in the app? They are lazy here go somewhere else.
Just went thru drive thru. Ordered double bacon cheese burger, French fries, Diet Coke. No Coke products. Drive thru window was disgustingly dirty! The person at the window was snippy and borderline rude. Meat patties were super thin and crispy around edges. As for the French fries, there were hardly any in the container. Will never go back.

Just dropped almost $70 dollars there and the meat in the burgers tastes like they poured an open container of salt in to them. Inedible and disgusting and not even an excuse that it was busy. No one was in line around 4:45. Manager offered a free combo meal card. Lol
It was a nice location was brand new. Clean and all. However, we downloaded the app and was told our free burger would take about 24-48 hrs to be available for use. Fast forwarding the free burger never populated. Only free fries. So we had purchased our meal spending almost $20 for two burgers that's a thin smash burger. And it didn't have any flavor, so I really didn't get to enjoy it eehhh
Worst experience ever, we arrived at 10:40 after they were supposed to open at 10:30 am. The doors were still locked, a employee ignored us for a bit before opening the door. They stated their manager failed to open up early for them to start prepping. They told us it would be 30 mins before they would be ready to take orders. 30 mins later they said it would be 5 minutes. 1 hour later after I noticed how much time we had wasted waiting we left. If their manager was one of my employees, they would have been fired and gone by the end of the day. And no I don't need an apology from whoever handles your social media accounts, just make sure your house is in order.
I recently stopped at this restaurant to get a hamburger went to the drive-through sat for almost 8 minutes with nobody answering. The drive-through left went back around second time through the drive-through sat there for an additional five minutes with people behind me still, nobody taking my order, somebody went to the window got their order taken. I tried to do the same. The guy told me that he got the person behind me their order and that I need to go back around again for the third time whenever there has been more customers back behind me Didn’t offer to take my order as I’ve been sitting in the drive-through twice with no response. Poor customer service didn’t even offer. Anything will not be back to this establishment.
Let me start by saying there’s no soap in the bathrooms and when I asked why there was not any the employee said that the soap dispenser broke. When I received my food the burger had sections that were pink and raw around the edges. Additionally I ordered a large fry and the tray was hardly filled. I love the food here but this trip was disappointing.
Sorely disappointed. It took almost an hour just to get our food and it didn't even look appetizing, the meat on our burgers was gray and looked dried out. Even the iced tea tasted stale. We threw the food in the garbage as soon as we got home and saw how bad it looked. A waste of nearly $60.
Don’t order from this place. Order was wrong. Missing items. Round from my house to there and back 11 miles. They don’t answer their phone. Had to dive back to get the items that I paid for. By the time that got back my food was cold and not edible. Will never order from this place again.
We waited in line for over 20 minutes and paid only to be told there was no custard machine. They refunded my money. That would have be good to know at the time I placed my order.
Horrible. Not worth your time or money. Both times we have ordered on the app, they were out of something. Ofcourse we were still charged. The first time they ask if we’d like to substitute, the second time they just said get a refund, but we will have to call up the number on the app for it. They won’t do it there. So you’ll be charged and drive away without the item you were charged for. Management is just terrible. Looking at the reviews, it’s time to get a new manager who can keep up with ordering products advertised on the menu and app and to handle this situation better. I called the store like they told me to do for a refund and the number seems to be disconnected. So now I will be contacting corporate to report this location and discuss the problems with them and I’ll be doing a chargeback since you fraudulently took our money for something I didn’t receive. Update: Was not able to get ahold of the store as their number seems to be disconnected. Odd bc I’ve never heard of a store where you could not reach them with the number provided. Called the corporate number instead, explained to them everything that happened. They assured I would be taken care of and reached out to the district manager of this location to reach out to us for a partial refund. Days later and nothing, so I called my bank and disputed part of the charge that I was charged for and didn’t receive the item. Seems stupid to make it difficult to receive a refund, rightfully, for something I didn’t receive but paid for, and in the end the bank forced you to give my money back and you probably paid for chargeback fees. Not very smart on your end. I 100% back my statement that this location needs to be looked into (especially the number not being reachable) and needs new management (store manager, general manager, and district manager). My fault for going to the knock off Steak ‘n Shake.😅
I tried to use a gift card but the "internet was down," so I couldn't. Also, they had a three day promo for $1 $2 & $3 shakes but it was only thru the app, but the app wasn't working. The manager was apologetic but why couldn't she sell an item for $1 or $2 and honor the promo? And, I thought the store was a little dirty, floors, tabletops, the visible kitchen. Overall, I wouldn't return but im stuck w a gift card I couldn't use and now?....IDK, maybe I'll give it to someone. Oh, and I tried to call the corporate # and suggest XYZ when they run unsuccessful app promos but i had to leave a voicemail which im sure will never be returned. Anyway, way to go Freddy's!!!....you guys really knocked it out of the park.
I ordered 3 meals for delivery. They called me saying they were out of the chocolate brownie concreate, no cheese sauce and no sweet tea. When my order did arrive, we were missing 1 order of fries- they tasted old anyway, no staws and the vanilla shake that i had to settle for was completely melted. I paid $70 for lousy food that I ended up having to microwave my Jalapeño cheese burger that was missing the Jalapeños along with my teenage kids cheese burgers. I would not recommend this place.
Burgers are too good, and we utilized the steak day deal last night. The employees are kind as well, but huge issue is that this location is located in Highland Village, a very nice area, and there isn’t a single time I’ve been here where this location is not dirty. Constantly had fries on the floor, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans inside and outside. Disgusting. The food is still great, but grab it to go because the inside is absolutely gross. Step it up y’all. Matter of fact, I’m changing my review from 2 stars to 1 because there are numerous other reviews about the cleanliness and obviously no one has taken any action to improve on this. Management where are you?
What kind of sundae is this? I just see custard and a couple frozen strawberries. Not good at all. The service was horrible as well! Instead of the employee handing me the ice cream, she took it to the opposite counter and threw it. It slid to the very opposite end from where I was standing. Then proceeded to not provide a spoon or anything. They need to work on their customer service. Bad.
Never coming here again they had the order right on the Receipt. Just didn’t put anything in the bag that we ordered (always check food nowadays before you leave, service is so terrible and getting worse and worse) we didn’t check the food (our mistake) we were in the drive thru for such a long time we just grabbed and went home. Much to our displeasure the order was all wrong once we looked. Called for a refund because 2 hotdogs and a # 3 is almost $25. The GM told my wife that we had to either come all the way back for a refund or for them to remake our food.. Wy wife had to tell her she CAN give us a refund over the phone. after being on hold for over 10 minutes this GM said she did refund our money- Ridiculous- Great job on getting the Receipt right - Freddy’s try to SUCK Less- Good day
10/1/2020- what another waste. We tried the chicken sandwich but it was so bad my dog wouldn’t eat it. Stick to burgers and hotdogs. Those are at least decent. Drive thru was so slow. This establishment is not worth it...still. Still no improvement since our last visit. Food was delicious that is why we go, but when we walked in there were kids working the counter and cooking stations. We overheard a young man say ‘I don’t wash my hands’. I don’t think he realized we were there and he retracted his statement and say he was just joking. This isn’t something I want to hear from somebody about to prepare my food.
