Very disappointed with our recent visit to Batavia KFC drive thru. Chicken was excessively greasy and must have been sitting around because most of the coating had either already fallen off or crumbled off when we picked it up. My order included 3 lrg mashed potatoes, 2 were only half full and still had unincorporated instant potatoes mix sitting on top. The remaining lrg mashed potato wasn't even a 3rd full (we paid over $5 for this extra side and it was less than a 3rd full) And when we opened our biscuits it looked like someone put a finger thru one of them. I had to park and wait an additional 10mins for my food, which wasn't an issue. However, if I have to pull up and wait i would expect to be waiting for and in turn receive hot, fresh, properly prepared food with the appropriate serving size for what I paid. I plan to send a letter to the Manager with the pictures I have. I will say the young lady that waited on me was friendly and polite but that doesn't out weigh the poor quality of food we received. Whomever was incharge of quality control really dropped the ball or just didn't care. My family still can't believe KFC actually served that food, it was literally the worst we had ever gotten. Can't say we are in a rush to go back.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this establishment warrants it. 1st off, I was stuck in the drive-through for almost 20 mins. When I finally got to the speaker to place my order, I had to wait another 5 mins or so. Finally, when I tried to redeem a coupon for an 8 piece meal, I was instantly told it would be an additional 35 mins before they could fulfill the order. So much for fast food and wasting my time. They seriously need to get their act together. So done after today Oct 27th this was the 2nd time I've been to this specific establishment and NOTHING has changed. The customer service is horrendous I paid 16.50 for a honey BBQ tenders meal and they drizzled It instead of coating it like virtually nothing on them and they were soggy. Not crispy not coated just awful. Drove back demanding they fix and or give me my money back and they refused. I will NEVER go back to that spot. I don't suggest any others should either. Disgraceful. FYI the picture added was after I went back to complain.

They mess up orders a lot, and won’t do refunds because they mess up so many orders. This KFC is terrible.

Sat in drive thu for 10 mins before being asked to order .pulled up to pay window sat there for 25 mins. Had to go inside to see what was going on with my order. They don't tell me but I over heard the employees say we don't have chicken it's going to be 30 mins . So I tell them I'll just take my money back !!! The lady goes to register saying to me you could be nicer, after making me sit in the drive thru !!! . They gave me money money back and I left . Terrible service, terrible attitude, id give no stars if possible to this rating

I've ordered online 3 times and every time I go to pick up my order, I stand at the counter for a good 10 minutes while the staff ignores me. I'm even standing right next to the online order station looking at my order. The cashier will take a handful of customers before even acknowledging me. It's quite irritating to order online to save time only to waste my time being ignored

My son was there last night went threw drive thru got what he has ordered and when he opened it the chicken was slimy and was not cooked threw it was raw he went back threw the drive thru to let them know he said either give me my money back or cook the chicken the right way they said we temperatured it and it was right which was a lie!! They said here is your money back and don’t come back this restaurant is the worst one in Batavia the food is absolutely disgusting 🤢

My fiance and I ordered an 8 piece from here yesterday night. We both ate a piece of chicken with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese....Just a couple hours later him and I both started feeling extremely sick to our stomachs. Both my fiance and I have had non stop diarrhea since eating here. He called to talk to the manager and she tried to say it was because of the heat. I explained to her that's not possible considering we both had been in a/c all day and we didn't buy the chicken til almost 9 p.m. she still was persistent on telling my fiance it was the heat that made us sick and no one else has called and complained. She offered us a free 8 piece as if we'd wanna go through this again. Still 24 hours later and we're both still having the bathroom issues.SMH, we most definitely won't be eating at this kfc again. We honestly feel insulted. Thank you to the lovely manager, who clearly doesnt appreciate her customers.

I went through the drive thru and whe. I got to the speaker I was asked to hold on after 6 minutes waiting while they took care of the 3 cars ahead of me she finally asked to take our order I was them asked to pull ahead to wait for our food. When she brought the food out it was wrong I told her this and she said I ha e to go I side there is a line and they are busy I went in and the manager was rude she finally made our order again rolling her eyes the whole time.

Given the wrong order. Waited 15 minutes for a new order to be made. After that the fish and chicken were well over cooked. The hush puppies were squished and there was tartar sauce in the box and on some of the food. Will not come here again.

Nasty looking shrimp. Saying they changed the oil but these definitely don’t look like they came out of new oil…Also doesn’t give you replacement for if you don’t go back that night… I’ve been sick with Covid and was looking forward to my shrimp… I will never return to a restaurant that doesn’t appreciate its customers… I will stick with where I work as I know we replace people food even days after they were at our restaurant…
