This location always has a foul odor and it makes me question the cleanliness of the establishment. The staff rang up my boyfriend’s order without mentioning the deal going on that week that would have made his order half off even with a food item. I’ve ordered from here before and I remember it still had that awful smell.

The staff are unprofessional, cashier is always in a bad mood for some reason.

Purchase the kids chicken and cheese dilla. I get home to notice they put no chicken at all. I call and was told a manager will call me back nothing. Just so they can’t say it didn’t happen here’s a photo of the receipt and dilla they didn’t put chicken in.

Bought 2 awesome chocolate smoothies and both my kids said they tasted funny and had to throw them out. We had purchased several of those smoothies in past with no problems. Hopefully next time will be better

The server named Sadie told me i Can not get a refund when i called i do not drive i wanted delivery i put pickup by mistake and said i truly am sorry i hit the wrong button she said it’s not her problem i messed up and i Can not get a refund or delivery she than said i could pay again making my total 60 dollars than iñ a few days i would get 30 back i Can not believe somwone iñ service spoke to me this way she said in a nasty voice well that’s your problem not mine you should pay the 30 dollars for your mistake than said i could not talk to a manager or anyone els

I ordered 3 sandwiches that were supposed to be hot. When I got them home , all the sandwich were cold, and none of the cheese was even melted. Like if they didn't even microwave for 10 sec. I called and someone told me that the store manager would call you the next day and give me a refund for my 3 sandwiches. No phone calls were made, and no money was returned. The worst. I will never return there. If you get food, I would check it before you leave.

i’ve seen iteams fall on the floor and seen the workers pick it up without washing it…..ridiculous i ordered a thai wrap and the lettuce was literally pink as well as the blueberry bliss tasted like grass. they sell expired molding food and drinks to their customers for what exactly? don’t waste your time and money here especially the manager with the squeaky laugh thinking everything a joke.

I actually like tropical smoothie but I’m never ordering here again. Made me wait a half hour for 1 smoothie because someone else took my order. This place is terrible

The person that made my Thai chicken wrap put way too much sauce and had a very sugary taste. Couldn’t even salvage the sandwich due to excessive amount of sauce. Unfortunately I only tried it when I got back home. Please do yourself a favor and get the food elsewhere.

USA THE GREAT

I made an order over the phone, and I was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive to tropical smoothie in 25 minutes to give them more time so that I would not have to wait in line. When I get there Matthew took my payment and then had me waiting there for another 15 minutes while the place was not busy. Guess where my order was? It was in the refrigerator up front near the register. That refrigerator usually stocks order that are ready to go. Matthew took my payment without even greeting me as a customer and then just took off to the back without saying anything. I had to ask another employee for my order, and that is when they took it from the refrigerator. I have been coming here for almost 8 years. I don't think I would like to come back after that because it was not welcoming.
