I would like to take the time and recognize Carmen the cook at cicis in Baytown on Garth rd she was so kind and friendly and very welcoming was quick to ask us for any special request had fresh food on the buffet and was very attentive to everyone's needs she had a smile on her face the whole time and said good bye and thanked everyone leaving .i enjoyed my food today thanks cicis for mainting these employees happy so give out happy service

The young man at the register, Saul Was very nice friendly and tended it to us promptly, with a smile on his face, very charismatic and respectful. And the cook named Carmen was very prompt very nice took our specialty orders and made them as we asked, and they came out delicious and she was very polite and smiled and spoke with us and very friendly as well. The pizza was what you expect for a buffet pizza. They allow you to ask for pizzas to be made if there is not something you want on the buffet. They also had pasta with two types of sauce, A full salad bar and two types of desserts. Monday and Tuesday it's 5.99 for all you can eat buffet, That's pretty hard to beat.

I’ve been to several cicis and this one by far has been the best when it comes to customer crevice and food taste. I ordered a specialty pizza that I was craving and the manager made sure that my requests were made. The fact that the manager recognized me truly shows that they care about their customers.

Cici’s on Garth Road is an exceptional dining establishment. I have had the pleasure of dining there twice this week, and I am consistently impressed by its exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and fresh, hot food. The manager, Beatrice, goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of her customers. She demonstrated this by promptly delivering a BBQ chicken pizza to my request as soon as it was ready. Maintaining a positive attitude and managing a restaurant is a demanding task, and Beatrice excels in both areas. I commend her efforts and encourage her to continue fostering the exceptional experience that Cici’s has become known for.

The manager here is so very nice and attentive to all the guests. She greets you with a smile and follows up by walking around inside and overseeing the kitchen. They always make sure the food bar is well stocked and some new desserts have been added that are really good. It's clean and a good place for a quick satisfying bite. The tables and chairs could use updating as well as the distractions for the kids, but the staff is the real star of this show, and the manager sets that bar!

It was CiCis... The 'Special Price' at this time was why we went. Brought back lots of Great/Fun memories from when we went there ALOT, when my, now adult, kids were Much younger! Prices were Much better then! Pizza was good, desserts were even better!! Super Fresh Cinnamon Rolls!! Even a holiday Cinnamon Roll! Thanks CiCis!

It’s not high end pizza but it doesn’t charge high end prices either. Everything just about was hot and fresh. The pasta and sauces are good. I requested a spinach pizza and they never made it. The tea is terrible. A buffet and drink will run you $12 ish. I’d rather eat other places but if my son wants this I concede.

It was 11:00 and there was two cold pizzas and some pasta, I asked if they could make a pepperoni and the lady pointed at two crusty pieces and said there's some some. I said yeah but it looks horrible, the she actually agreed and said she would make one. I left before they had onenout. Huge dudapointment.

Do not waste your time. I would give 0 stars if I could. Got a refund the moment I saw the unrefrigerated salad and one dressing option with the four old crusty pizza options I asked for a refund.

This was our first time at this location and the place was filthy. Tables were not clean and the floors were very sticky. The pizza was cold and had under cooked dough. They had no clean forks out and ice machine was out of ice. We will most definitely not be going back.

I ended up getting sick before walking out and it was my kids first time there and the food was so gross. There were no drinks available and one of the workers was to busy taking care of her kid instead of the front. We waited 10 minutes before getting taken care of. As soon as me and my kids walked out the door I instantly threw up at my car in the parking lot. I will never go back. It's definitely not the same as it was 25 years ago.
