A group of us were out for a Bachelorette weekend and our bride wanted Mexican food. We were so happy to have found this spot. Everyone left satisfied with the food and service. The food was authentic and delicious and our waitresses were ON POINT! The drinks were great. Everything came out in a decent time; we didn't wait too long. I do suggest calling and making a reservation especially if your group is big since it's a nice cozy restaurant. We were a group of 7 and called ahead of time. Our table was ready for us when we walked in so we didn't have to wait to be seated. It was a great experience from the phone call to make the reservation to arriving and enjoying our dinner. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be returning.

Quaint little 8 table restaurant serving up some sizable and authentic mexican dishes. Doesn’t hurt it also offers a beautiful beach front view of Long Island sound. The cocktails are prepared well, appetizers fresh and if I must say, the carne asada is mind blowing good. I’ve been coming here for few years now and the friendly atmosphere makes it all worth while. It’s a bit out of the way, but trust me, they’re worth the trip.

Yum!! This place was recommended to us by our friend who lives in Bayville. She told us specifically that we HAD to eat here, because food from anywhere else would be less than as good from here. So we took her word for it and we were pleasantly satisfied and happy, she was right! We all loved our three dishes including chicken and veggies, quesadilla, and enchiladas. We also got a delicious pitcher of sangria! The food and drinks were worth it! Would certainly come back :). Don’t forget to pair this restaurant with either the beach across the street or golfing next door! So fun! Ok, not only one of the cleanest and nicest, good Mexican food place. It has great Italian food. Our waitress is like a grandma trying to feed us everytime we come in. A must have anytime you want good clean plate of Mexican or Italian food.

Fantastic food cooked by wonderful people. My bf and I frequent this restaurant a bunch. Their food is so so good and my favorite meal is the steak fajitas, and their sides are all too good as well as the guacamole and chips. Jarritos and margaritas are also fantastic as always. We love that this is a family ran restaurant. They really make you feel like at home. The restaurant is very cute and has a warm feeling. You also get quite a view as it is beachfront!!

Great food, great service. I came in for dinner for the first time and I will DEFINITELY be back! Our server Cesar was phenomenal. Very friendly & knowledgeable about their menu. We went with the mussels and baked clams and for entree we had the soft shell crabs. Our compliments to the chef. Every plate was top notch.

Some of the best mexican food on the island genuinely. Their enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos and burritos are all amazing. I come frequently and it’s consistently good. Portions are also generous but not sickly.

We love this place. Unfortunately, no longer BYOB; nevertheless, still friendly family owned, with a delicious Italian & Mexican menu. The view of the LI Sound is spectacular. We has fajitas, and the special paella was very good ($40). We will miss the BYOB but understand the change, the house margaritas were authentic and very good. The staff and service is excellent and friendly.

We decided to dine here because the reviews were so positive. The service was great, the staff were attentive and kind. Looked to be a family-run business, which we were happy to support. Unfortunately the food was a complete let down. The guac & chips cost $15, but tasted like unseasoned store-bought tub with the addition of tomatoes and onions. My husband had the chicken enchilada, which he found to lack flavor. My chicken flautas were extremely hard making it difficult to chew, flavor was okay but not great. We had high hopes but the food just didn’t taste authentic or flavorful.

Very expensive for the quality of service and food. Drinks were really soft most ice and juice. The food was ok but the presentation and the dishes were all plastic. I don't think we will be back.

Friendly service, however our waitress forgot the sides I ordered, and we were still charged for it. (My husband didn't notice I hadn't gotten it and paid the bill that charged us for it). Food was pretty mediocre and bland, but maybe that's because I'm from Southern California and am used to authentic Mexican. Haven't found good Mexican in NY since we moved here, but I'll keep trying. I will say the mozzarella sticks were the best I've ever had, and the view of sunset on the water was beautiful.

Ordered appetizers, had to cancel them because it took an hour and a half just to get the main course. Multiple people with reservations were waiting an hour just to be seated. Management was strolling around not even helping. Bathrooms were a mess, liquid all over the floors and paper towels all over as well. The waitresses and waiters were awesome, but the rest were not even close to mediocre. The best part of the night was getting my meal for free after finding a hair in it.

This was my worst restaurant experience I have had in New York. There is a stench when you come in . Unfriendly waitress. I ordered paella. There was no flavor, bland it wasn’t appetizing at all. My friend ordered chicken tacos. That was the worst tacos ever made in New York.
