Great food at reasonable prices with very nice portions. I will be coming back to this place to try many of their intriguing men items. I was dared by a coworker to eat a Sissy burger 🍔 and it did not disappoint. I did start to get the meat sweats a little and fell asleep 2 hours earlier than normal, but thems the breaks. Their curly fries were good, but the pic of the Fried Okra looks amazing. Will be going back soon to further dive into their menu. Great customer service too. Very informative and light hearted.

Good place around ship channel area for burgers; they seem to have a menu with variety too. My colleagues got the burgers and they seemed to like it. Service a bit on the slower side but it's not too bad.

Very fast and friendly service with a smile! Seriously good hamburgers and fries. Don’t let the fact that this location is attached to a gas station deter you from a great burger. They are one of the only places that have Mr. pibb so that is also a plus.

Great go to that never disappoints. Gets crowded around 11-11:30, so can be a little slow around that time. Good standard burger for a decent price. Employees are extremely friendly and courteous. Been coming here for years and will always come back. Only thing that held it back from 5-stars is a better bread selection.

We've eaten at the location in Nederland and really enjoyed it so when we saw this location we stopped in. The food at Hamburger Depot is really good. We still love the onion rings; they are the best we've had (& that's including beer battered!). Plentiful food portions and good service. I didn't see any man (or woman 😉) order the Sissy burger. I'd have liked to see the person that can eat 3 1/2# patties. 😂 We've had friendly service at the 2 locations we visited while traveling through. My regret is there's none where I live cuz I won't be traveling through regularly anymore. I will note that this location is smaller than Nederland and draws from the college. We were there on a Sunday brunch time and they busy even then. Also of note, this location could really use a painting or even an update. It's in need of either/both. Luckily it doesn't affect the food, lol!

This place was highly recommended by some friends. The food was ok, unfortunately nothing special. The service was not good at all. The young lady at the counter was not nice at all and didn't explain anything after telling her it was my first time here. The price is a little high I feel. A total of $21.04 for burger, fries and drink. I would not recommend this place. Safe Travels. Prost

This place used to be good. I am guessing that we came at a bad time or this place is actually going bad. However the burgers were dry, old and the fries were soggy. Not going back there ever again.

I was so disappointed I've heard some really good things about the place but aside from the burger the rest of the meal was greasy and gross and I had hair all throughout my food it was horrible. I don't know if the owner knows about it but like I was very disappointed cuz it tasted amazing but it really ruined my appetite, I had the cheese burger with fried zucchini and okra

Well it's been awhile since I have been to Hamburger Depot Beaumont TX, and there is a good reason. Service was terrible, food was pricy, and food was just plain terrible, (greasy, no flavor, except the bitterness of pickled jalapeno peppers that I added, tasted just like mustard, which i do not care for that taste, restaurant was dirty, floor was sticky!) Will not be back.

I am not happy with my visit today! I normally go to hamburger depot at least 2 times a week… I except great service… today I only went for my sweet potato fries..: I paid 4.00 for like 20 fries!!! They were cold when I got there I asked to get them remade, the guy manager Dewayne was not happy about that. My lady friend manager was not there or I didn’t see her but she is amazing, caring, friendly, and a hard worker very genuine unlike the other guy!!! I’m not sure if I’ll go back and I may advise my coworkers not to either… if I go to hamburger depot it may be the one down town now…. Please do something about the quantity and quality of the sweet potatoes fries please and thank you

I dont know but $20 for a burger that breaks on your hands? This is not the first time, but it may be the last one. I love the flavor but it last 2 bites only after that you start eating by pieces!
