Food is always great...fresh...and pretty fast. Good pricing...pretty good size portions. If your a tea drinker do not get the tea...it tastes of fry grease and seafood...it's horrid...

I've been here twice. The food is excellent, the service is not. And it's not the cashier, she is pleasant, it is a lady I believe is the owner. The first time I came she told my companion and I we could not dine-in because they would be closing in 2 hours. There were 2 other groups dining in. There was ample room and time, yet we were told we couldn't stay. We ordered and left. Since the food was good I decided to try them again....this time earlier than 2 hours before they closed. No issues with ordering and eating in; however, when I checked my bank statement a few days later they charged me twice. I contacted my bank to inform them. Hopefully it was an oversight, but I can't say for certain. So again, the food is great. The service not so much. I don't think I'll be returning. But if you do, bring cash and show up more than 2 hours before they close to dine-in.

Order 3 pounds crawfish with 3 potatoes. Didn’t even get my potatoes. Ordered 6 shrimps boiled with potatoes. MILD. GOT SPICY INSTEAD. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDEE BEDORE YOU LEAVE. THEY JUIST GIVE U ANYTHING. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE.

Felt like my food was rushed today. Order a 10 piece lunch special for the boiled shrimp and I am not happy. Didn’t get any of the sides and it was just the seasoning on the shrimp. Then on top of that I waited 15 min for this.

My boyfriend and I were waiting on our food and there was a car blocking the entire drive though. We politely tapped on our horn to let the person know they needed to move up a little so we could get out. That’s when the lady working the window started SCREAMING at us telling us “you just made her mad you need to be careful that a cop” making a complete fool out of herself. like lady we just wanted to get out. We ate here almost daily but will not be returning after this incident.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese got chicken strips with mayo ketchup and pickels asked for a 6 piece shrimp basket with rice and fries. Got a 4 PC with 2 hushpuppies size of cherries and ton a flavorless rice. ENTER WITH CAUTION this place is clearly not running by the same people it once before did. This place stinks. NOTHING compared to what It was last year

I ordered a pound of crawfish and a sausage and potato. The potato was the smallest potato I’ve ever seen which is fine I understand, but there were other things wrong as well. I ordered extra spicy crawfish but unfortunately, when I got home and was able to finally eat I opened the bag and there was barely any seasoning or juice. I immediately called them. I was told they don’t do refunds not even store credit the lady who answered the phone was very careless and wasn’t helpful at all. She wanted me to bring crawfish all the way from home back to there. I offered to send her a picture of it. She told me that I could be lying. I am so disappointed. I have been eating from here since I was a child.

I called to order some wings for the first time today. The phone they use picks up a lot of the background conversation and movement near the register. Had a very hard time understanding what the girl was saying because she was talking to me and answering someone picking up an order. I think she said they have a 5 piece and 10 pieces of wings. I think she was telling me the 10 piece was $16.99 which seems high to me, but maybe she was tell the lady pickup up her order that that was her bill. I never found out because she layed the phone down and I waited and 2-3 min for her to pick the phone back up but she just reached over and hung the phone up without finishing to take my order. I guess she didn’t think anyone would still be waiting on the line after 3 or so minuets. So I decided my that was best since so many of their good reviews are from 4 to 6 years ago and the customer service might be a reflection on the food quality since more recent reviews were not as high in ratings. Maybe I missed out or maybe I lucked out not getting an order placed. I’ll just have to go to the my last place I got good wings and drive a little across town. if they want my business next time maybe they will train someone how to take a phone order, ask them if they can hold and then come back to take their order, if there is a next time.

I ordered 4 jumbo fried crab. 2 of the crab were good and 2 were mush. They wanted me to dig the 2 crab out of the garbage that I thru away to show that I wasn't lying. I spent $20 and couldn't even eat half of my food. This was disgusting!!!!
